Super impressed with the work SAP was able to provide when I had engine issues. Transparent pricing, great communication, and able to get the work done quickly! I even called back to ask for a few additional requests and they were able to get it done

This is a great place. I have brought my Subaru there twice, once for a brake check and oil change and once for an emergency where my car would spontaneously shut off while driving. They got me in the same day, identified the problem quickly, got the parts and had it back to me the next day. Great service, good value, and very knowledgeable mechanics. I will definitely be coming back next time my car needs work.

I had a truly horrible experience with SAP that is still ongoing.We needed new shocks and struts in my 2008 Mazda so we decided to take it back there for the service.We dropped it off April 24th. After they examined the car they also suggested we replace the drivers side front axle and the lower control arms on the front and rear. We were told it should be done by the end of the day of Wednesday, April 26th. On the 26th we were told it was almost finished and they just needed to do an alignment before the end of the day.Finally on Friday the 28th we are told its almost done (I can't recall the exact circumstances why). At the end of the day Friday we are told that the passenger side front strut was blown out of the box and they had to order another one and they would install it on Saturday.Saturday rolls around. We decide to wait around for the car, since we have a million errands to run. We call at 12/1/2/3/4/5. No answer. Finally the owner calls us back at 5:45pm and claims he has been waiting around all day for the part and it didn't arrive. Interesting that he was waiting around all day and managed to miss our phone calls for nearly 6 hours.Monday comes - part arrives at end of the dayTuesday comes - part installed but suddenly found out that another part needed to be replaced. So that's another $250.Wednesday - waiting on next part to arriveThursday - they get the part late in the dayFriday - car is done. We go to pick it up and surprise the only thing they didn't charge labor on is the mystery part that they just noticed on Tuesday.We drive the car, it seems okay initially but after a couple weeks we start to notice noises again. Not being car people, we assume this is just because it's an old car and since SAP did all that work it should be fine.Fast forward to 6/18 we are driving a couple hours from Baltimore and suddenly the car begins jerking and AT lights are coming on. We get to the Glen Burnie area and are scared to drive it any further, so we had it towed for free by AAA to a nearby mechanic.The primary problem with the car turned out to be the Transmission Control Unit which I am not holding SAP responsible for in any way. What did happen is when they went to diagnose this is they called me and asked "Have you had recent repair work done? The frontend of this car is a mess, we've never seen anything like that." - after that they gave me a list of all the issues they came across that SAP had caused (they are the only ones who have ever done any frontend work to my car).1) When they installed the new struts, they used two different brands. One high quality, one cheap. The cheap one already blew out in a little over a month.2) The axle had the incorrect and unsafe bolt used to install it, and the axle may be the incorrect one for my car (sleeve was stretched beyond normal).3) The driver's side axle seal was busted and leaking transmission fluid4) There were missing pins on both outer tie rod ends5) The axle boot had been torn on the passenger side, causing grease to shoot all over the inside of the car.6)�The steering knuckle had damage caused by a torch on the passenger side.7) There was damage to the bearing mount on the passenger side axle.8) They said the alignment was way off (SAP did an alignment as part of the work)After reading the list above, any reasonable person would understand that I would never in a million years let SAP touch my car again.So I reached out to them and attempted to resolve this. In the initial reply, Shawn Price the owner outright lied about their responsibility and I had to go back to the other mechanic to confirm this.I replied multiple times letting them know we would never be comfortable having them touch our car again after the butcher job they did and their follow up emails were generic and impersonal.Total costs:SAP's work: $2500Repair work done by the other mechanics: $1,942Rental car for 2 weeks: $550Avoid like the plague. Shady, poor communicators and horrible mechanics. Don't make my mistake.

I ve gone to SAP for a variety of services over the past 8 years, most recently a tow due to dead battery. Shawn was able to do the tow easily on a busy and narrow street and I had my car back the next day. The office staff is always friendly and easy to work with, and they are fair when it comes to prices. I ll be using SAP as long as I live in Baltimore, they are customer focused and great mechanics! HONESTY and RELIABILITY is what this business is built on. I brought my Volvo for an issue that another shop was going to charge more but this place was KIND and HONEST to tell me that the job needed could only be done with the Volvo dealership due to my warranty.THE OTHER SHOP WAS GOING RIPPED ME OFF!!!! WOW!!!That's was so nice, honest and trustworthy! I will use them for my other car when in need and I am telling anyone that I know about this great business! I had a great experience with SAP automotive they took great care of my truck and repairs. The customer service and the mechanic was great to work with they help me understand each problem that I was having with my truck. We work through the repairs and the bill together it was a great experience.

Great service with reasonable prices. I've been taking my car here for the past year and Shawn has always provided a top-notch service. They're a smaller shop so keep in mind that your car might not be ready the same day but I've never had to wait over 24h for a complicated repair. I really appreciate how nice everyone is and how they always follow up with me to make sure my car is not having any issues. They are a great asset to local businesses. Highly recommended!

The people at SAP did a great job of repairing my truck. I was sent to them by U-Haul to solve an issue that arose during a trailer hitch installation that the technician at U-Haul could not solve. Shawn figured out the problem, got the right parts ordered, and got my truck back in working order. I can't say enough about them and their great customer service.Service: Auto maintenance

SAP has been our family's automotive service provider for over a decade. We are a military family and I work in the Logistics Industry so we don't have traditional schedules and are in need of our vehicles always. This group has provided timely repairs, routine maintenance and towing services throughout the years in a timely fashion and the cost has been exceptional as well. We have utilized drop off, pickup and waiting while services are being completed. I have appreciated the staff's promptness and care with our vehicles and time. My experience has always been pleasant. I have been doing business with them for over 14 years. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else. Had an unfortunate car problem that caused me to get to towed to SAP. This was my first experience with them and i will ABSOLUTELY plan on using them for future auto care. Service was fast and professional.The owner Shawn and all of the other employees were great to deal with. There was constant communication from them throughout the entire process. I was extremely happy with their overall costs as well. They took care of quite a few misc. repairs at a very reasonable cost.

I recently had my car serviced by SAP Automotive, which was recommended to me by my nephew. After the diagnosis, i was advised I needed to have my catalytic converter replaced. This diagnosis was spot on since I had been advised a couple of months earlier that my converter was nearing its normal lifetime.I have over 89,000 miles on a 96 Toyota.Gabriel the owner assured me he could get the converter at a good price, and assured me he could have the job done in in a reasonable amount of time. I was really surprised that his mechanic had my car done in about 2 hours. In fact, Gabriel came back to me in the customer's waiting room about every 1/2 hour and gave me a status report on the progress of the work. True to hisword ,my car was ready in just over the 2 hour time he promised.It has been about 3 weeks since SAP Automotive fixed my car, and I am very pleased with the results. The owner and staff were very friendly during my time there, and this was a great customer service experience. Since I have an older model car, I am confident that SAP Automotive will be able to service my car for as long as I have it. I will recommend SAP Automotive to anyone who is in need of a reliable automotive repair shop. I was completely satisfied with the work they performed on my car.

Shawn and his team provide exceptional and professional service. I went there for an emergency brake repair and the SAP Automotive Team had me back on the road within 24 hours. Their exceptional service includes automotive diagnostics, estimates of repair, payment options, customer pickup and continual communication with the customer at all times. Fast, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service is what I received when I visited SAP Automotive. The owner and staff were very courteous and super helpful. The service I received was exceptional! He was the third mechanic I had taken my vehicle to and he fixed the problem! He even identified other problems that the other mechanics had missed and fixed those problems as well. I thought I was going to spend a hefty sum of money there to fix all these problems but their rates were VERY reasonable! I m happy to say that my vehicle finally passed state inspection thanks to the service I received at SAP Automotive!

S.A.P. is a very dependable auto repair shop. When one of my truck's cylinders malfunctions; I was misled by another vendor to suggest that he damage was more extensive and I needed a brand new engine. I brought my truck to S.A.P. for a second look, where Shawn and his staff quickly diagnosed the true problem which was far less extreme. The fixed this issue promptly and my truck now runs great, plus I spent far less then I was expecting. SAP was very efficient and accommodating from getting me the earliest appointment possible for my schedule to allowing me to pick up my keys after normal business hours. I have been doing business with S.A.P. for over 15 years and very satisfied with the quality of work that they do. Any issues (little to none) that I've ever encounter was quickly resolved by the business owner. S.A.P. prices are Very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality that will Not break your pockets!

I brought my car into SAP and everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful and professional. I explained my situation and my budget to them. They tried to work with me on price, but when they were unable to stay within my budget, they gave me the number to a shop who had the capability to do a different, cheaper repair. Don't let their location fool you, these are great, honest people!

This is the mechanic you are hoping to find!! They are knowledgeable, prompt, direct, friendly, and definitely go out of their way to do more than just the service required. I had, by far, the best experience here than two other competing area service centers. Actually, it did not even compare! I'm pleased to say that I gained security in finding an excellent, reliable mechanic which is important to many people. Thank you SAP team!

Anyone looking for a fantastic automotive center, SAP is the place to go. They are trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and affordable. They are honest in explaining what they found, the details with the repairs, and if they found any other issues with my car that will need to be fixed at some point in the future. I have several cars and I bring them all to SAP when I need service maintenance or any repairs - I wouldn't go to any other shop. They have always fixed the problem and the majority of the time my car(s) are fixed the same day if the problem isn't extensive. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a good place to take their car for maintenance or repairs.

I love SAP automotive, the mechanics are very nice and friendly. They have reasonable prices and a payment plan. They take time to explain what's wrong with the car to help you understand. Very good friendly mechanics who know their work..
