I truly recommend prime care auto they live up to the name I recently got my entire cooling system replaced on my E46 and other engine components and they did a perfect job! Definitely recommend for all your bmw needs!

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic since I got my car. They were very transparent and communicative. The mechanic showed me exactly what the problems were with my car and recommended several options of how to fix them, including showing me how to do a small fix myself for no charge. I'd 100% recommend this to anyone

I could have given more stars if there is such an option. Siwan and guys are very much talented, kind, young folks with deep knowledge on automobiles - esp German cars. They ll give you the option to choose parts - dealer approved or equally good, which cost a bit lesser than original. Very transparent with prices. Even he gave a few % discounts when I explained, saying I ended up paying a couple of grand this year for the car. I have already referred them to my friends, and I will continue to do so. Keep up your good work, folks

If you have a BMW that needs some work these are definitely the people you want working on it. Especially for a classic BMW. I was referred here from a friend, and I had done some research into what I needed done and it took 1 minute on the phone to confirm that they did in fact know what they were talking about and having picked my car up after the transmission service I am pleased to report their work is top notch. Im sure they do other cars besides BMW, but I can't say enough about their bimmer knowledge.

I am pleased with Prime Care Auto. I found this place on Google. I checked out the reviews and bit the bullet. Once I got there and spoke with Siwan, I was even more comfortable. He s a knowledgeable BMW lover himself. I am glad to have found him and his team. PCA completed full bolt-on work on my N55, sparks/coils, thermostat, and water pump all of which I felt was reasonably priced and done precisely.

I live in Virginia, but my BMW left me stranded on I-95 in Maryland and I was lucky enough to have been referred to Prime Care. They towed my car, and handled a very major, engine-out repair. Throughout the process, the owner explained the planned procedures and kept me informed of progress. They were extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and there were no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. Came in to get my chrome-surrounded grilles swapped to all-black dual slot ones (see before/after pics). The work was done promptly, Siwan showed me pics of the grill housings before putting in the new ones. No clips broken, fast/efficient, and competitively priced. Will be returning, thanks Prime Care Auto!

Prime Care Auto is a very well run business totally customer focused! I went in for an BMW checkup for a ECU Code which they did a great job on at a more than fair price...but additionally with my request they inspected my entire vehicle at no charge. I had several signs of worn parts and an issue with my brakes that needed addressing.The owner (Siwan) is very involved and intent on making the experience awesome. What really surprised me was how they provided photos to detail their work and explained what kind of priority each item was without making me feel pressured. I don't know why it's uncommon for other shops to do this.I am new to Maryland and was worried where I could take my car for service. I have found it and won't go anywhere else.They are all quite professional and I believe good people as well!

I ve gotten exhaust work, suspension work, and body work done from this shop and each service has been excellent. The owner of the shop pays attention to details and all of his work is highly professional. Most recently he installed a front lip on my car and I am highly satisfied.

This is the best mechanic we've ever been to.I am always super anxious going to mechanics because of all the horror stories that I've experienced and heard at other places.Those feelings were completely mitigated by the level of communication that this shop had with us. From the point that we first called in to ask about bringing our Honda CR-V to the point where we picked it up, we knew exactly what we were walking into because they kept setting expectations and letting us know our options.We had an issue with our kick-sensor and were embarrassingly uninformed about a button that turns it off in the trunk. They could have easily pushed the button and charged us for the repair. Of course, that did not happen and we now know our car a little better.This experience and the level of communication really made us feel comfortable. We'll be coming here for all car repairs/maintenance from now on.

I have been bringing my Mercedes c300 here for about a year now and I can t say enough good things about this place. Siwan and his entire staff are always honest and very respectable. Jack took great care of me my last visit here, he made sure I was informed and clear on everything being done to my car. You can expect excellent customer service and efficiency when visiting Prime Care Auto.

I chose this repair shop last year to fix my daughter s Honda Accord after a Honda dealer couldn t seem to find the problem and Prime Care Auto LLC did, fixed it and there s been no problems since. Fast forward to last week, I had my Jeep Cherokee towed there after it cut off and wouldn t start. Through out the process I was called, texted, sent pictures and videos informing me of what was going on from start to finish. Even when I picked up my vehicle today I was shown the 2 old parts and what was broke, missing etc.The owner Siwan went above and beyond spending way more hours than I was charged for doing research, on the phone with Jeep to insure that my vehicle was going to be fixed with the right factory parts and fixed right the first time. That kind of dedication to a customer let s me know that it s not about making all the money you can make from a customer but to satisfy the customer with excellent customer service and reasonable repair prices.The biggest mistake I made was not wanting to wait a week for an appointment and I used another mechanic that was recommended by someone who didn t fix the problem. In the future if I had to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment that s what I will do. From this day on nobody but Prime Care Auto LLC will do repair work on my Jeep. My 12-year old Lexus was due for a major service and I am also considering gifting it to a family member and wanted to ensure a clean bill of health. I did not want to return to the dealership with their rigid fixed price packages. I received top notch service here - everything was taken care of with proper parts used by Lexus, everything was explained in detail, and all at a much better cost. Siwan is by far the most exceptional mechanic i have ever come across. He is honest, transparent, and informative. I do not know much about cars and Siwan took the time to teach me things about my car and the work that it needed. He is extremely precise with his work and the quality really shows how much he cares. There s no one else in the world I would go to other than him. Prices are fair and he cares about you. Him and his team took amazing care of me and my M3.

Siwan and his team are fantastic both in their depth of expertise and customer service. They have worked on 2 of my older BMWs (e46 and e63) and I trust their recommendations and quality of work. Siwan goes over and above to educate customers on current and future repairs/ needs -- and I never feel like he oversells like at some other shops. My car overheated so I had someone take a look. He replaced the thermostat and a hose using cheap parts. I have a Mini Cooper which has BMW parts. Shortly after my car overheated and cut off. The work he did on my car did significant damage to the cooling system. I was referred to Prime Care auto shop and had my car towed there @40 miles from where I live. From the beginning to the end, I was reassured that they had everything under control. I felt confident that my car was in great hands! Siwan and Bryan got my car back on the road and she s purring again. I would travel to the ends of the earth to have my MINI serviced by these 2 reputable , professional and gifted young men. I came to Prime Care Auto after having a bad experience at the dealership service center. Siwan went above and beyond, reviewing the recommended services and quotes I received, doing a detailed inspection of my car, and providing honest recommendations on what repairs were needed. He explained what was going on with my car and showed me so that I understood why the repairs were necessary. I never felt like I was being talked down to or mislead, which has often been my experience when I bring my car in for service.The pricing was very reasonable, and the turnaround time on the service was a lot faster than if I had stayed with the dealership.This is the first place I've had my car serviced where I felt comfortable and confident that my car is in good hands. Can't recommend Prime Care Auto enough!

I was looking for a place to handle my Mercedes service that would be cheaper than the dealer. After a quick google search I started calling places and after talking to Siwan I decided to go with Prime. He was very knowledgeable and also honest, I know honesty and mechanic usually aren't mentioned in the same sentence but he was. Also everything was explained thoroughly and the post repair report was immaculate. Definitely will receive my business from here on.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

The best experience I ve ever had with an auto care shop on any level. Thorough explanation of the problem and how to fix it. Expert customer service. Beat an estimate I had by an impressive amount. My 2003 Hyundai receive the same love as the high end vehicles they had in their shop. If you blink you eye you may miss this jewel on Eastern Ave. but worth the trip there. I own an f80 M3 and only trust Siwan to work on it since he is so meticulous, honest and fair. He was able to identify issues that even a master tech at a bmw dealership failed to diagnose. I trust Siwan 100% with all my cars maintenance and modification needs. I was referred to Siwan and his shop Prime Care Auto, LLC by a mutual friend.My sister owns a W204 Mercedes Benz C-300. These cars suffer from rear subframe corrosion and my sister's car experienced a failure where the left control arm was starting to become disconnected from the subframe. This was a serious safety issue.I found another rear subframe assembly with control arms from a similar low-mileage junkyard donor car. Siwan and his staff were able to replace the corroded rear subframe and they also replaced corroded brake lines.They did all of this for 1/3 of what a Mercedes dealer would have charged. I highly recommend Prime Care Auto, LLC.

If you are looking for a shop which specializes in German cars, especially BMWs, for a very reasonable pric3, then this is the place! I had my rod bearings replaced on my E93 M3 for preventative maintenance and the fuel injectors. They do an outstanding job and won t charge you nearly as much as other shops in the DMV area. Very professional work! Highly recommend Prime Care Auto!

Mohammad is a BEAST on foreign cars! He is very knowledgeable and very thorough. I had some issues with my Mercedes and my brother referred me to him. Not only did he fix my problems, but he went above and beyond helping me find the best places to get the equipment needed to do my repairs. I recently took my car for service. I informed the owner that I recently purchased the used car. He suggested that he take a detailed look at the car and I agreed that it would be a good idea. They were very detailed in their inspection. Anything that needed work was was conveyed to me with photos. I felt that they were very honest in their recommendations. I also felt that they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I will definitely be taking my car to get service from them in the future. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and professional and just an all out car enthusiast who does excellent and detail oriented work. Siwan has gone out of his way many of times to help me out and make sure my car is taken care of, I certainly don't plan on going anywhere else anymore. TLDR: One of the best shops in Baltimore to take your BMW (or any vehicle) for service or performance part installations. Knowledgeable staff, quality work and rock bottom prices are what made me a customer for life.Quality of Work: 5/5. Siwan and his team at PCA did a fantastic job servicing my BMW. I had my e46 M3 in for rod bearing work, which can get pretty labor intensive since the whole front bottom half of the engine and suspension need to removed. Siwan kept me up to date with the progress via texts and pics as they made their way through the service. In addition, PCA was able to fix a few other wear and tear items while they were in there for only the cost of parts. Upon receiving my car back after 24 hours, I was beyond impressed with the newly restored drivability as well as the piece of mind that my car's bearings are good for another 100k.Value: 5/5. Superlative pricing. Prime Care Auto's prices are a 1/3 of what you can expect to pay at the dealership. Siwan sources OEM, aftermarket as well as performance parts at industry low prices which allows the customer options on how they want to handle their service. In addition, PCA's labor costs are very reasonable and well worth the $.Staff and Communication: 5/5. My entire experience, from initial consultation to car pickup was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Siwan was in constant communication with me during the service as well as following up after I had the car back for a few weeks. In addition, PCA provided me with a detailed invoice and several pictures of the work being performed for thorough documentation.

My car needed a service for a new intercooler. Within 24 hours Siwan was able to get my situation all figured out and taken care of. On top of that , the service was excellent. Having recently moved I was looking for a shop to get an oil change for my Audi A5 and some other things looked at. After reading some reviews I decided to check out and not only were the reviews spot on but my experience and the service I received was above and beyond from Siwan and Brian. Not only did I pay way less for my oil change than I was used to but Siwan was extremely helpful in showing me what could be changed and what parts were just fine. I decided to go back and get my brakes fixed and Siwan said my front rotors were in good condition and he is sending them back and getting a refund and saving me money!!! I can't stress enough how extraordinary this level of service is at a shop, you will feel like a family member! I can definitely say I won't ever go anywhere else unless I leave Maryland.

I had the worst morning with three lights appearing on my dashboard at 5 am on my way to work! I spent my day at work googling what each thing meant, how much it would cost and even called a few places who stated they charge for running the tests in addition to the repair! After work, I called Prime Care Auto, the owner Siwan answered immediately and welcomed me to come whenever time/day is best for me and offered to run some tests to see what was wrong at no cost, his concern was to make sure that it is safe to drive the vehicle. When I got to Prime Care Auto, I was given a warm welcome as a first-time customer, they ran some tests, took a look at my vehicle, and got me back safely on the road! I honestly love the sincerity of the owner, many auto shops are quick to charge for testing what's wrong, ordering parts, labor and such but I love that the owner is so personable and doesn't try to rip you off because he really wants to help and wants people to comeback. I hope I don't have to come back for no issues with my car but if I do I will definitely be coming back to Prime Care Auto! Highly recommended!
