They did some routine maintenance on my truck. The staff was great, especially the young lady in the front office. Fair price and good communication. I don't look forward to needing a mechanic, but if I do, I hope to have as good an experience.

This shop is awesome! They were able to bring my dad s 2004 F250 truck back to life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, their staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

With a work truck with a couple miles on it, I see the folks at Pasadena Diesel several times a year. Fair and honest pricing. Always a great experience and my truck is down minimum time thanks to the Pasadena Diesel Team! You guys rock!

Pasadena diesel repair is my go-to shop for all my diesel needs. Katie is so good to me and nice and professional! Their techs are A-1 and very experienced with my 6.0 powerstroke f250. I can't complain about the prices either! I'll never bring my truck to anyone else and Pasadena Diesel is almost an hour away from me. That should tell you something!

Our 2018 Ford F350 started spraying diesel so we called Pasadena Diesel Repair for help. They were quick, super friendly and very reasonably priced. They even arranged for the truck to be towed to their shop. We would highly recommend.

Would not take our vehicles anywhere else. We've known a lot of mechanics me and my husband in the past 45 years and most of them are extremely shady they act like your friend to your face and then you get your car back and it's messed up even more but not with Pasadena diesel repair their upfront and honest and you feel like you're dealing with family. Would not go anywhere else and I highly recommend them!!!

This place is top notch! I brought my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 w/ 5.9 Cummins to them to fix an oil leak, driveline vibration, and ABS issue (Brake/ABS light combo). They diagnosed my truck, fixed all the problems, and even caught stuff shops missed for the past 3 years. The mechanic even went further after addressing the oil leak and found a broken crank vent tube that was pushing oil all over my transmission lines, which consequently addressed the burned fuel smell in the cab. Great service, great communication, and a satisfied customer!

For years I have done all the work on my vehicles. Due to my busy schedule I had to try and find a shop. Unfortunately I did not goto Pasadenda Diesel first and almost got raked over the coals by a " performance diesel and offroad" shop here in Maryland. To make a long story short the folks at Pasadena Diesel repair were absolutely amazing. The young lady that runs the front is great! She is super knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. My truck is running and driving amazing and I couldn't be any happier. Pasadena Diesel repair will be the only ones to work on my truck when I'm unable to.

Fixed my F-250 Super Duty and F-250 Lariat Diesel in no time. Could not be happier with the experience from the front office to talking with the owner Bob. Will definitely be back for future service and upgrades.

Absolutely horrible experience. Communication was almost non-existent, and they had our truck there for 3 weeks before even letting us know the diagnosis! We actually drove by several different days and saw it sitting in the same spot in their lot, despite being told it was being worked on in the garage. After this, I did not trust them to do the repair, so I paid the diagnostic fee I was initially quoted and wanted it towed back home. The receptionist told me the gasket cover was not on, but everything else was and she would secure the bolts and parts in the truck bed. When it arrived home, there was a huge scrape on the side that was not previously there, as well as broken injector control pressure and MULTIPLE PARTS were still disassembled. Much more that the gasket cover I was told. EVEN THE FENDER WAS REMOVED! Please don t take your vehicle there if you are looking for honest work with honest communication.

I have a 2005 Chevey 3500 with a Duramax It was running poorly and needed a new turbo, Took it to Pasadena Diesel and they found the problem suggested a couple of upgrades and replaced the shocks. I just got back from a trip to NY and the truck runs and drives like a new vehicle. I was getting less than 20 mpg. on the trip up and back I got over 25mpg. WOWI counldn't be happier with the repair.

First off I want to thank Katie she is AWSOME, Professional, knowledgeable she gets 10 out of 5 stars she is the reason I decided to try this shop and second I want to thank Brian the mechanic for all his work knowledge and taking time out to explain and answer all my questions I took it there because of an oil leak another mechanic at another shop told me it was the lower oil pan gasket Pasadena Diesel looked at the truck and told me it was the oil pressure sensor leaking instead and told me I didn t need to have the oil pan gasket replaced instead of most shops who would of replaced the gasket without looking then needing a pressure sensor SO THIS SHOP gets 1000% for being honest they have made it so they will be the only shop to work on my vehicle I also love the fact that it is a family atmosphere in the shop and not a giant company where you are only a number to them Pasadena Diesel makes you feel welcome and that they care about you and your vehicle

A little pricey for some repairs and very reasonable for most. Great people and mechanics. They some times cost a little more, but you get better work and they stand by their products. Also they tell you everything up front.
