My 23 Kona was due for an 8k service. I also wanted a vibration addressed during the same service. The scheduling department was pleasant. However, service was making appointments about 3 weeks out. I arrived and the greeter took my information. She used a tablet that she laid on the hood of my new car to use. REALLY? My service advisor Jessica was not very pleasant and did not seem very knowledgeable. The service area is very nice and new. The service took about 1.5 hours, and they never addressed my vibration issue. When asked why, Jessica said they could not address that in their area yet it was what I scheduled and it's on my receipt. My very first time with Jones service was not a very good experience for me, and I will question using them in the future.

Went to get a 24,000 mile maintenance done, the guy that helped mumbled the whole time and made it seem like their de carb was part of the service for routine maintenance, charged an extra $200 on top of the normally $85 service, these people are scammers left and right make sure you make them CLEARLY state what they are doing. This man sounded like his mouth was full or marbles, couldn t understand a thing from him.

Called as my car died and needed to be towed. Told me 1.5 month wait list. Then supervisor told me they are not taking new customers and couldn't help me. Seriously!?!? A prepare shop that won't take new customers? Used a local independent garage instead

Very poor customer service in the service department. I needed a new key fob. They sent a notice that they were in. Then I called and scheduled an appointment to have one made. Then confirmed on the day of, only to get there to learn that they are not in stock. No one thought to check beforehand and let me know not to come in or reschedule. Wasted half of my morning.

TLDR:The service advisors are clueless and have terrible customer service, no one returns your calls (not even the managers) or communicates what is going on with your vehicle. They take zero accountability for their mistakes. Despite having a great buying experience, since Jones ties service to your car purchase, I would never buy a car from them again and would discourage others so they don't make the same mistake.The service advisors are incompetent and inconsiderate! I've been dealing with them since 7/11/22 trying to get my engine repaired on my 2020 Hyundai Venue. Today is 10/03/22, my car still isn't fixed, I have no idea what the status is and no one will take/return my calls! I've been through 2 service advisors (Jessica Stanton is literally the worst person to deal with she has no clue what is going on, she's rude, she doesn't communicate with customers, takes zero responsibility for her mistakes), brought my car 3 times, had it misdiagnosed the first time even though the engine codes said exactly what was wrong with it, the wrong part ordered the second time and now I just have no idea what is going on. The last I heard they had to order more parts but that has been over a week and no other other updates. I've called 3 times today to speak to my new service advisor Zach who apparently is never in and have been bounced to someone named Brandon's VM with zero response. Supposedly he's the manager but his name isn't even listed on the website. Now I'm stuck with a loaner vehicle that needs and oil change and has low tire pressure with no idea what is going on with my car and when I will get it back. They've had it since 9/20/22 this time around and my PA state inspection is now expired so if I ever do get my car back, I'll probably end up getting a ticket for expired stickers on my way home. If I had known their service team was this horrible, I would have never purchased my car from them and I certainly will not ever make that mistake again or recommend them to any one else.Service: Engine repair

Absolutely great. Needed a warranty engine replacement. They had it diagnosed, ordered, and installed in 2 weeks. Can't say enough good things.

I made an appointment at 3 pm. I showed up 15 minutes early and told them I would be waiting for my vehicle. I was having some issues with my tire sensor. After an hour and a half of the waiting and nobody approaching me, I went up to the staff and asked how much longer it would be. They stated they just started looking at my vehicle. I wish they would have communicated with me that they were taking so long as I would have acquired a ride so that I wasn t sitting around waiting for hours.Watched my car sit there for 30 minutes after it was finished before they finally gave me my car back. Very frustrating way to spend the afternoon.

Oil change was performed on a 2024 Hyundai Palisade on Saturday April 13. Vehicle has less than 5800 Miles. The Service Advisor was pleasant and customer waiting area was pleasant as well.After returning home and letting vehicle sit a few hours, vehicle leaks oil. To fix it, I must use a service department from a different company to repair. It seems the oil is leaking from Drain Plug.My employer will not allow vehicles leaking fluids in company parking lot. At my expense, another oil change is necessary to repair. It was necessary so I can park at my employer.I have used 5 Hyundai Dealerships looking for one that gets it right. Jones Service Department has never failed until now. I am apprehensive returning to Jones for any service.Please make your Service Technicians aware of my issue. I am sure there will be other oil changes performed with leaks after.
