If your Hyundai needs repairs don t take it here! I usually go to Al Packer but I thought since my Hyundai was stolen and damaged it would be better to go to Hyundai body shop. My car has been in the shop since December 26th due to communication issues. They don t update me on what s going on unless I call them even though they say they ll call me then give me conflicting info on what s going on. It s been 8 weeks and my car is still in the shop. I ve spent more money on a car rental than I did on my actually deductible. Next time I need repairs I ll stick to Al Packer.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 for an oild change and to get my breaks checked. After I dropped my car off they emailed to tell they didn't not have my phone number on file. Long story short its after 5:00 and im still here! They ordered the wrong break pads, they broke a stud on my car. Absolutely never coming here again

Way to long to fix my car my car when in on the 4th of February I didn't get it back until March 29th for what I saw as minor damage it cost me so much extra in car rental fees

Thompson automotive is a wonderful friendly place to be. The atmosphere is peaceful and the employees are great. I would recommend Thompson's Automotive.
