I'm sorry to say after 10yrs of going to the one erdman shopping center, I can't. I let my vehicle for a check up. Not only did I pay their bill I had to pay another auto shop to fix what Mr tire messed up! Some employees rode around in my truck& they messed a tire drum ?was scrapped up & they never changed the oil. Mr Steve is very friendly but he needs to hire a better team. Asap

I had an appointment for 1pm for a tire patch, no one ever called me or answered the phone when I called to check on it. They closed the store with my car in it, causing me to miss work. I went to pick it up the next morning when they were supposed to open at 9, no one showed up until also 10. I finally get in the store and they tell me my car was done the day before, they just didn't call me. So unprofessional, I'll never be back. I wish I could give no stars.

Manager Jack was so friendly and explained all pricing and expectations before. My tech Alex went above and beyond! My 4 tire change was super fast and communication was fantastic! I would recommend this location to everyone!

Jack and Tony provided superior customer service. I just got new tires from the Laurel, MD location, and they were not balanced properly. My car was shaking violently, so I stopped at this location while traveling home. Tony had some time in his schedule, so he properly fixed my tires without hesitation. Thank you, gentlemen.

I had a flat tire on Friday night. I don't have a spare, so I had a tow truck drop my vehicle off after hours at Mr. Tire at 7923 Bel Air Road. The next day the manager (Tayvon Patterson) said he would look at my car to see if the tire could be repaired or if it had to be replaced. He said he'd call me before the workday is done. He didn't do that. The following morning I called and the manager said he'd bring my car in next and should have it done by 11:00. I called around 2:00 since I hadn't heard from him. The worker who answered the call said it was his first day, and that manager had gone to Salvo Auto Parts, and that my car hadn't been brought in yet (despite the manager saying my car would be looked at next). I asked the worker to have the manager call me when he gets back. 45 minutes later, I hadn't heard from the manager, so I called back. The worker said he still wasn't back yet. I again asked the worker to have the manager call me when he returns. After another hour or so passed without a call from the manager, I called Mr. Tire again. This time the manager answered and he said he finally looked at my car for the first time (near the end of the day on Sunday). At that time, he said he'd have to order a new tire the following day. On that following day, the manager finally called me for the first time during this ordeal to say that the car was done. I took an Uber to pick up my car, and the manager was not at the shop. He took a car out for a drive, and I had to wait for him yet again. If you want good customer service, and if you want timely service, you do not want to come to Mr. Tire at 7923 Bel Air Road, at least while Tayvon Patterson is the manager. I had gone there for years ... I won't anymore.

I really do not want to give any stars to this store anymore !! DO NOT GO HERE !!JACK D which is the MANAGER of this store and the Essex location. POOR MANAGEMENT FROM HIM FOR SURE. I had an appointment yesterday 2/15 at 10:00 to get a battery for my Traverse, I called at 9:00 to see if I could bring my truck early to have it done he INSISTED I rescheduled until TODAY 2/16 @ 8:15 due to the delivery driver wrecking and not having techs and I d be the first customer, I d receive a HIGE DISCOUNT for the inconvenience etc. HE and CASH were going to be at the store at 8:15 and I would be in and out !! THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL I WAS SO IRRATE !!!ALSO the guy they had standing in the shop on Belair Road he proceeded to tell me the Duracell Battery I was looking at was about $600-$700 with installation??? UMMM INSTALLATION IS FREE !!I called the Essex location and got to speak with ASHLEY DIXON the assistant manager (SHE IS AMAZING) I explained everything to her the promises the issue etc and she asked me if I could get my truck to her I said I think so and so I got it to her. BEST MOVE I MADE between her and the techs she has working with her THEY ARE AMAZING !!! ESSEX WITH ASHLEY IS WHERE TO GO YOU WILL ALWAYS LEAVE VERYYYYY SATISFIED.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. They made me wait 9-4, almost 8 hours for only one tire and then charged almost 300 dollars for it. Not only that I just got my tires done by here like a month ago and I have to get one of them replaced AGAIN. Worst tire place to go to hands down. I mean if you're gonna make me pay that much might as well have good service

Mr. Tire (7923 belair rd), I do not think they cared about my situation. 1. The associate told me the mechanic did my brake pads within minutes. (Red flag) 2. After getting my brake pads done, my car started making an awful noise. The associate suggested I would require a wheel hub bearing. I replied, ok, cool. Then he repeated the parts I required were not available on any of the locations they get from. I asked what are the spots they order from; he replied Advance auto parts and a couple of other places. I decided to take my vehicle to Jiffy Lude. They ordered that same Part from Advance auto and cleaned up the mess Mr. Tire made.

Worst experience ever. We've been going to this location for over 10 years. We won't be going back. After having to return my car because it wasn't driving correctly. I was told that my car would be looked at first thing in the morning. That day came and went and I never received a phone call. When I called the next day I was told it still had not been fixed or even looked at and I would have to bring it back later or the following day which would have meant taking the day off from work. They eventually fixed the car after I informed them I was not taking time off work for them to fix something that should have already been fixed. To add insult to injury when I went to pick up my car it was left outside and unlocked again. The last time they left my car unlocked outside it was broken into and numerous things were stolen.

Had tires installed on 2 vehicles same day. 2nd vehicle had multiple problems after the install causing me 2 trips back with no satisfaction. Ended up costing me time and more money because of their mistakes. I have been a customer for years. I will not be going back in the future for any service.

Went in this morning to get a tire patched and to get a quote on four new tires for my vehicle. In a world where customer service is not what it once was, Daquan Goode, provided just that. Thank you for your help and estimates for two new sets of tires and thank you for getting my vehicle in there and getting it repaired quickly. This man is definitely an asset to your company.

I have been coming for many years and trust Jim at this location! Steers me right every time. Just had a 28 pt inspection at dealer last week. I knew I needed an alignment and 2 tire. They did my last prepaid oil change from when I bought my car 5 years ago and found nothing on my inspection. Went to Mr Tire for those today and they found rear brakes almost gone! Thank you Jim and Mr. Tire for years of excellent service and keeping my family safe.

I came in for a very simple mount and balance of a tire I already owned. Simple job, they were quick price was reasonable. It was a type of wear I had not seen before. They explained the cause of the wear/solution and pointed out another unrelated problem which they showed me for clarity and neither comment came with any pressure for them to do more work. I appreciate an auto shop that is informative without being pressuring.

Fantastic service. My daughter and I were heading out on a day trip and found I had a nail in my tire, they got me in and discovered the nail didn t go all the way through so no repairs needed. Did not charge me. Will definitely use in the future. Everyone was great.

This location is managed correctly and is very professional. There is a Mr. Tire closer to me, and I venture out of my way to get my vehicles serviced at this particular location. Mr. Tire has good warranties on their tires, which can make keeping your vehicles tires in top shape easy and affordable. I have never had a bad experience and consider them to be my go-to repair shop.

Always on point! Mr.Jim and Javon are the best!! - From 3 years agoI miss Mr.Jim so much he treated me like family and made sure my safety was top priority on the road. Since he left the place has gone down. They let me drive off without putting new oil in my car. Im very upset. & Scared.

Came in for a tire rotation and they didn't do it at all. Thankfully I marked the tires before I came so I would know if they did the work or not. Had the truck for 2 hrs

Update: 12/2019: I love this company! Mr. Charles made sure that my van was serviced quickly and efficiently. All of the gentlemen here work hard to keep their customers happy.Mr. Anthony and Mr. Joe are both amazing at customer service! They both worked hard to get my vehicle in and worked on in a timely manner. The shop was busy but both made me feel like I was a priority. I am such a happy customer. I have never had a bad experience at this shop!

The gentleman that scheduled and handled my appointment made sure that my car was finished in time for me get my son from school. He was a true professional. I really appreciate him and will continue to have my car serviced at this location. I think he was the manager, please make sure he gets the credit and a bonus in his pay for his quality service dedication to your company!

Such a fast easy oil change, less than 1 hour! We were in town for the holidays and my oil light turned on. Marc fit us in the schedule, no problem. Great customer service and now I'm ready for my 8 hr road trip home! Thanks, MR. TIRE!

Wonderful experience I drove in to town from Florida after the untimely death of my mother. This place was open on Sunday and able to order me tires and replace them while I was at her funeral. Great experience. Thank you

I came in yesterday needing to replace tires without an appointment. They got the car in and started work immediately. Since one of my tires was already pretty new and originally purchased from the Nottingham Mr. Tire, I just asked then to replace the other three tires with that model. They had 3 of them in stock at this location so I didn't have to wait or reschedule. They said it would take about 1 and a half to 2 hours total. It took 2 hours on the dot. Man at the front desk was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, including some questions regarding the necessity of TPMS kit replacement. I was given a reasonable quote for the tires and since I was working within a budget, they were able to provide some different options for what could be done to fit that budget. This was my first trip to this location but I will definitely go to this location again. I'm very satisfied with the service. And that's good because I work in customer service so I'm harder to please than the average customer. They did a great job no fuss.

I came in today for an oil change and potential alignment. I was informed that it may take about 45 minutes before the vehicle would be seen (I was cool with that). In the meantime, I had coffee and watched TV . The professionalism of the staff was awesome! The prices quoted for the work to be done was reasonable. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me. I would definitely come back and recommend my family and friends. And the work was done in a decent amount of time. I'm a happy customer!
