I had a great car buying experience at Norris Honda. Stan connected me with a great sales person named Wilson, who treated me as VIP. He communicated well by asking questions about what I need from a car. From there I was matched with a car, that was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend going to Norris Honda for all your car buying needs. Wilson and the team will do what they can to ensure you leave with a purchase that makes you happy. Thanks Wilson, front office, those who drove the cars around the lot, and the finance office, you all done a great job!!! Keep up the good work.

This was a great car buying experience! After dealing with several dealers near me I was frustrated because they were all about making false promises and charging you as much as possible for the privilege of buying a car from them. Fortunately I found Norris Honda and everything changed. Our salesman Nick was straightforward, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Working with the finance manager, Todd, was the best experience I have had when buying a car. I left feeling that Norris Honda truly cared about the customer. I would definitely buy another Honda from them.

This dealership went above my expectations. The staff there was not only exceptionally helpful and informative, but they were patient and easygoing. They are definitely trying to sell their cars, but they are honest. The process of getting our car from them could not have been smoother. I have to also give extra kudos to Sean Pfarr, a salesman there. He demonstrated amazing work ethic and made sure we felt supported and not pushed to make any decision. Go to him for help if you can!

Came to this service department on Monday 2/26/24 because I had a car battery issue and a lock mechanism issue on my driver side door. I could not use my physical key to open my driver side door. They charged me $150 for a diagnostic test just to tell me that nothing was wrong and that there was just a piece in my driver side door lock that came loose. So you just couldn t just fix the lock piece without acting like I needed a $150 diagnostic test. Not to mention they never did anything about my battery and I m still under warranty. They told me my battery was ok even though the tow truck guy who gave me the jumpstart said I needed a new battery. Fast forward four days later and my car battery is completely dead, I have to get another jumpstart, and also take my vehicle to another Honda to get a new battery. I highly doubt if I will be bring my vehicle back to this service department again. You only have to betray my trust once and I m done.Update to the response from the dealer below: So the service manager attempted to contact me? When? lol That is a complete "LIE". The response was just posted to "save face" for the deceitful and lack of service they provided me. THE END.....

Had a terrible experience at this dealership. I did a ton of market research and came prepared to negotiate on a Honda pilot. They low balled my trade in which I got 2,500 more for at another dealership the same day, they have no transparency in their pricing and fees and when I asked to see an itemization I was told we need to settle on a bottom line first. I also caught an error with the sales tax, they had initially failed to offer sales tax credit on my trade in which made a 1,300 dollar difference. Bought a pilot from another dealership same day and had a much more transparent and friendly experience.

Worked with Wilson to get an amazing deal on a used car. Entire process was very smooth and painless. Called and worked details over the phone and flew in to purchase the car. The entire team was nice and ensured I was in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes. Truly an A+ dealership that cares for their customers and customers experience. Bought a used car in October and just found out I need a completely new engine. Feel absolutely taken advantage of as a young girl that came in to buy a car. Awful business. UPDATE: just found out the car needs a new transmission as well. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS

Carl has helped me a couple times, for years, without an appointment when my vehicle was not working right. Everyone is very polite and I was able to drive my car home. Other dealers will miss details but I was able to get my battery tested and replaced for free if the tests failed. I appreciate that I can come in to get a check up on issues preventing bigger problems.

We went in on a whim, went over numbers, then spoke very candidly with the manager and left with a new car. Our salesman, Nick, was fantastic and down to earth which we greatly appreciated. I think we appreciated the fact that negotiations still exist and felt like they truly did work with us.

Going to a dealership and buying a car alone at 22 was not something I was looking forward to, but Sean and Todd were the nicest people ever and made my experience buying a car stress free. They were honest and genuinely cared about me getting the best price and finance option. Sean was very patient with me and answered all of my questions about the car with ease. If you can, work with this pair they are fantastic! If I ever need another car, I hope to have these two again.

I want to give a big shout out and a giant thank you to Wilson Gilbert for his help on Friday August 5 ,2022 where I bought a 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat. Thanks for taking the time and effort on making the transition for my new truck. You worked your magic and your skills for getting us the right price. We are pickup truck girls now. My daughter named her Stellaletric. We have a mascot riding with us his name is Larry. We love our new truck!I also want to thank Eric the service guy for giving me his expertise in buying a vehicle that I really wanted.

Had an amazing experience at Norris Honda with Wilson ! :) After going to a few dealerships in the area with much frustration I walked into Norris and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got me a great deal on a certified preowned car and out the door. They even got my rental car picked up by Enterprise for me so i wouldn t have to deal with it.Go see Wilson at Norris Honda you won t regret it!

Gold star experience once again. The customer service is too tier from all staff. You re always greeted with a smile and the service is seamless. They get the job done right the first time. I am always so pleased with my experience each time I visit. I also love that they have the independent play center for my toddler. Great job!

Jeff Grossman, Carl and Dennis were excellent as usual. Had my car serviced for regular maintenance, purchased 4 Michelin tires (competitively priced) and addressed a manufacturer's recall notice. The service department at Norris Honda is professional, reliable and honest. Amber did a great job with the pick up and loaner delivery but I miss Greg. Have purchased my last 3 cars from Norris Honda.
