This place has been run to the ground ignorant parts woman that don t know anything . I was able to get all my parts the same day from Salvo Auto Parts extra heavy duty for the price of one part from Standards I won t be calling them back FSAP !

Sometimes don't always have why u need so they have to order it, try amazon if that happens they are cheaper and faster

I guess they're cool. I just would like them to actually answer the phone. Good thing I live down the street.Nevermind, it's now 7:28 and they have it totally closed up with the security gate down and locked......but they're supposed to close at 8pm. Go figure.Today is the day after and as I call several times again......phone goes straight to busy signal.Today is now 8/21 at 6:07pm. They close at 8pm but do you think they are open.....nope. I come to the door and it's locked but guess what....the lady at the counter is standing there drinking her soda smfh. Just close this spot down.

First of all hello to everyone reading these post and we all know at one point customers as well as the employees and cashiers I guess it one time everybody has a bad day so we can split the cars are you say the store itself stands for it so it's an auto parts store 10 people coming in store with attitudes for different reasons maybe didn't get the part the wrong part and then the employees sometime they don't greet you I don't know if because of the hours but I guess right now it's just not relevant but we as people she'll understand we go to the parts store for help and the parts we need and I guess everybody should learn treat the customers right treat their employees right but we all know that's going to be a little hard but maybe everybody a try just try walking to the store with a positive attitude and show the customers that you want their business when they come in the store in short I'm just saying we are all human and sometimes we make mistakes the only thing we can do is try to get along with Standard Auto Parts I love the store even though they're bad day I still love the store I guess had a bad issue with them I've gotten the wrong Parts before and I had to wait in long lines before but sometime it takes patience to get what you want with everybody customers and employee should be treated fairly peace and blessings to all who read this God bless everyone

Horrible. Had a random dog walking around in the store. Left out. Apparently a customer was "buying" something and just had their unleashed mutt in there. Don't go in the city.

Was ones a consistent Customer. I tried No. Avenue but service was lacking.So I recently tried Hollins Ferry Rd. Much better service and is the hub for the Baltimore operations, thus better stocked. Had what I needed and respected me and my business. I've now repeatedly shopped there.

Went to this store an got a battery. Cashier was nice plus he told me to keep the receipt and bring the old battery back and I can get cash back. So the next day when everthing was wonderful with the car again we took the dead battery back with the receipt to the same guy from yesterday (smiling from ear to ear) he said am glad you remember. N give me cash back.

I went to this store to buy a battery with in 8 months my battery went dead. When I went back to the store they told me there was nothing they could do for me with out the original receipt. I informed them the day I brought the battery that my receipt got wet due to the rain but the cashier informed me that it was okay and to come back if something went wrong. Long behold something went wrong a few months later and I was stuck with a mil functioned battery. Never trust what the cashiers tell you always follow your gut and demand a new receipt becuz in the end you don t want to end up like me but a new battery for $200 a few months later.

Gave me the wrong oil filter 3 times imagine having someone come out to fix ya car and you have the wrong item 3 times even after you gave them a photo and they never answer the phone always get the busy signal

This part store has a variety of different parts for Car and Truck and plenty of extra items for your like Oil, brakes fluid,Anti- Freeze ,car cleaning stuff and more

They need to update their website of hours of business. North Ave posted closing hours at 8pm yet close at 7,Hollins ferry posted closing at 7 yet I get there and gate closed at 558. Lower prices are needed as

I just know that when I visit this place to buy parts for cars that I work on from time to time they've always had the parts and we're very reasonable with the price the people that work in this establishment are very nice kind and caring I treat you with respect

A very unprofessional setting. I walked in the store for a single light bulb. The cashier said that they did have this type of light bulb. I ask can you look to see if you could find any bulb that look like my light bulb. This cashier insteadly started yelling at me. And then the manager came over and found a bulb that would be get for me to use. And then the manager started yelling at me saying that not the cashier's job. Next a female parts counter person came over yell. I got at by three people in store over a $2.00 light bulb.

I called inquiring about tie rods and the fool that answered barely was understandable so I asked if this was the auto parts store and he responded yes. When I inquired what I needed... he put the phone down and mocked my question I asked.. very insulted. . Plus the prices are ridiculous

I went into buy a wiper blade and it was raining cats and dogs! I'm outside trying to put the blade on and not having any luck at all. And the employee saw me struggling with it and he came outside with no raincoat, no umbrella, no hat at all and put the blade on for me! That's what I called You Standing Service!!! Thank you!

3 times I being this place all the cashier they don't respect the customer. I think they don't care about the manager. That's why they do bad altitude to the customer and the manager is not a good manager trust me.
