Mr. Holden Ward know to his many customers as Jack provided outstanding service in a time of need. He ensure that every aspect of my visit was nothing short of exceptional. He was attentive, Knowledgeable, and truly passionate about delivering top-notch service. Not only was the service impeccable, but the atmosphere was also inviting. I recommend 5 star and above.

There was a gentleman there who helped us with what we needed.We explained why we were there and he made product recommendations and left us to make our decisions. He was friendly during checkout and asked to return. Great service from a great employee. Nice place would recommend

Such great service! Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. I had front brakes and rotors replaced, which were finished in just a couple hours. Much faster than I was expecting based on other places I ve been. This will be my go to place for sure.

I seem to collect nails in my tires and this team always gets me on my way quickly. I ve trusted Holden (who sometimes goes by Jack) for four years and I no longer panic when I get a low tire notification on my dashboard because they will take care of it with no drama.

I came in one evening because my tire had a nail in it. I am familiar with Keith, who works there, but they said he no longer worked there, so I talked to the manager. After waiting an hour, the manager told me that 2 tires were $329. I told him that I came to get a tire fixed. He mumbled something that I didn't understand and I asked him to repeat himself and he told me the tire couldn't be fixed ( he should have told me that first, instead of telling me the tires are $329).I asked him if they had any tires on sale, and he told me I could look on look on the website to see ( he should have known what was on sale). He had terrible customer service!! I left, called Keith, and he met me back there the next morning ( even though he was working at another location). He had a selection of tires priced for me before I arrived. I had brought 2 tires for my front two weeks earlier and Keith is the one who helped me decide what I needed, so I appreciated him coming there to help me purchase the the tires for the back of my car. If Keith had not answered my call, I would have gone to another establishment because that manager customer service was TERRIBLE!

I've been to this location twice within a few months; both times I felt as though they listened to my concerns about my vehicle and addressed them. The staff is friendly and I trust the information they give me. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle to this location and would recommend them.

I call and talk to Holden and the service is top notch!! He's the best in the automotive field hands down on routine service and especially complicated repairs so you dont have to go to the dealership and pay a lot more. I won't go anywhere else to have my vehicles serviced and fixed. Sometimes they are very busy because word is getting around this location has Holden who can problem solve any make of car.

I wasted no time coming here to leave a review for this shop! Let me first start off, by saying, I had a 9:00 a.m. appt, but not at this location! Instead of turning me away, Jeremy was so nice to accommodate my needs in purchasing four brand new tires! Now we ran into a couple of problems, but the way they handle the situation, is the big deal here! They were so PROFESSIONALLY! And you know us women have a hard time with shops when it comes to service, and u know what I mean, ladies! And I am a whipper snapper, only because of what I've been through in my past with mechanic shops! So, I was ready and wasn't trying to hear NOTHIN! lol They were so nice, even when I wasn't, especially the BIG Boss, Scorpio, or slick! Yeah I gave him that name but he was so patient with me, along with Jeremy! They did everything to make sure, I was pleased before I left that shop, my frown was definitely turned upside down! Even the young guy that was working on my car was nice, and polite, he remind me of Ray Rice, so cute! When I finally seen that young man's smile, that really made my day! Don't want to leave out the other young guy there, he was nice, also and working hard! They ALL were great! This is a nice crew you have there NBT! And they ALL deserve a BLESSING....A BIG, FAT, RAISE! Keep up the good work guys! And thanks so much!!

I can t say enough about Jeremy and his team at this location. They went above and beyond on a Sunday with limited resources to make sure my wheel and tire were safe to get me to a restoration location.

I have been bringing my vehicle to NTB for years; competitive pricing and an extremely knowledgeable manager, Jack. The guys perform superb service and deliver on time as forecasted. Very well run shop dont hesitate to bring your vehicles here.

Mediocre at BEST. Lemme give you the skinny cuz the other details are miniscule: Appointment Time was given & Confirmed by Technician, my car proceeds to sit like it's on display (only cuz parallel parking on that side of the bldg.) for 1hr 32min UNTOUCHED, finally gets four(4) brand new tires put on, & all for a whopping wait-time of only 25~30min. Technician-shortage or not, an appointment time is an appointment time so perhaps an/-y update(s) or recommendations for intermediary plans due to wait-time. I like these guys, so thankfully their respectable techs have somethin' to smooth over my disgruntlement regarding how long i sat in the lobby watching re-run after re-run of the massively syndicated sitcom, "FRIENDS", without so much as a whisper regarding the status of my car and its lack of movement from the front of the store. 3outof5, maybe it just wasn't their day -- i know for daggum sure it wasn't my day lol.

I had a scheduled oil change appointment for Friday at 1pm and was told that the wait would be no longer than 1 hour. After waiting for an hour the mechanics still hadn t started on my car. I was very frustrated by this and decided to leave instead of waiting any additional time. Bruce Fox, seeing my frustration asked me to come on Saturday at 10 to have my oil changed and assured me that I would not be charged for the service. When I arrived Saturday morning Bruce took my keys right away and performed the service himself. He finished in less than 30 minutes. I am very impressed by the customer service he provided me. In my opinion this is how you create returning customers. I will come back to this NTB location for my future oil changes simply because of the professionalism and quality of service provided by Mr. Bruce. Thank you sir.

Very polite, direct and professional when I called with my tire issue. I showed up an hour later and was welcomed by Kenneth. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the situation while setting the proper expectations. Within a matter of 45 minutes I was driving away with my problem completely solved thanks to Kenneth and the staff at NTB! Great experience!

McKinley Connor (Mac) was my customer service associate today and he was very patient and knowledgeable about the tires and gave recommendations on the best tires within my budget. He gave great customer service, showed empathy, was polite, showed leadership skills, and exhibited great communication skills with the customers. While there, I felt like Mac cared about servicing the public and he needs to be recognized for his hard work and dedication. I walked out with two brand-new tires.
