Amazing people.Down to earth.No pretense.Honest!!!Accommodated me.I have known the owner and his family since I was a toddler.I moved away.Lost touch somewhatI have had my vehicle(s) worked on by at least three to four other mechanics over the years both in Maryland and Pennsylvania.A few of them I felt were quite trust worthy and transparent.However when I was recently faced with a situation I was unsure of and didn't feel comfortable with I called Norwood a trusted name for me and despite the distance I drove from Hanover Pennsylvania it was well worth it to me for the peace of mind I received.

I have been using Norwood and Denny for 30 years and while Denny can be old school no nonsense and impatient sometimes, I have trusted them with all of my vehicles including my Jeep Liberty diesel that takes a special hand. They are honest and do quality work, only what really needs doing, which is why I have always come back to them.

I think my bills are a little pricey at times but they do good work. Owner worked with me on paying the bill when I needed major work and couldn't afford it. I didn't care to much for other places I have been to in the past. Shop is very clean but no waiting area .

I called for a tow truck. Whoever the man was who answered the phone was disrespectful, loud, rude and very, very disrespectful. Made ne hesitate about giving him my business. To top it all off had to wait 2 1/2 for a tow truck.

Very happy with service. Everyone was professional and polite. Work was completed immediately and I was kept informed of the issue and what service they were going to do. I also thought the cost was more than reasonable.

Beat prices and service in town. No matter what work your having done, a thorough inspection is done prior to your care being released to you. Wish I would have known about them years ago.

I highly recommend Norwood...courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable...they can also tow your vehicle if you need...

Fantastic personal service. They remember how to fix the old cars! New cars too, of course. I've been a customer here for decades. Call a day or two ahead for an appointment.

My family has been going to Norwood's for more than 20 years, even after we moved out of the area. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days but Norwood's has always been honest.
