We have purchased 3 cars and a truck from Norris Ford. Stan Ma was the salesman we worked with. I must say he is awesome. Several times he has gone above and beyond to help us. As weird as it might sound I enjoy going there. We have always been treated with respect. The service department is great, Chris one of the service techs always explains exactly what the issue is with our cars and gives a solution.

WILSON IS THE BEST!!! Today we had the most pleasant car buying experience with Wilson Gilbert. If you want a laugh and a stress free experience, he s your guy. He was so accommodating and appreciative of my situation. I wanted to look at multiple cars and he was more than happy to help me with my picky taste. With no pressure, he helped me find a car that best fits me. I have never laughed so much during a car buying process. He thinks he s funny AND HE IS!! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle (used or new) at Norris Automotive.Bonus: free candy at his desk :)

We went to the dealership to buy a used car and while negotiating for it, they sold it to another couple without giving us the first "right of refusal." They did make us an offer and I countered (like you do when buying a car), and when the saleswoman came back she told us an offer was put in for full price by another couple and I had to make a decision. After about a minute of thinking, I said we would take it at full price. She left and came back and said the dealership sold it to the other couple. Two separate managers then came to talk to us and both had different stories about what transpired and made no effort to see what could be done to remedy the situation. It was very much a "you snooze you lose" situation and the differences in the stories gave me the feeling that I was being misled and lied too.This isn't our first vehicle purchase at Norris but there will never be another. If we got the same story from both managers, if an attempt was made work with us to locate a similar vehicle, or even a bit of honesty and humility, I may not be upset.To be transparent I did flip off the used car manager on my way out as he smirked at me - childish on my part, but it doesn't match the behavior they demonstrated. I tried to reach out to Warren Paugh (Norris, President, Retail Automotive Division) and when I didn't get a response I called back and spoke to Ryan ???. Ryan was the second manager I spoke to that same day and again deflected my questions, justified what they did, commented on me giving the finger to his manager (but didn't say anything when I pointed out him laughing at us over the situation and smirking as we walked out.) When I pointed out that him and the other manager gave me completely separate stories he denied it. Ryan brought up the first right of refusal and I pointed out that I accepted the offer at full price and I should have had it and he didn't comment.Take your business elsewhere - they don't deserve it.

This is my fourth vehicle purchase from Norris Ford. Each time I was treated with respect and courtesy. My needs and requests were listened to and accomodated to the fullest extent possible. My ford vehicles are also serviced by Norris and my service experience pre-dates my sales experience. They are honest and only perform the work needed to do the job. I would recommend Norris to anyone looking for a new dealer, or service department.

The morning of 3/22 I went over to a different dealership in Parkville and had the worst experience. By the time I got to Norris I was, admittedly, in a pretty sour mood. Then came Nick. I asked about a car, he took me to the car. I asked to test drive the car, he brought me the key. He picked a great route to really test out the trans and brakes. No games, no scheming, no slimey salesman attitude. He was friendly, straight to the point, and honest. Nick really turned my day around, and is 100% the reason I chose to buy my car at Norris. 10/10 can't recommend enough.

Purchased my special order Raptor through them for the second time! Could not have had a better experience. Everyone at the dealership demonstrated great customer service and kept me informed through the entire purchase. Would definitely recommend them and will absolutely be purchasing through them again!

Norris Ford is the best around for servicing your Ford. Their service manager Rob provides the best customer service in the business. I will continue to use Norris because of his top-notch care for his customers.

I bought a used 2020 F150 Lariat ecoboost (3.5) about a month ago in August. There was some minor issues with the truck being ready to deliver on time due to some specialty paint work that needed to be done, and only 1 specific guy could do this repair. The repair was a front fender area that had scratches and minor cosmetic paint damage, that needed to be done. I waited patiently as they fumbled through this process a couple extra days. Christian my sales guy was very attentive, and kept me up to date on the progress. A month or so after I bought the truck, I recently bought a tonneau cover. So to install the cover, I actually got in the back of the bed of the truck and stood up to install new tonneau. To my surprise there was a huge dent on the roof of the truck. I ve put very little miles on the vehicle, and am handicapped so it s very challenging for me to get into the back of the truck and stand up. My heart sank. I took a pic of the damaged roof, and called and emailed my salesman Christian. I sent him the pic of the damaged roof. Told him they missed this during inspection. I realize it s my word against theirs. A day later, today actually, Christian called me and informed me Norris will not fix the damaged roof. I explained I have pics of the day I took the truck home with temporary tags, and you can see the outline of the damage in the pics. They weren t interested in seeing those photos. I was really disappointed Norris would not stand behind their product. This review could have really been a glowing one, but they chose otherwise. But at least I gave them a chance to stand behind their customer. What a disappointment. Of course Christian offered to give me the name of a body and paint guy they use, but assured me I d have to pay for the repair. I ll never purchase another vehicle from these folks. And I ve learned a valuable lesson. Handicapped or not. Go over the ENTIRE vehicle for damage.Updated Review-Shortly after this review Norris Ford made this situation right. I was contacted by the salesman Christian, and he informed me the general manager approved the repair. I was offered a loaner car, and the repair was completed within 24 hours. I offered to show the General manager all my documented photos, but he informed me none of that was necessary and he just wanted to make me happy. I will also include a photo of the completed repair. There is still a golfball sized ding, but all the paint has been matched and I m satisfied with the repair. Most folks won t see the tip of the truck, but I knew the damage was there, and Norris did make the situation right, so I updated my 1 star previous review.

We were checking out CRVs at the Norris Honda dealer next door when I saw a beautiful red Bronco Sport up the hill at Norris Ford. Kyle O'Connor answered all of our questions about the vehicle, showed us some neat options and ultimately worked out a great deal for us. They weren't too pushy, as some dealers can be, and on the day of purchase we were in and out in relatively short order.

Service was done fairly quickly but service tech lied about services performed. I checked myself and had to let the service advisor know. Manager had the technician replace parts he said were in good condition.

My salesman Elijah Schlesinger and the sales manager Brett Koopman at Norris Ford were awesome. They went above and beyond to make my shopping experience the best. I told them what I was looking for and they found it and I had my new Mustang Mach-E within just a few days! If you are in the area stop in and ask for EJ, you won't regret it!

I ordered a Mustang Mach E from Norris and they were excellent throughout the entire process. Ford corporate has a fairly "ok" tracker to keep tabs on your order but it isn't perfect. Every time I got a little too inpatient I would reach out the crew at Norris was helpful. They would look into things, get detailed updates and tolerate my insistent and incessant bothering.When the car arrived, it was hassle free. They installed my hitch, shined up the car good and did everything they possibly could to get me my car JUST in time for a little weekend getaway I had planned with my wife and friends. All this, and a fair price considering how cut throat the car market is at the moment. If I paid any extra I feel like the service I received was well worth it.Shout out to Stan Ma my Sales Guy who delivered the car and made sure I knew everything. Bigger shout out to Jimmy Lowry who is the General Manager and took time to speak with me when I called about updates.All in all a fantastic crew of guys and gals.

I bought a Used Ford Edge Titanium from Norris Ford 11 days ago and Paid in Full with cash. The next day I noticed that my panaramic roof has a large crack in it, they must have missed it during inspection. My 80 year old Mother was in the hospital so I did not have time to call them until today. I spoke with my Sales Man Charles who told me that I would have to bring it in and have a Manager look at it to approve it, he has been a gem from the minute I dealt with him. I give him 5 stars but the Dealership only one.When I arrived Charles met me outside and looked at the damage. He called his Manager Ryan and went inside to speak with him on the phone. Charles came out two minutes later and said that the Manager will not come out to speak with me. He said to call my insurance company to get the repair done. I said I just purchased a $23,000 car in cash and he can't respect me enough to meet with me. When I purchased the car I was told that I had a 30 day warranty that covered everything. When the Manager Ryan would not come out, my Fiance went inside and spoke with William who was also some type of Manager there. William told my Fiance that this is not a safety issue and they can exchange the car over fixing the glass. I am so disappointed in Norris Ford. My fiance purchased many cars with them and recommended them. I guess when you pay in full you are no longer a customer in their eyes. Buyer Beware. Go over everything with a fine tooth comb. In addition to the cracks in the glass on the roof, my headlight was out and there is glue left over from tint being removed on the windows. I was not sure if this would be resolved but for a manger from a reputable company not to come speak with me is unexcusable nor would anyone give me his number. And any broken glass is a safety issue. My roof is glass, my 2 year old son sits under it. I was was going to purchase another vehicle next month from them but I will tell all my friends and family to run from them. They are not reputable in my eyes. Run from Norris Ford!

Friendly and courteous staff. Went for an oil change which includes tire rotation and mutli-point inspection. Also to resolve a factory recall. Clean, comfortable waiting area. This took 2 hours.

Family member recently bought a vehicle there, he drove it for 300 miles and the vehicle started shaking violently, the dealership refuses to fix the problem and the warranty company won t honor the warranty because they said that the vehicle should have never been sold in that condition. He took it to another inspection station and that station basically failed it and gave him a long list of issues that need to be fixed.
