This is my first time using this mobile mechanic service and won't be my last. They are good at what they do and the customer service was exceptional. My starter got replaced quickly and although that was not the problem they did infact find the culprit. Thank you you guys and when I get into a problem again that I can't fix I know who to call. The reviews speak for itself.

My Volvo s serpentine belt broke in a shady part of Bmore. I luckily clicked on these folks. I called and they found the part nearby and were at roadside within the hour. They replaced the belt within 30 minutes. Lifesavers and very reasonable. I was super pleased. Give them a call when needed.

My friend and I were traveling through Baltimore, and our car suddenly broke down. We went on Google to look for a local mechanic, and we found My Traveling Mechanic. We gave him a call and he told us to take a photo of the part that was damaged. He went out of his way to look for the part. 9 PM. was just around the corner. Most of the stores were closed. He notified us the next morning by 730 that he was gonna look for the part. 30 minutes later. He gives a call back that the part was in backorder even though he didn't fix the car, but the communication that he gave us was amazing.

The best! I m serious guys they were the very best! I have not had this much joy in a service in quite some time. I am a hotel manager and I have a very busy site and advise 2 other managers. The service tech called me, confirmed my location and even picked up my parts from the step with a prepaid confirmation.They were in constant contact with me and literally fixed my vehicle where it was in my parking garage. Amazing service, fast and quality work!I will recommend my travel mechanic to anyone and I am also sharing their cards with my hotel teams and valet teams to help spread the word.I m riding safe and my travel mechanic is the reason why!Thank you guys so much!God bless!DCS

Greatest experience ever!!! I had a complicated situation NOBODY could help me with so i call these guys(My Traveling Mechanics) and they got the job done!!!(the right way).After i called they said they would be 15 minutes and they was i showed him my problem and he shook his head but they got to work and through all the headaches they never gave up I appreciate there service.You guys was on time and stayed the whole time(punctuality).You guys saved me money(affordable).I genuinely wish you guys best throughout y'all journey.Much love n thanks from a satisfied costumer....

My brakes were giving out on me. It was late and all the auto repair shops were closed. I found him outside an auto parts store. My brake pads and rotors were repaired. He was very helpful and professional and did not try to overcharge or upsell. My brakes are better than they were when I first purchased the car. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience..thanks so much for the mechanics that came to fix my car in the freezing cold weather. Very professional and informative. Very nice man. He has saved me 2 or 3 times already. He has came to me in the rain and in the cold and it was one of them cold nights also. He has also fixed the problems at those times. I would highly recommend My Traveling Mechanic to any one who needs one and he also knows the electrical needs of a car. Great experiences so far...My Traveling Mechanic for your needs.

My alternator went up twice on my van. The first time they came right over to my van to help at the auto store. It wasn't easy cause the old alternator was the one that came with the van. They worked it out and fixed it to help me get back on the road. I had the same issue the alternator I got replace stopped working not cause the guys did something wrong it was a good one. They did a awesome job in repairing the Alternator but also found out I had an electric problem. That's why my alternator died so fast. These guys do an awesome job you can call them and they will make there business to help you. I am so glad to have them to be apart of my van life. The prices is great to!

I must say this is the best experience at getting car fix when no one is available late in the day. Call this you will not be disappointed at customer sevice skill and his work. His son jump right on my car start breaking it down all by his self. Trust his work I left came back car start right up.

The gentlemen who serviced my car were kind, knowledgeable and respectful. I needed a new alternator and the one I purchased for them to use was faulty. They helped explain why the auto repair shop may give someone a faulty alternator and helped me with what to say to get a new one. They were understanding of my time, worry, and needs. Allover wonderful fellows. Very transparent and communicative regarding costs and labor as well!

The mechanic came out 29 minutes earlier than expected which made my day. He was very friendly & professional. I like to do the work myself but this job was out of my league. He took his time & made it look easy. I can t be happier!

My traveling mechanic was the fastest and most respectful serviceman I've ever met in my life. Do you know how much money they can save you from paying a tow truck. The cars running great and at a reasonable price.

Extremely satisfied and highly impressed with the service I received! Bilal is very professional, attentive and listens to his customers complaints to ensure the proper problem is addressed. He isn't out to try and make money off of his customers by telling them they have problems that don't exist. He is extremely fast, yet thorough with his work! He listened to everything I said was wrong with my car and together we figured out exactly what the problem was. Its extremely helpful that he travels to you and works after hours, so customers that may work odd hours can still get their car problems addressed. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reasonable, professional automobile services. Thank you again Bilal!

Bilal and his assistant were great. We found the at the last moment of Facebook. My breaks went out while I was downtown. He came to my location, picked up my parts on his way and quickly changed my break pads and rotors. He was very professional and I d recommend him to anyone.

I was visiting family (from out of town) and the brake rotor had rust on it. A complete mess. MTM came out to the house and fixed everything in the driveway! Very professional! And polite! Answered all questions that I had. The family will definitely use them again!

Tried to repair my vehicle by changing spark plugs and created another problem. After I paid him for the work he did he never came back to fix the problem he created. He talk me to my face that he would return and did a no show . Not cool.

I had a wonderful experience, very helpful kind and attentive even came back out in a severe storm to reassess the situation which was no fault of the mechanics and got me and my family home safely and came back out in the rain the next morning saving the number and will be my 1st call and future needs for my vehicle

Accidentally put DIESEL fuel n my car n he came and EMPTIED it completely out and go it back working and it was less then 3 hrs from beginning to end !! HE IS THE BEST MECHANIC OUT HERE GET WITH HIM AND HE WILL DEFINITELY GET YOU BACK ON THE RAOD !!

He burnt the plastic part of my car axle while putting heat to a bolt didn't notified me or took responsibility for it.the fluid from the axle was all splashed inside of the driver side tire and under neath the car .He doesn't not guarantee his work .everyone make sure that you guys get a recipe from him .he has a very sneaky and deceiving attitude but he is very irresponsible Mechanic.inshalla you will learn how to take responsibility for your mistakes and don't hang up on your problem .guess what , 90 percent of this business is customer service and customer service is not when all is good and everyone happy with your job , customer service is when you can admit your mistakes and take responsibility for them and don't be all about MONEY.
