My car had been badly keyed. It bother me terribly. It's an older car and over the years it collected little dings and scratches. There were also two little rust spots. I cant afford a new car so I took my car to Maaco at 5600 York Rd. I decided to have the entire car repainted. It looks fantastic! They quoted a price and finish date. They kept to the quoted schedule. Chris was thorough and professional. I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Chris and the people at Maaco!Service: Painting

I took my old Mistubishi Galant there after an accident and I went to get a estimate from the Customer Service representative (April) who was extremely professional and nice and help guide me along the way with Cost's and prices. I had a deadline to have the car done and she was able to get it done on time, she told me if I found out later there was minor issues to give her a call within 48 hrs and she would get someone to fix it. Maaco on York Rd is the best in the business, Made my 2003 Lexus SC430 look brand new again, I wish I could post pictures to show you guys. Had the full car painted two tone. black with yellow trim noticed a lot of incomplete work was very disappointed with how long it took they had the car for 3 months cost me over $2,000 with a lot of Nick's here and there I'm only given two Stars I got a 5 year warranty but I would never take it back to the location that I went to in York Pennsylvania somehow they lock the license plate switch inside the trunk I have to slice open the trunk to get it out they didn't put the door handles back properly now they stick out off the doors I will admit the paint job was fairly decent but you can see holes in the paint bubbles a lot of in discrepancies that I don't like this year 2021 I'm going to take it to a different location under my warranty I've added just a few photos of the detached handles and the bubbles and holes in the paint I hope the next shop I take it to does a better job. ( The Broke Comedian )

I originally went to Maaco to get the rust spots on my roof repaired, but Tony was very knowledgeable and asked if I wanted the entire body of my car redone for an additional fee - something I got excited to think about because A) it's been a while since my car got some love on the exterior and B) I also had a large scuff mark that had been sitting on my passenger door on the driver's side for well over 6 years so I figured it was time to get rid of it. My car looked amazing when I picked it up.Fast forward to just a couple weeks after I had my brand-new looking 2012 Honda Civic and someone side swiped me while I was parked.. I was devastated. I called Maaco and they gave me a good deal to fix what was, such a short time ago, flawless.Let's hope I can enjoy a wonderful paint job a little longer this time!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Christopher Goodman was polite and very professional. I was given a $1444 estimate for 3 panels on a 2004 Toyota. I wasn't given a choice on anything , I wasn't presented with any kind of paint package, giving me a choice on what options I had. It's probably cheaper to have whole car painted than those 3 panels, but I wasn't given a choice. A little to expensive for me, thank you!

I trusted these guys to do some custom paint on my 2022 BMW X6 several months ago and I was pleased. More recently, they painted my 2014 BMW 428i Coup�, this being the third BMW I had painted there. While in general I was satisfied, they incorrectly painted the diffuser, delivered the vehicle with air bubbles in the paint and did something to the parking sensor which they were able to reset to work correctly.The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Christopher in particular stays on top of his job, follows up well and communicates effectively.Important observations are the turnaround times are lengthy! I believe they have too many jobs to manage and inadequate staff and as a result turnaround is adversely affected. In addition, my most recent experience that required two return visits to correct was unimpressive. The techs may not be the most attentive (to details) and/or have too many vehicles to work on causing the work to be sub-standard.My advice is make sure you get a firm commitment as to the turnaround time and closely inspect your vehicle when completed. Overall I think you'll be satisfied.

One of the worst body shops. They said will take 10 business days to repaint my car but they kept it for 3 weeks. They also got paint all over my tire wheels. Would neve use again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Great experience here. Came here after my passenger side mirror was damaged. The sales rep Christopher was extremely helpful and honest. He even made sure to call me to inform me about a price change on a part. My mirror was fixed within a week of it being damaged. Took my car to Maaco on York Road for a much needed makeover since I didn't want a new car payment.I am very pleased with their work and interpersonal skills. From the Manager to the technicians, the customer service was outstanding. When they spoke to me, they gave eye contact and that is a trust builder when a service representative can look you in the eye. Christopher Goodman was the front desk person with whom I did most of my interaction with. He was extremely knowledgeable, up front and honest, good listener, took his time to go over every detail and invited questions. My bumper was scratched and discolored by a security patrol car and painted Gray by another dealership when my car is gunmetal gray metallic so I took it to make out they assessed it they remove the old bumper because it also wasn't fitting correctly and they put a new bumper on and painted the exact color of the car love it love it love it love it thank you so much Chris I appreciate you great work...TORRIMACCO ON YORK RD. Maaco on York Road painted my top, trunk and around passenger side door on my 2010 Altima. I must say I am very pleased with the results. I needed to have some rust repair done on my car I contacted three companies, one of which do not show a lot of enthusiasm to do the work the second place give me a price and told me it would contact me in a day or two to set up an appointment that company Rosedale Body and Fender never even called me back even after I contacted them a second time so I went to Macco on York road got a written estimate and an appointment time to get the vehicle fixed. I would highly recommend this company. Everything about them was very professional and one of their employees Chris who I worked with was excellent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Macco did a excellent job on my Toyota Hylander, Chris was very good at explaining the entire process and got the vehicle back to me a week earlier than I expected. This is the third car I had painted at the York road location and have not been disappointed.

Customer service was pretty good. Guy at the front desk was pretty upfront I believe. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Had my car for about 7 days, Monday to Monday but, the finished product was amazing. I'm extremely happy with my experience. My car looks brand new. I heard bad things about the quality of work performed by maaco but, my experience has exceeded my expectations. Besides, they painted my entire vehicle for less than 1,000. Betty (I named my car Black Betty after the Ram Jam song of the same name) the Black Benz came out looking amazing.Service: Painting
