They charged me over $100 just for a diagnostic, and wanted to charge me $2,200.00 to replace a water pump. I had my vehicle towed to my usual shop for $10, they did a free diagnostic, and the repair was completed for under $1,000.00. It was just a reminder of why I stopped going there, or to any dealership once the warranty is over.

I had my son go in to get an oil change, nothing else. I ve never paid more that $55 for an oil change - and that s without a service special. And yes, that s with full synthetic oil. I understand prices go up, but an addition $20. I didn't realize oil changes skyrocketed within the past couple of months.I am concerned as I did not receive a call about an oil leak. Instead, my 17 year old son was asked "if he wanted to do the oil change." Norris Honda has ALWAYS called me when they found something. Even when I have physically waited on the premises, I received a call to which I replied "I'm here." Today, no one called me and instead tried to pin the decision on a minor. I'm glad he had the wherewithal to say no and decline the service.UpdateL 4/11 - I spoke to the one of the service managers and appreciate that she reached out to me personally to discuss. She apologized for the confusion as one of their service leads is still in training. I'm hopeful Honda will consider disclosing some of their base pricing packages such as oil change. Prior to this iteration, the pricing was visible (e.g., see Heritage Honda's service booking engine). Also, you used to be able to book just an oil change and not be pinned to additional services. It should be up to the consumer at the time of booking to choose which services he/she would like. In times like these, consumers should not be "locked" into A123, B124, etc. when booking the service they'd like to have done. I understand the rationale for not placing the price, but when your service experience is exceptional, then pricing to the consumer may be less of a concern.

for six years I have had my oil changed at this location and it usually takes less than an hour plus a car wash. I went for my oil change on 8/5/2021,made an appointment online for 10:30 am. Arrived at 10:20. Three HOURS later I was able to get my car and leave. No one bothered to tell me what was happening or why so long. Every hour I asked my tech what's happening to my car. Explained there was 70 appts. that day. Not my problem. The third hour I requested my car back whether service was done or not. Oil change was done but car remained sitting in the back without notification to tech that it was done.Three Hours!! Never got a car wash, no paperwork. Discussion on the status of my brakes as requested not done. Condition of tires not discussed. Yes I wasn't charged for the oil change but that's a minor point. Will not return again for sure. Poor service.

Re-rateI'm sure this place is great for an ICE vehicle. However, the last time I got my PHEV serviced there, the technician missed the fact that the 12v auxiliary battery was shot. This ultimately caused me to get stranded out of town when the undervoltage triggered a cylinder misfire error. I had to use roadside assistance to get my car towed. Then my insurance company raised my rates because the towing was counted as a "claim".I just can't use this dealer location anymore.I'm sure this place is fine if your car isn't a hybrid, PHEV, or electric.Previous reviewThe staff is friendly, honest, efficient, and timely. If you have an ICE vehicle, you will almost certainly experience 5-star service.My only reservation is that Norris Honda apparently has only one mechanic that can diagnose error codes PHEV.

Service was good. The only reason I give it 4 stars out of 5 is because the car wash wasn't working, again. I see their car wash like the McDonald's Ice Cream Maker, always out of order now a days.

Fast, simple and to the point. Had to take a vehicle in for some maintenence. Online process was easy and comprehensive. The tech was easy to talk to and checked me in under a few minutes. Estimated time was an hour and they got it done in under 45 minutes. Definitely coming back for more work on the car.

Just another positive experience with the service department at Norris Honda. They perform the work quickly and professionally and we maintain both our Honda's at Norris. Thanks to Greg for loaner car arrangements.

Had a warranty covered radio issue with my Honda Passport. I scheduled an appointment online with ease. Dropped the car off and had it fixed by the next afternoon. They had a continuous open line of communication with me the whole time and let me know exactly what was wrong and how it was fixed. Will continue to take our Honda to Norris.

Absolutely the worse experience ever!My van is four years old and it failed the emission test. Take it to get serviced. My appt was 8:30a, no one called or anything to give me updates. So I called the NEXT day and they said absolutely nothing wrong and it will be $130 because they ran a test. Fred Hassell was manger and was extremely rude when questioned, ever started cursing at me when I never cursed. I will NEVER buy a Honda vehicle again!!

I did an oil change with tire rotation at the Norris Honda. I know I have gone in many places since I have driven car. It's only Norris Honda that don't run my car into a car wash and didn't fill up my windshield washer fluid. I was told they will run it through car wash. I am disappointed. Also, my steering wheel is having shakes now after the oil change and tire rotation.

Price Gouging, Ronnie Swords who was supposed to assist the customer helped the mechanic. Ronnie Swords Is By far the worst Service advisor. He refused to contact my Warranty and Told me i could file a claim on my own. I am now shorted 430 dollars because of the Gouging. I will never return.
