Probably the worst company all the way around. It took over a week to get an appointment they only could say Friday and the Tech would call with a better time. 7:30 the night before I get a text saying they would be out from 8am-6pm. Also the text stated it was for a completely different truck. Mind you I gave them my vin number .The text specifically said respond to this text if there was an issue. I did and no response. Then the next day I got a text from the installer about a better time window. I explained the issue and he ghosted me. I called the company at noon and asked if they could find out if he was coming. They can't get ahold of the installer and said they will let me know when he calls back. End result, no call no show and I took an entire day of leave for nothing.

YES! YES! YES!FINALLY, customer service with bragging about!Visiting from the midwest when the landscapers at my daughter's place kicked up a rock with the weadeater and shattered my rear window. I called every place in town and even the large, nationwide companies could not get a piece of glass until after I was scheduled to go back home. AUTO GLASS FITTERS tracked down the glass and explained the situation to the fully booked install department. MIKE and his partner showed up first thing the next morning and within 24 hours, it was like it never even happened. Leaving today ON TIME thanks to the wonderful personal service from everyone at AUTO GLASS FITTERS in Bel Air, MD!!!

Started off rocky. Made an appointment but they were a no show. Turns out i lived outside their service area. Instead of calling me so i could go on about my day they choose to not say anything. If you speak with Violet you re wasting your breath. She is rude and obviously hates her job. After all that a plan was made for me to meet up in their area of service (20 minutes away) the next day. Day 2 was a better experience. the technician contacted me and met up just like we agreed and did a great job and was Very professional. Took about 30 minutes. I also spoke with Christine and she helped lower the bill slightly for the trouble from the day before. All in all i would use them again but they have things that could be done better in the office.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very polite, fast and mobile. When there was an issue with billing it was fixed immediately no hesitation, no argument. I called at 4pm one day and my windshield was fixed by 1pm the next day. Highly recommend!Thank you all!!!Service: Auto glass repair

I scheduled and appointment for Wednesday March 28, 2021 and the day before I received a call from Auto Glass Fitters saying that they were going to be down a technician and wouldn t be able to fit me in until next Tuesday. I told the representative to place me on the schedule for Tuesday then he asked how I would be paying so I told him with my debit card. He then told me I was out of their coverage area. I asked what is there coverage area because on google is says they are 13 miles from my home. His reply was to laugh and say not where you are. If I could give negative stars I would the representative was very rude and it seems to me the are motivated by cash only

The people I spoke to over the phone before and after the install were extremely helpful and friendly. The reason I needed new glass installed was because my car was broken into which left pieces of glass everywhere. When I went to test my new window, it worked fine but when I closed my door there was still a ton of glass sitting at the bottom of the door panel. Also, my lock button no longer worked. One problem was fixed but 2 other problems came up.Service: Glass installation

Garbage company. One star is ten stars too many. Ordered the window on a Saturday, was told it would be installed Tuesday. On Monday they said it would be in Wednesday. Wednesday they had someone come out around noon with the wrong window. I'm pretty sure he was high. When he was here he said the right window would be in on Thursday. 5pm the same day another idiot calls and says t it would be in until Monday. Do I waited four days for them to pretend someone there had the slightest idea how to do their job. Complete waste of time. I could have had another company actually so something and had the window on less than 10 days. Every person I talked to at this company was incompetent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Horrible company to deal with. STAY FAR AWAY! Called scheduled and appointment with them. Explained that the reason I was replacing my back window is because it was leaking. The woman I spoke to was very nice and helpful. She set the appt. Up for the next day. The technician showed up to replace the window. He looked the truck over and said he would replace it. 10 mins later he tells me he cant replace it cause the company can not warranty the new window since it was already leaking. Totally not his fault very nice guy. He tried to change thier mind and they said no. I called the district manager Olivia and spoke to her. Her only answer to me when I explained the situation was you need to see another windsheild replacement company. She did not offer to help in anyway or reccomend anyone. They just left me hanging. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me she was the highest I would talk to. I hope the president of this company reads this. You company is being ran into the ground cause of rude people. All I wanted to do is get my window replaced and I was paying cash for it. There is no rust on the truck. The leak just started. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT STAY AWAY.

Scheduled an appointment, on the day of the appointment, I called them and they said they never put the paper work through. They rescheduled me and on the day they were supposed to replace my windshield they said it came broke. Save your money, there are other places that are cheaper and will replace your windshield the same day you call in.

Wil / Glass Fitters came out and replaced my windshield for 500 dollars LESS than the quote I received from Safelite. Wil even tucked the wires from my dash cam in from the front all the way to the back of my car. Awesome work. Awesome price.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

Completely let down. First they order a broken piece, okay no problem. Wait for another day to get it. That day (Tuesday) arrives and they waited until the day I m supposed to get it that they cant find the piece anywhere. The lady on the phone rudely tells me just go find another place to get it and hangs up the phone before she even gets the full word goodbye out. If you need a window, avoid this place.

Everytime they install a new windshield, it cracks. And they dont do installations on weekends. I would not recommend this company at all.

They ripped me off was supposed to return me my money in my account never did won't give me answers they keep hanging up on me and they screwed my account I'm negative im not happy at all

Very rude when I've called about my windshield. Scheduled and answered all questions, came out with the wrong windshield.
