Absolutely the best shop I have ever been to. Mike and Nick took care of me today and I left the shop as an informed customer. Every question and concern was addressed in a friendly and timely manner. Mike actually took the time to show me how to do some maintenance on my own to keep my rig running smooth. Unbelievable service backed by the highest standards and ethics I may have ever saw at an auto shop. Thanks guys and I will see you the next time I need anything for my family's vehicles.

My first visit and I m a member for life. Staff so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the experience of sitting in my vehicle. While chatting with a staff member. Lots of great deals on oil changes and they do window wipes too. I highly recommended checking them out for you next oil change. No appointment necessary just drive up.

I recently went to Take 5 for my oil change. Same location, but a totally different experience. Under new management. Was greeted by the staff and never had to exit my vehicle. They were very knowledgeable, informative and professional. I was impressed. Definitely got my business and an excellent rating.

I was so impressed with this place. They were so nice never tried to upsell me anything and recommended an automotive place nearby for some work instead of saying they could do it themselves. I've been getting oil changes all kinds of places for years my car is 14 years old and no one has ever pulled the glove box out to change a cabin filter that I didn't even know was behind it. It was black but still no pressure I did have them replace it though. I highly recommend this place. Does seem to be a little bit pricier but it's worth it to leave there feeling like someone was truly just trying to help you and not rip you off. I wish them well on their venture into Maryland. This is the only location so far but I bet they'll pop up like 7-Elevens if they all operate like this one does.

They had my leaking tire patched in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. I ve also had my motorcycle and trailer inspected here with a no hassle experience. They are very respectful and treat their customers like family. It s a good local family owned repair shop that I trust and would recommend.

This was my first time here. I was a little leery about driving over the open hole in the ground. I am not sure how I feel about staying in my car while the work was done on it. I am sure this is does as a convenience factor The guys were super nice and professional. I was in and out quickly. Based off of the employees I would try it again.Service: Oil change

Very friendly thorough even greeted with a bottle of cold water. Quick service and done with almost a military-esk mentality I chuckled at that. Being said it is a little on the pricy side but u guess everything is now days (i used to get oil changed when i brought my own oil and filter for 25 prior to new ownership now it cost 40$ when I bring my own oil and filter).

Got a motorcycle inspection done here. Called beforehand and got an appointment that day. Inspection was done in about a half hour at a lower price than I've found anywhere else near Bel Air. The inspection was thorough and fair. Nick at the front desk was helpful and willing to answer my questions, and the rest of the staff I interacted with were also very professional.Will definitely be coming back for inspections and my car's maintenance.Service: Vehicle Inspection

For years, they helped me through pretty much every car situation you could possibly think of. From tracking down the most necessary repair items needed for a used car in great need of maintenance to advising me on what to look for in a vehicle s history when it was time to replace my car.Not to mention the great work they did through all the repairs my car needed through some rough seasons and an incident with a certain four-legged creature that likes to cross the backroads.They set the standard for what a trusted auto repair shop should be, and although I live far away from them now, I know what to look for every time I visit a shop.

Great service, very responsive, and great prices. I needed a lot of work done on my car after realizing I should stop trusting my family when they say they can "fix it for cheaper." I had an oil leak that I had been dealing with for 2 years and also covered up other issues it had like a leak it my coolant line(close save). They fixed everything for me and I haven't had an issue since. I will be going to this shop from now on. Quality work is worth the price.

They are the best! I have been going to them for a few years now and they never disappoint.
