It was a irritating vibration noise I heard that someone else should ve fixed but I had to get Mr Louis to remove it for me. He s currently replacing these 3 inch speakers in my front dash that Plantronics didn t replace correctly

Louis installed a stereo unit with a back up camera. There's a buzzing sound that never goes away and the back up camera goes in and out. Left about 7 voice mails, he hasn't returned one call. DON'T GO HERE!

I came in to get a quote to have a new radio installed in my 2000 Pontiac they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are very fair. I would recommend him to anyone. I will be going there again for the next addition to my car.

I brought a 2021 Honda Civic into US Audio and the service was excellent. The team is very down to earth and willing to work with your ideas/equipment and are very fairly priced. I will bring my vehicles here from now until the day I'm not within multiple hours of driving distance. Thanks guys!!!

I contacted US Audio to get a quote on some underglow installation for my car. Louis was very easy to talk to and communicate with about the install since I was supplying my own parts. When I took my car in, work was done quick and it was done extremely well.

I was recommended this place by a detailer to replace my stock speakers. The owner suggested what I needed, not what would make the most money. I couldn't be more pleased - it's a hole in the wall in southern Baltimore and you'd never find it unless you know they're there. Their work speaks for itself, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know. Great price, answered every single question I had, and the labor was super reasonable. I couldn't possibly be happier with the end result. Fantastic local business - the owner even asked what kind of music I listened to before picking speakers so they'd match with what I was looking for. You're not going to get that kind of thing from a big box store.

US audio LLCToday I resolved to finally deal with the problem I ve had with my stereo for the past two years that has kept me from enjoying it. I looked up Stereo repair near me and found US Audio LLC. When I spoke with Louis on the phone, I told him that my problem was that every time I turned the volume knob the speakers would emit an unbearably loud crackling sound. In a most kind and patient voice, he asked me to jiggle the volume knob left to right vigorously since the machines of that era had a self cleansing mechanism. It worked immediately! I was so grateful to have my stereo working again and that he was able to help me over the phone. To show my appreciation, I paid a visit to the store to personally present him with a tip for the free help. I also bought a speaker that I was having issues with and he s currently taking a look at it. I highly recommend him and appreciate his business.

I had some issues with my radio not turning on. I was able to get it fixed at this location. The installer was very patient and knowledgeable.He was able to solve my radio problem even though my 2011 Hyundai Sonata had so many issues. I was on the brink of losing hope, but this man was able to get my car radio working as it should be.I strongly recommend this store. Excellent service.

I had them put in a remote start and alarm system and it was great work. They did it fast and everyone was so professional. Louis made such an impression on me with his extensive knowledge of car audio and electronics that I asked him to design a custom piece for me. Excellent work, fair price, honest family business. Turn it up!

I've been coming to this shop for 15 years, since their very first shop on Old Dorsey Run road and I will never go anywhere else for my car audio, alarm system, lighting or window tint ever. They are truly the best shop in Maryland, IMO. Give them a chance and I would bet that you are truly satisfied and leave very happy.

Great shop. Had a cheap android unit installed. Louis fixed the last install that another place messed up, actually showed me what they did wrong, and showed me how he fixed it. Folks this guy knows his stuff. He's been doing audio stuff for years, and treats you like family. I'd definitely recommend this spot for all things car audio related.

Tbh, I've been going to CarWorx for the past 10 years, but their prices just been going up and they love upselling. So I searched around and found this place. And since my first call Louis made sure to give great customer service and knowledge on audio. I definitely do recommend their service. I will be back soon.

Louis is a great guy.Straight forward in his pricing and business. Willing to go the extra mile and problem solve to get a job done.I can't recommend US audio enough. They're a family business that really make you feel like family. I will definitely be going back for any of my car audio needs.

Great Automotive Audio sales and installation facility! Top quality, show winning designs and custom made for each vehicle! This place is a very reputable company. Multiple show winning systems have been designed and built here.If you are looking for small pieces, a new radio or amp, speakers and enclosures, or a full on custom built system that will shake the ground, and break glass. ...then this is THE place to go! Affordable pricing, great atmosphere, the owners are some of the nicest people who you could ever want to meet. I highly recommend this shop!

This guy is a joke! He told me he could have my head unit installed within hour and a half. I got there around 4pm and didn t leave until almost 10pm at night, mind you his shop closes at 7pm. The job still isn t finished my controls on steering do not work and also him and his son both damaged the inside of my brand new car trying to pull out my stock head unit. This is going to small claims court of course but I want other people to know not to do business with these crooks. The man is very unprofessional and was smoking marijuana while I was literally standing in his store front. I bought every part I needed for the installation from Crutchfield and there shouldn t of been any reason why they could install..they tell me since it s so late to come back tomorrow and he would get it working for me, I call the next day and he tells me he will no longer do any business with me. He may have experience with sub woofers but installing a one year old NEX model pioneer shouldn t of been any issues. PEOPLE STAY FAR AWAY!

I had a double den head unit put in. I came in at 10 O'CLOCK was told it would take 2 hours and ended up taking 8 hours. and the whole experience was not good at all. your better off going to best buy and my system still has a buzzing sound in it when you step on the gas

Been having sound issues with my 2003 Toyota Sequoia here and there over the years with some fixes, but for the last year or so been rolling with the passenger speaker only, and that one not working so well. Spoke with Lewis (Louis???) and explained that the Sequoia has 330,000 miles on it and putting a ton of money into sound was not on my agenda and he said to bring it on down. Cut to the chase.... he spent quite a bit of time testing the different leads, speakers, etc, and we decided to install an inexpensive yet fully functional Pioneer receiver and an pair of Alpine speakers that I already had to replace a pair that was blown. Total cost made me very happy, every works great, L and his assistant Marcus cleaned out the bird's nest of wires from previous work done by other installers. He's a throwback to the type of installer who is more engineer than what you are going to get at your typical install shop. Very pleased.

Installed speakers and a sub woofer in a 2005 Honda Accord. I appreciated that they will install your parts. Front and rear speakers were installed and I had to returned the next day to correct the front passenger door not locking or unlocking correctly. After upgrading the head unit 6 months later the sub woofer was not working correctly. Took it down last week and they told me the sub woofer "was fried". After rechecking the wiring I found out they only connected two of the four wires required by the manufacturer and ran the power to the fuse block when the instructions have a warning on every page of the instructions "not" to run the power wire to the fuse block. Re-ran the power and accessory wire like the instructions tell you, unhooked the speaker wiring and used RCA wiring and the sub woofer sounds better than ever. It took an un-experienced guy (me) 10 minutes figure out the wiring is not correct. Why was their diagnosis "fried sub woofer"? A little effort and pulling off a plastic cover would have saved this review from being written.

I have been VERY disappointed with my experience here. I had them install my subwoofers and amp. Ever since, the subwoofers would randomly emit a long, powerful buzz at random.I have come back to this place AT LEAST 10 times to have this issue solved yet no avail. The first few times, it was wiring crimped too tight. Next, it was that the line-out converter needed to be adjusted. THEN, it was that the speakers were bad to which I spent $300+ with them to replace.Then, they want to replace the line out converter since the problem still continued. I was never charged for these follow-up visits, yet it is really frustrating to have to take time out of my day, after 10+ visits to this shop to still have the same reoccurring problem.Once, I was even told to show up at a certain time in the morning and I sat there for 20 minutes and no one arrived! They didn t answer their phone, either.I went elsewhere and now I have no problems after 1 visit. I was given the run around after spending $250 for install and $300 for new speakers at USAUDIO.Spend a few extra bucks and go elsewhere. This place wasn t worth the hassle or the money.

Okay all of the people who wrote reviews so far have been nameless faceless google users. Well I have a face a name and am showig my profile publicly. Number 1 US Audio is awesome, they have great prices and will work with people. They also do an excellent job. I will upload pictures of my Caddie CTS if need be but as I said they have worked miracles with my car. Number 2 they do care about there customers, they care a lot, they have never broken aything and in oe situation where I lost my rim lock key they got them off and replaced them for free. Number 3 my car has been heavily modified and never oce have they broken anything. and last but not least, if your gonna post a negative profile then have the balls to post it with your profile, not anonymously.GO US AUDIO

Honestly pretty incompetent...it took them forever to ship me a piece of merchandise after they had recieved it. I even gave them my fedex account number to make it easy on them. Huge mistake. They used a massive box for the size of the item (costing me more than it should have) and put some random name on the package so I had to deal with fedex about the name difference. The also didnt even wrap the item in bubble wrap or anything, it was sitting at the bottom of the box unprotected with some paper sitting on top of it. What the heck is wrong with you? You take credit card info and full address yet you can't put my name on the package, so you just make up a name... John smith... really?! That's just lazy. You could have just called and asked for my name. When I called and confronted him about the packaging and name issue, he acted like it wasn't a big deal since I ended up getting it after all.The entire process dealing with them has been slow and painful. I will never deal with them again.

they smoke in the showroom, I asked for a price in hid's he didn't know. just keeps saying I can have them by the end of the day. so when I said iam not ordering them until I get the price he asked the owner if he would help me. at that time the owner was on his cell phone and said no he couldn't and walked away into the back shop. the other person who I was talking to walked away also! so after standing there for 5 mins with smoke in the air I just left. don't give them your money.p.s there way over priced.what they sell for $45 I got for $8 on ebay.

This man told me that he would not do my car. I have a Ford Mustang. He initially told me to come in. The day of cancelled on me because He claims it is not too hard for me him. Terrible customer service please go somewhere else.
