This repair of my 2017 Toyota took longer than any vehicle I've had repairs on. The repair was for some minor repairs to the driver's side front door and right front quarter panel. It initially took 2 1/2 weeks to even get an appointment for their estimate which was accomplished on 9/30. Then they told me that i could expect a call around the end of November to bring my car in for the actual repairs. When November 30th rolled around and I hadn't heard from them, I called them and was told I could bring the car in the following week. I was told that it would take about two weeks to accomplish the repairs, then the week before Christmas they called asking if I could delay the repairs until after the holidays. I explained that this was a handicap accessible vehicle, and that any further delays would be unacceptable. They stated that they would try to have the repairs completed by Christmas, which of course it was not. On the Tuesday after Christmas, they called and let me know that it was in painting. Again, no communication, so on Monday following New Years, I called them and was told that my car was in "cleanup" and I could pick it up that afternoon. For those of you not keeping track, this repair took nearly 4 1/2 months from the time I notified them until I received my car repaired. Interesting enough, I recently learned that Canby Motors is no longer a recommended repair facility by my insurance company.

My experience with Canby Motors was wonderful. The people were friendly, and they did an AMAZING job with my car after a kamikaze deer encounter. My 6-year-old Cruze looks practically brand new again! They not only did a great job on the body, but they detailed it as well...washed the very dirty exterior, cleaned the windows (including the inside of the windshield), vacuumed the floor and seats, and wiped everything down. I am beyond pleased with the service received and will not hesitate to return!Service: Body & Trim

Great company to deal with and great customer service. Quality work. Reasonable estimates. Finished on time and handled any hassles the insurance company caused. I d use them again.I felt they deserved this edit. Car was immaculate, as though it was detailed in and out, when I picked it up. They also fixed a foot plate. These things may seem like no big deal but I ve had the car to the dealer many times and they never go the extra mile like Canby does. Great company.

Great place for repairs. The staff was polite, friendly, up-front and helpful. They worked with me in setting up the date and times for dropping off my vehicle. Canby even contacted the car rental agency and scheduled a pick-up time.

Great experience from the first phone call all the through to the end of picking my car up. Friendly staff, fair prices, great communication, and great work. I have nothing but positive things to say about Canby Bel Air. I hope I don't need body work again, but if I do they will be my first call.

They do a good job but do not give you the whole picture up front. They made a lot of excuses as a 2 day job turned into a 5 day one as they do not do work over weekends. Be sure to have a backup car.

I took my care that had bumper damage Canby "totaled " my car in error and would not tell the insurance company they made a mistake. and they charged $ 800.00 more then the estimate. Buyers beware.....

As a result of a recent rear-end collision to my 2015 Toyota Sienna, the rear end was damaged. My insurance company (USAA) told me to take my car to Canby Motors of Bel Air, MD. In two days, the rear end was fixed, re-colored, and put back in "new car" condition. They did a "smash-up" job (pun intended). I highly recommend them, as does my daughter who's late-model Hondia Civic was also repaired by Canby.

I have never been to a place that is so clean...so kind...so professional. Mr Russ...great helpful nice...I could go on....lady behind counyer...sweet as could be. I will always go there from now on!!!!

I broke my front spoiler while on vacation from Georgia. Canby's repaired it and got me back on the road. AND at no cost! Great group of people at Canby's.
