Spoke with Dot Told her I was interested in getting the Buick Enclave I had been everywhere else looking for a truck spending hours with every other dealer even had one dealer have me do insurance just to be told that I couldn t get the truck!! However when Dot ran my information I was approved within min!!! Best Buy here pay here I have ever dealt with!! I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and they are just all around amazing ppl to deal with any problems which was minor they fixed right away!! I will recommend them to everyone!!

Omg what can I say besides results, results, results! I first came to three Brother's in 2017 oh and yes I still have my car that I've purchased from three Brother's and planning on paying this one off and going back. Now as I was saying three Brother's is definitely the best place to go for a car especially if it's something specific your looking for. They have two lots that have cars on them so trust me your guaranteed to leave with a reliable car and with a payment that you can afford.Dot and Rob has done a great job with assisting me on finding my reliable car down to getting me the help I needed as far as car insurance to get my car off the lot. They always go above and Beyond the extra mile to make sure me as a customer is satisfied and don't forget happy.

I never had a problem with three brothers used cars Dot and Rob are very patient With the customers. And explains everything to you from the beginning to the end . Every time I enter the office it s always so pleasant .. I always recommend my friends to three brothers used cars. You can t go wrong.

This was my first car purchase and Ms.Dot made it extremely easy and without a headache ! I was working on getting a car from three brothers through another employee for like a month , and I met Ms.Dot one day and worked with her and had my car by the next day Three brothers was very organized and helpful ! And i love my LOU ! ( lol the name of my car ) But for first time buyers looking for a car ? I would definitely recommend Three Brothers ! Okay !

I'm on my second vehicle from three brothers and I would recommend them to anyone. I had some issues with my most recent vehicle and Dot and the ladies at F&M Auto did everything that they could to make sure that my vehicle was fixed and that I was satified. Dot is a real sweetheart and goes above and beyond for her customers.

I had the best experience ever, especially after plenty of letdowns. Dot, who is the absolute sweetest, was able to work with me and get me into the vehicle I wanted at an affordable cost with a 4 year and my payments only going up a few dollars. So I really appreciate Dot and Rob for helping me and making the experience so very easy without the headache. Thank you.

I must say three brothers used cars Is the best car dealership in Baltimore. I m so glad and pleased with the whole experience in purchasing a vehicle I have spreaded the word about three brothers used cars. When they say they can get you approved it s no joke they are telling the truth . I am so happy with my car and now my son is purchasing a vehicle from them. I had wonderful experience with the staff here. There were so helpful with my car buying experience. Even when I wasnt sure about what I wanted. Dot and Rob are the best and they make you feel like family rather than just customers.

Buyers beware!!! Purchased a Toyota sequoia from Three Brothers and from the very beginning have had the same problem with it and between the dealer and their on site auto repair shop, they have had the vehicle longer then we have. Now because the warranty has expired since we have purchased it they refuse to pay for the $1,100 repair bill. They assured me they would make it right but refused to pay for it. They have never once offered to pay for a rental vehicle and don t ever try to get a hold of someone in the office because there is only one person in the office who never answers the phone. The only reason why they are even getting one star was because Dot the salesperson was good to work with in the beginning. This is absolutely the worst place that I have ever dealt with and I will be filing a lawsuit against them.

Dot and Rob are awesome worked with me every step of the way to get me in a good quality vehicle in my price range and didn't try to shove something down my throat I didn't want then to leave their lot with my vehicle completely registered and tagged and didn't have to go to the dreaded mva AWESOME! Any body that is looking for a reliable vehicle at a good price and some good people to take care of you and not just take your money go see dot or Rob at three brothers

I had purchased my nissan maxima from three brothers used cars back in 2013 kepted up with all my maintenance on my vehicle amd have had no issues still. I currently still have my vehicle and i love it as much as the day i purchased it. I definitely would recommend three brothers used cars to all my friends and family!!!

This is my second vehicle purchased. Dot and Rob assist you by walking you through the entire process with patience and professionalism. I love the friendly atmosphere in the office. These are by far the greatest salespeople I have encountered at any dealership.

This dealership works with the customer and not against the customer. The prices are reasonable and includes a 4 year warranty. Haters are posting negative reviews, because they probably had a repossession for being a deadbeat. Payments are very low and not a burden. Payments can be adjustable and scheduled. I love the flexibility. I am a school teacher and the months that I do not work, I can pause my payment without fear of repossession or bad credit reviews. Of course, I have to pay the arrears when I go back to work, but it is within reason to catch up. Come by today and check these guys out!

I purchased my car from Three Brothers 5 years go and the experience was excellent Dot and her husband really went out there way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, more importantly my car is still running with no issues. I recommend Three Brothers to everyone and I can't wait to go back and purchase my x6

I purchased my car in September and I had one car on lawawy which is very confent for ppl that don't have all the money, but anyway I seen another car I wanted to change into with No problem Rob changed the car. My experience with Rob and Dot was excellent and I would tell everyone that need a car stop pass there and check them out.

I have to tell you the customer service is out of this world, the staff is wonderful i have to give a special shout out to the manager mrs Dot. In the used cars department, always greet myself and my wife with a smile. always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, im just calling it what it is!!!, they treated us Great, we will be back to purchase another vehicle

After having an accident and losing my car..I decide to go to Three Brothers. .It took a minute but I MUST SAY ROBERT AND DOT YOU ARE AWESOME AWESOME..After a small meltdown and some paperwork. I have payments that are AFFORDABLE and I DROVE OFF THE LOT IN MY TRUCK..LOVE YOU GUYS YOUR THE BEEESSSSSSTTTTTT!!!!

Tooo Damn High I got my Bluetooth from the internet for 16 dollars they was charging $149.00 and my lexus lights for 10 dollars 40 for four they was charging 440 for four you do the math
