After accidentally hitting a curb pulling into a parking spot, my front bumper was popped out on one side. I visited Bel Air Autobody without an appointment, expecting to just get an estimate and schedule a service date. Instead, Jeff was able to explain and fix the issue on the spot with only a minimal wait! Outstanding, friendly service - I'll be using Bel Air Autobody for future needs!

Couldn't have had a better experience. Debris on the highway wreaked havoc on my poor little car. I have the best insurance company, in Mutual Benefit; and Bel Air Auto exceeded my expectations in the quality and detail in the repairs.

Bel air Autobody fixed my car after it was rear ended. They did fantastic work, got the job done in a timely manner and treated me like a valued customer throughout the entire process. No one wants to be in a situation where their car s damaged, but if you are, you can trust this company to handle your repairs like a good business should.

I took my Volkswagen Beetle to Bel Air Autobody on Gateway Drive after an accident.My car s paint is not a standard blue and was not convinced that they could match it.The results are amazing! The blue is an exact match.I would definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

I was very displeased with the ongoing run around the business gave me for work they promised to be done in a timely manner. Week by week I was told one thing, and when I called to check progress, I was told something completely different. What was a grill replacement ended up a radiator fix and went from a week to over a month of waiting. I believe instead of telling the customer a day it will finished and giving them the run around, they should be more honest on time of work is done, because the mechanic was telling me that they pulled it in multiple times already and was finished working so why isn t my car finished and available? The other location on Emmorton didn t even take this long with worse damage to my vehicle. It feels really shady at this point.

I've never been treated with such disrespect. Jay is absolutely a nasty individual they way he talks to people. Not to mention his body work is horrid. How can you have a business with the mentality that you are better than everyone else.

Staff is so helpful and nice. They were able to get my car in quick and it looks great! I will be back if (heaven forbid) I need another repair.
