Poor service. Took several minutes to be acknowledged when I walked in the door and I was the only person there. After the mechanic looked at my truck he said he would give me an estimate. That took about 30 minutes before he began working on it.

Horrible. I had an appointment for 9am. When I arrived, no one was there. I waited until 9:30 and still no one showed up. I called the store up in Towson and they said they could take me in right away.I recommend that whoever was supposed to be at the Eastern Ave location on Sunday, Nov 19 at 9am be fired unless there was some extreme circumstance.

Horrible on time , they said they can take care of my car in one day and it was a one day job . But In reality that was a lie , i come a week later and the car that is so called a one day job doesn t get worked on till I literally get there , then turn around and the issue with the car is not even the real problem from what they told me before and ended up being something totally different that I have to kick out to much for and honestly could have went to somewhere with better diagnostic and that could have saved us both time , I was there from 8 am to 12:15pm , if you guys say one day job and that you will work on it then stick to your word , don t start a week later to where u working on it when I get there ,

I have been coming to Monro for years and always experienced great service until my recent visit. I bought my car to Monro on Sunday July 30th because of a misfire. I was told that I needed a tuneup and if I buy the parts it ll be $157. I bought the spark plugs and ignition coil and I paid for a tuneup and oil change which came up to $202 because I purchased my own parts. Came to pick up my car on Thursday August 3rd got 2mins down the street my check engine light came on and my car started to misfire again. I took my car right back to Monro. After constantly calling the next day I was told it s still saying the spark plugs and ignition coil. Another day passed they took my car to their advanced shop and told me that it s a misfire in 2 cylinders but they still never told me where the misfire was coming from. Based off the information I got from them they did not know what was going on with my car. I had to constantly call the entire time because they did not call me not once to give me an update on my car. Sunday August 6th I had my car towed from Monro to Norris Honda because I wasted a total of $400 between parts and labor. My car was having the same issues as when I first dropped it off. Norris Honda informed me that the misfire code was coming from my starter. I got my starter installed at Monro on December 27th 2022 and was still under warranty. Honda informed me that the starter was after market and possibly refurbished. A new starter was replaced and a diagnostics test was done. I paid a total of $1571 to Norris Honda. I went to Honda because after a full week of my car sitting at Monro they could not tell me what the issue was with my car. Also they would have put another after market starter in my car again and I did not feel comfortable with them touching my car after not knowing what was wrong with it from the beginning. I went to the store and politely requested a refund because the starter was still under warranty. I was told someone will contact me regarding the refund of course no one reached out to me. I spent a total off $400 for the tuneup that did not solve the issue at Monro and $1571 at Honda on the starter a total of $1971. After constantly calling customer service I was told that it would be processed in a check form. I paid with my card, instead of the money being refunded in the original form of payment. As of today I am still waiting for my refund and not a single person has reached out to me in regards to anything. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

If you live around this area, this is the best place to come and get great service in your car. The staff is so professional and friendly. They will take care of car as is should be.

Great service. Fast and easy. They have WiFi and it s quiet. When I had my tire fixed, there was no issue in taking a call.

The guy who works the desk is also very knowledgeable about the cars he will get his hands dirty if need be. Very friendly feel. Prices are good too. I will be returning

Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the guys who assisted me but they were great. They didn't try to upsell me and suggest things that I didn't need. You could tell they had so much integrity. I will definitely go back. They earned my trust.

Mike and Team are absolutely awesome. I generally dread going to a mechanic, especially a new mechanic, but the guys at this place have really made an impression as well as a lifelong customer. Mike is 100% upfront, honest and realistic in telling you what you do and don't need and giving you the absolute best price to get it. They're not in the business of selling people what they don't need or up selling, just genuinely taking care of their clientele and giving great customer service while they're at it. I know my car is in good hands with the guys at Eastern Ave Monroe Muffler. Thanks again, Mike.

I was very impressed with the mechanic's explanation of the repairs needed to correct the driving performance of my vehicle. He took the time to show me each area of concern. Never had that experience before. I rate him *****stars. Did not get his name, but he is a great asset to Monroe Auto Service. Exhibits excellent customer service.

I really appreciate the great service Mike and his crew preforms. I ve been coming here for several years and like that they are happy to explain in great detail the on going s of the work they are preforming. I ve tried other places out but soon found Monro s staff shows more care and personality to the customers AND their rates are comparable not including their discounts and sales!

We were from out of town, traveling and our air conditionerwas keeping us from safely going 800 miles home. We came in late Friday afternoon, ordered part and were back up and running by Sat at noon.They came recommended and I would agree. They were veryfriendly, professional and hard working. Yes Chris and his guys they did a great job on my car I had to get brakes and rotors that's quite expensive but he looked out for me and they did a great job and I come here and get all maintenance done to my vehicle

Monro on Eastern Ave has great customer service. I was there when my fiance was getting his jeep serviced. All of the staff members were nice and warm welcoming. They took there time with us even though it was only two people in the shop at that time. I will be getting my car sevice with them today and i know they will give me the same service. They are so friendly and warm.

This is the first time I've had a positive experience at any kind of auto repair shop and the worker that did my car was Top Notch. He did such a great job that not only did I offer a tip but also remember his name. So thank you Devon your customer service is the best I've seen. He even turned down the tip, that is the kind of service in person you just don't see anymore now a days

Mike the store manager and Devon are great. They got me in out when I came in for an oil change. Mike also was concerned if I had good wiper blades. He also told me how often I should change my wiper blades. Thank you so much

This is my 2nd time coming here I love great customer service. Very respectful & friendly. There service is great. Mike is awesome in explaining in full details about your car. The 2 guys who was working 5/6/18 does an excellent job as well.

Came in on a Sunday and needed exhaust work. Very professional, straight forward and willing to work with me on what needed to be done. Took the time to show me exactly what was being done and was very transparent throughout the whole process. Definitely 5 star rating and will continue to do business here. You need something done, this is the place to go.

This Monroe location is by far the best. I have gone to other Monroe locations for oil changes, but they are by far the most knowledgable about anything. They have always done everything right and have never tried to get over on me. They have the best customer service and never turn you away even when they are busy. They are always able to fit me in and are quick about the service as well. I've taken my car and my mother's car here and I would 100% recommend them to anyone for whatever they need.One year later and I am still going to them. No complaints at all!

I had an oil change today, & they were great!!! A little pricey for an OIL CHANGE ONLY but I'm good for the next 5k miles. And I guess you can't put a price on the functionality of your vehicle & safety of your family. So Mike & the crew...I'll see you guys in 5k miles!!! Great experience & I'd definitely refer!!!
