Sam and Luke are great to work with. I had four bent wheels from a little off-road adventure I accidentally took and they were able to get me all fixed up within a few hours as I worked from the lobby. I know where I'm going in the future for any wheel repairs!

Many years ago I needed some touch up work on my rims and I was lucky enough to find this place! Fast forwarding to 2023, it turns out that I had a bend in one of my rims and needed to get it rectified. I called Sam, the owner of this awesome shop, and we made a plan to get things fixed up. I was explaining the issues I was feeling when driving on the highway and he was very fast to understand and engage on creating a plan. When I showed up at the shop (their newer location), Luke also remembered me very quickly from years back. Not only do these individuals run an awesome business, but they explain every step of the process and communicate with precision. They are very nice, honest, well priced for their work, and are the right mix of fun. Look no further and give Rim Renew a call! Thanks again, Sam and Luke! You guys rock.

We're lucky to have Rim Renew in the Baltimore area. Almost bought a used wheel on eBay for $700+, Rim Renew straightened mine for $150, I couldn't even see the huge dent that was there before. Had another leaky wheel, would have cost $800 on eBay with shipping, turns out it was just the tire, $20 for a plug. Been 2 weeks on one and 1 week on the other, no problems.

Before visiting Rim Renew, my 2008 Toyota Tacoma rims were totally beat and ugly. This was my first time using Rim Renew, and Sam and Luke were super helpful and professional. Since I was getting new tires, I had priced new genuine Toyota rims, which were out of the question. Rim Renew made my old rims look totally like new again, then mounted and balanced my new tires, all at 1/3 the cost of buying identical new Toyota rims. Great value, great service. I highly recommend Rim Renew!

Rim Renew does an outstanding job with any rim needs. They offer repair services, including welding to fix cracks and straightening the bent rims, and cosmetic upgrade with a new shade(s). I've been to the shop couple of times, and every time I visit they explain thoroughly how rims get bent and/or cracked, how the repair process would go, what the price range will be (so you know what to expect), how long the service could take, and what to do to best prevent further damage to the rims. They all seem to be very passionate about their work and are always happy to answer all your questions regarding rims and repairs.My recent experience with Luke, the store manager, was superb! He was very kind, enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, yet very polite. Although I had to visit the shop without advance notice or appointment due to unforeseen situation with rim, he took care of my rim on the same day and walked out to my other car with the receipt and the credit card machine for my convenience when I arrived to pick it up (and even asked if I prefer to do so inside if that was my preference ).He also told me that I may see the tire warning sign for now, but that would go away once I start driving. While it might be something that you already know, because in this stressful situation you may tend to forget, that was really nice of him and gave me peace of mind.It has now been more than a day, and the rim has not caused me any trouble so far.Overall, it was a very impressive experience and craftsmanship! Would definitely recommend this place and would always return whenever needed .

Sam gets a 5-star review, and even that feels too low for the excellent quality of service and work he did on my Civic! All four of my rims were scrapped up from curb bumps and Rim Renew repaired each one to look BRAND NEW. He also did it on a very quick turnaround to get me back on the road. I will definitely be recommending Rim Renew to my friends. Thanks again, Sam!

5-Star Work!!! 5-Star Service!!! 5-Star Professionalism!!! Simply the Best!!! I had a cracked rim that I thought couldn t be repaired. I spoke to Luke and Sam and they assured me the rim could be saved. They fixed my rim and had me on my way within two hours. These guys are incredibly professional and experts at their craft. You simply will not find a more professional shop than Rim Renew!!!

Great business this review is almost 5 years overdue btw I frequented this business probably several time between the years of 2018-2020. I use to ride on 22 inch forgiatos and whenever they would be dinged up I would end up buying another rim for about $1500 finally I met the owner and he told me he could just fix them and remount them. Just as he said he would have them fixed up and ready to go efficiently and the same day. Fast forward to Monday. I called for consultation and advice on handling a cracked rim and after all these years the great service was there. Cheers and this is an example of how to run a business consistent great customer service!

I've had bent rim's and curb rashes repaired here over the years and the owner Sam has always been fair, honest and most importantly effective in making sure the job is done correctly.I wanted to update the great experience I had working with Luke the past two weeks in getting me squared away with damage to my rim's from another tire shop. He's been awesome with communication & making sure everything I wanted done was to my satisfaction. Great attitude and Awesome customer service.Came in again with damage from another tire shop. Luke once again went above & beyond to accommodate me. That dude is awesome. Thanks again Luke for everything. I love the black now!!!Back again lol. Ntb couldn't get vibration out of my new tires I purchased. Once again Luke to the rescue. Sam & Luke I appreciate the impeccable customer service, also love the new location

Damaged my right front passenger rim and bought my car to Rim Renew. I met with Luke who explained that they might be able to fix the car and I should bring it back. Brought the car back two days later and the rim was repaired. Job well done Luke I will definitely used your business should I need it again and recommend it to anyone who needs help with rim repair.

**********WARNING**********Prior to being an unwitting victim of a crime, I had nothing but positive things to say about my customer experience with Rim Renew positive about their customer service and quality of work provided. But after having my 750LI BMW easily loaded onto a flatbed tow truck and stealthily driven off in the middle of the night from their property while it awaited servicing that has changed. In fact, a 1 star rating is more than I want to give (rating was required). I m sharing my experience here to warn as many people as I can. Bring your l auto to this shop if you want to but do so at your peril (caveat emptor).I dropped my car off to be serviced on 1/2/2023. On 1/5/2023, after diagnosis, I gave approval to complete service and paid in full. Noticing the repair was taking longer than expected, on 1/10/2023 I phoned the shop and spoke with Samuel Friedman, who advised the rim had not come in yet. On 1/13/2023 Sam called to inform me the rim was in but wanted to know if I had picked up my car. The answer was absolutely not. He proceeded to tell me my car was gone. The police were called, and a report filed.Sam and Luke s attitude about the fact that my car was stolen off of the property while under their care was indifferent. Sam equated my car being stolen from his property to being stolen from a mall parking lot while shopping at Nordstrom s. Yeah, no the problem with that analogy is when I shop at Nordy s I don t give them my car keys expecting them to service my car while I m shopping.Beyond their lack of concern, what is most incredible is that my vehicle was missing for 8 days before I was alerted. If you ve ever been there, you know it s not a very large lot. I guess I am to believe that for 8 days they didn t know my car wasn t there. The lack of responsibility and accountability, the ridiculously late notification, and their sorry-not-our-problem stance added to the nightmare. Unfortunately, there has been no follow-up to show any concern from either Sam or Luke.Lesson learned Leave your car in the care of Rim Renew, you re on your own in EVERY sense.P.S. The car was found in a container on its way to Africa . Hmmm, interesting, isn t it???

Sam and his team are artists. Very reasonable prices. Superior Quality of work. Their work reflects their passion. My rims were restored to perfection. In fact they look and perform better than new. Thanks Sam!. Highly recommend Sam and team.

The employees were very nice and helpful. I had been looking for a convenient location to get a wheel repaired and found them conveniently located near my work site. Two minor gripes were it was a little more pricy than expected. This would probably make it more appealing to repair if wheel has cost several hundred dollars. Second, they said it would be repaired by end of work day but I didn't receive a call until the next day. Additionally, I asked if repair tends to make sense. I was told that it does. There's always the possibility of a failure but they offer a one year warranty on work if related to a defect in their workmanship. Overall, I am happy so far.

walked into this place after dealing with a dealer for 2 months trying to get bent rim replaced, they didn't (FYI dont ever pay for additional "protection plan", it's a scam...). Luke the store manager was there and I showed him the rims and he talked me through the process and he had it done in a day. I had 2 alloy wheels bent at the center, very difficult to straighten out but they got it close to 100% and no vibration. they have state of the art equipment and they know what they're doing. highly recommend and great service and work.

They do amazing work! I had my Golf R for about a week and I got some nasty curb rash...smh! Brought it to Rim Renew and they assured me it would be a piece of cake and I wouldn t be able to tell. I was skeptical and ready to buy a brand new rims to replace it. Figured why not give them a try. If I didn t like the results I would at least have a somewhat decent spare rim. But the end result was stellar! I saved HUNDREDS of dollars that it would have cost me for a new rim. I know where I ll be coming if it happens again. Hopefully not, but I m a realist.....

Sam, Luke and the whole crew at RimRenew are awesome. I've had them custom powder coat a couple of wheel sets for me and my wife,, and we couldn't be happier. I put Sam through the ringer this last go-round on wanting a more aggressive look on my CX-5 Turbo. I kept waffling back and forth on color, but in the end Sam knew exactly what I wanted and created a custom satin black pearl with machined face that gives it a more aggressive look with a touch of class. If you need your wheels refinished, repaired, or just want a different look all together, don't hesitate to visit Sam and the RimRenew crew.

The guys at Rim Renew were extremely helpful by inspecting my wheels and showing me which ones were out of round and imbalanced. They successfully fixed the two wheels which were causing my car to shake. I will be more than happy to use their services again in the future.Edit: 4 years later I used them again at their new location. Same great experience. Super quick turn around!

The stellar reviews are absolutely deserved. Very professional, great prices, and stunning work. They powder coated my wheels at a price that beat pretty much everyone else and had them done ahead of schedule despite being swamped with work. The results were amazing!

Rim Renew did an amazing job sandblasting and powder coating my rusted out wheels from my 1979 Volkswagen. I uploaded a photo of one of the wheels to their website and Sam gave me a quote, and said to just bring the wheels up when it was convenient for me (I'm an hour away). He thought it might be a two week job but they did it in a week and half. They also let me bring new tires for the wheels, which they mounted and balanced. The wheels look great and I can't wait to get them on my car. I highly recommend Rim Renew.

Had a wheel repaired several years ago by one of their competitors, and the wheel came back better but far from what I considered acceptable. I did not go back to complain because I expected the standard push back that I damaged it after I got the wheel back. I took two damaged wheels to Rim Renew; one was the one I had repaired previously. The repair on both wheels exceeded my expectations. Both wheel were repaired perfectly, and looked like they just came off the factory assembly line. Need an alloy wheel repaired, go here; they are the best.

I'm glad that I found this shop. Sam is honest business man. He let me know that just 3 of my rims need to be fix instead of all 4. Other rim shops wouldn't tell you that and try to charge you as much as they can. Sam did the job with speed and accuracy, and he charge reasonable price compared to other gives you higher price based on what kind of car you drive. I'm not saying I hope my rims need to be fix in the future but if I have to I will go to him again without hesitation. Their professionalism have earned 5 stars from me. Thank you Sam

I rarely ever leave reviews! But the service I got at Rim Renew was too excellent not to share! Great service from the moment we spoke on the phone, to dropping off my tire, to picking it up. Everyone was so helpful and So nice and respectful. Will definitely be coming back!

My rim cracked on my bmw, sent it to rim renew and got it back the next day like it was brand new, amazing experience the price was definitely worth it and 5 months later i can say i have had no problems with it.

So glad I found Rim Renew! Bought a used BMW Z3 a year ago and realized I had a slow leak in a rear wheel (rims were in terrible shape due to rust/ age), used a different shop to do a leak repair, days later I see the repair didn't work... a quick Google search produced Rim Renew. Sam and the team are the REAL DEAL!! They took my beat up wheel and within a couple of days, gave it back like new! 5 stars all the way round!! Professional, quick and affordable.Best of all; CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!You will be please with this business!

Superlative experience. I needed to repair my rim and they offered a reasonable price. All staff were friendly and expeditious. When I mentioned I needed a tire that I was getting from another place, they asked how much and then gave me a better price. When I brought the car back to get the tire put on, the whole process took about 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place of business!
