When they did my oil change they did not put in my window when the next oil change or mileage I would need to come back. My old sticker from my last oil change was still in the window

Got an oil change there last week and my oil reminder showed up saying I only had 10% left. I went in today thinking something was wrong and DaVon assisted me. I asked for the levels to be checked in front of me and he obliged. Turns out the guy who changed my oil didn't reset my dashboard. DaVon reset it and even provided the missing qt to bring me back up to 100%

Had an appointment for 9am and they were closed. Unacceptable. They are to be open at 7:30am. I called the main number and someone took my information and of course they didn t not call me back.

Wonderful service. Both servicemen were knowledgeable and experienced with their positions and duties. They made sure I understood what they were going to perform on my vehicle and the whole experience was exceptional.

I have been going to Mr. Tire at Lochearn for over 20 years. The service, although painfully slow, even with an appointment has been good. I went in for an oil change and they noted that I needed a new battery. After waiting for 20 min they said, they could not change the battery because "It was put in wrong." I took a look and there was nothing wrong with the way the battery was placed in the car. Nor were the bolts on top of the battery placed in the wrong direction as the mechanic told me. Complete lie. Then the mechanic said that he didn't have enough room to get his tools on the left side of the battery, again, not true. Since the bolts were on the top of the battery there was not excuse for accessibility but I knew I did not want to trust my car with someone who didn't want to do the work or if it was beyond his capabilities. But honestly, changing a battery is GED simple. I went to AAA Car Care in Columbia. What a difference. It took them 15 min. They had no problem. AND they were $50 cheaper than Mr. Tire. Beautiful, clean waiting room that didn't reek of rubber tires. Free bottled water, coffee and snacks. Quick friendly service and a giant window in the waiting room so you can see the mechanics working on your car. No need to go back to Mr. Tire. Too bad because they were good in the past. But time for a change.

I went to Mr Tire today to get an oil change and received the best customer service in Baltimore. They were friendly and very professional and they got me in and out. Thank you to the team at Mr Tire on Liberty Rd and a special shout out to the Manager Davon and his associate Dan. Davon answered and addressed all my concerns in the most professional way possible.

I received excellent service at Mr. Tire Auto Center #750. The manager, Davon Colbert was courteous and informative. I did not have to wait long for my car to be serviced. I appreciated the service I received! Thank you Davon and to your crew.

This Mr. Tire is located on Liberty Rd near Northern Pkwy. There is no manager. The tech comes in at 8:30 am. Appointments are given out for 8:00 am. The inventory is low. There is on off brand cheap tire they are pushing to sell. The treads are a soft rudder. Therefore, they wear down quickly. You can not pay in advance for ordered tires. They will take a $100 deposit on tires order and deliver by 12 noon the same day. A call will be made the same day when tires arrive.I give one star because:1. I was given an 8 am confirmed appointment for tires but the a tech doesn't come in until 8:30.2. I arrived at 7:45 am but the placed was closed. Opened slightly past 8am.3. They had no tires to select from, so I ordered.4. I didn't get a call that my tires where delivered after giving $100 deposit.5. There is no manager. There is an inexperienced employee helping out.Women be aware!! They are at it again!! Mr. Tires had been known for numerous complaints from woman for poor service. A total inconvenience to me, a customer!

I have be going to this shop for a while for oil changes and car services and even though i make an appointment i normally wait about an hour and half to 2 hours for my car to be serviced. But today i was able to get my oil change done in less than an hour. They are under new management and i can see a difference! If you have had issues in the past, i would definitely give this place another shot because things are different. My experience today with the new management has made me want to continue to use them in the future.

I recently purchased a set of four all weather tires from this location, and i honestly can t say enough good things about them they are far more responsive and competent than any other Mr. Tire location I ve visited. The manager, Erika, is particularly helpful, offering me several choices of what tires are compatible with my vehicle and being able to explain to me the pros and cons of each option. Once I ordered the tires, Erika followed through and kept me updated about when my tires would arrive. Scheduling an appointment to have them installed was as easy as picking up a phone. The installation appointment itself was very quick and efficient, with all of the technicians who touched my vehicle doing an outstanding job. During installation, it was discovered that I had knocked loose a tire pressure monitor inside the wheel when I hit the pothole that was the proximate cause of my deciding to get new tires (I did need them soon anyway). The techs were able to program and install a new TPM on the spot! When I finally got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was for the work performed too!A couple of notes. Because of Covid, be kind to these wonderful people and make arrangements for either dropping off and picking up your vehicle, or having somewhere not in their waiting room to wait. Also, if you can, paying with plastic is far safer. Let s keep this location the best!

My family and I were faithful, highly satisfied customers of this particular Mr. Tire for more than 20 years. They serviced over 8 of our vehicles ...but after my last experience & dealing with the new, extremely nasty/rude manager, Erika - I'll Never be back. Nor our family/friends.Apparently Mr. Tire isn't into doing a complete job right. Not fixing, checking up on, or making right jobs they've done. I purchased 4 brand New tires which they put on etc. Literally later the same day, my tire alarms on my dash all go off.. it takes a day to get through via the phone, & when I do, manager Erika lets me know she can't help me, has no time to help, that my issue was prob user error anyway, like I rolled over a nail etc (it wasn't ) and that I'd have to pay a non refundable $5-$7, No matter what period. Yes I Only needed my air checked. Just For the mechanic to find out, it was actually their error. As in Mr. Tires error. They didn't reset my function thingys in my cars settings after they finished their job. Mind you, I was driving out the next day with my kids. I was willing to wait. I just wanted them to do the actual job and to make sure my tires were safe for my family and I to drive with. Instead I was talked down to, and Mr. Tire lost several clients that day. To that manager...We all have bad days, but it's not a good look to take it out on your customers.

Best customer service I've had in a long time. Had my wife come here to get her slashed tire replaced and they did it even if it was after hours. Best shop in town, Andre was very informative and very professional. They helped me with a patch job on my Evo X's tire and they checked the rest of the tires if they had a nail on them just to make sure I could get back on the road safely. I would 101% recommend coming to this shop.

I thought I needed a flat tire repair. After waiting 2 hours after my pre scheduled 1:30pm appointment at Just Tires, I went with my boyfriend's suggestion to try Mr. Tire. I was there for less than 1 hour. The mechanic at Mr. Tire thoroughly inspected my tire and noticed that I needed a new valve stem. The service was provided at absolutely no charge thanks to an online coupon! On top of that, the employees' attitudes were very pleasant! That's what I call 5 star customer service!

Edit: Decided to come back here after having a great experience a year ago. Made an appointment at 8:30 am only to find that there aren't any mechanics. One person being out shouldn't stop a whole business from running.Will come again because of the excellent service by Josh. I came in thinking I needed a new tire because of a leak. Josh explained that a patch would work instead, how to check the tread on my tires, and about how to choose tires for my car. An honest mechanic that won't upsell you.

Turned out to be a cracked rim. Got charged $0 and EVERYONE was super helpful! They even took my tire back off so I could bring it to the repair place after having closed out my ticket. Will def return!

My husband and I visited Mr Tire a couple days ago to purchase a new tire and rim. We were waited on by Josh and his kindness and attentiveness made for a very pleasant visit. He was very knowledgeable, and even got us a discount on a rim from our car dealership, which we were very grateful for. We were very pleased with the work done and will definitely be visiting this location on Liberty Rd.

The customer service rep was nice. He said he wanted to do me a favor and cut me a deal. I'm not sure how much of a deal I got, but I'm satisfied with the tires. Here's the problem; I dropped my cars off at 2 pm. I left and came back at 4pm. My car wasn't ready until 8pm!

They are A+. Got an awesome deal on my brakes and oil change. Very expedient and affordable. I will be making this store my regular maintenance shop. Overall the team at this Mr. Tire store will give you great value for your money. Kudos to the new store manager, Josh. You Rock!!!

I had a bolt lodged in my tire on the way to work. Was able to take to Mr. Tire, they dropped me off at work. Called me later to say they removed the bolt and no new tire was needed. Customer service was friendly and very quick. I will definitely go back.

The manager, Josh, provided exemplary customer service. He offered various options that fit my budget, and was able to get my tire replaced in great time. I highly recommend this location, and will be referring others to Mr. Tire!

I was coming here for years. Staff will send you away to get work, you come back and they still can't help you. I called another shop and the manager said that most likely they just didn't want to help me. I'll never come back again

Went there a while ago to get my tire looked at on my F150 after seeing it was flat. Erika helped me out with my appointment while I was waiting and was very knowledgeable when I asked her about new tires for my truck. When I'm ready to swap, I know where I'll be going!

When coming to this shop I had a major problem, I blew out all 4 tires trying to avoid an accident so I needed a lot of work done. But Andre was willing to help with everything. I was really appreciative of the fast service and his great customer service. I would really recommend this shop!!

Collected money for wheel Balancing and didn't see a very large bend on one of the wheels. They don't seem to know what they doing at this business.
