I have been doing business with Middleton and Meads for many many years and they have always given me a 110% on service and repairs. I would recommend them for all of your body work and driveline repairs. Thank you for all you do.

If you are reading this, then run to nearest bus going anywhere away from this place. This company does not believe in any kind of safety. When you show up for work you work in some of the most un safest work location on the east coast, weather your test driving vehicles that have been worked on or repairing the vehicles that come in. You will be working in a unsafe place. Then there is the pay if you accept the offer of $20.00 per hour that is what you will be making in a year , two years and five years. When you ask for a raise there is always an excuse for why he can not give you a raise, but on the other hand anyone and everyone in the main office get a raise every 3-6 months of $1.000 or more.Then there is the matter of your last pay check. You don't get it.Take my word, you would be better off working at McDonald's.Don't do it.

Our 5th wheel lost a tire (literally) on interstate about 3 miles from this shop. The wheel and drum came off the spindle. They were great to get us right in for repair. Ron Middleton was very accommodating and took a personal interest to get us fixed up and on our way. Parts and a new tire had to be ordered and were received next day. The technician, Earl had 30+ years experience and was super. He explained our issues and repairs required in a very professional and courteous manner.Services: Tires, Brakes

Had my third axle installed here I dealt with Dave & Kyle both helped me with my questions and happy with my truck they also took care of the problem when I had an issue with the switch I will be bringing all my trucks here thank you so much

Went in for an engine inspection, was charged $100 for a chassis inspection. Received a list of flaws. no explanation was offered, no estimate for repairs. The employee who was sent to answer my questions was mocking, condescending and patronizing. Is it because I am a female? Perhaps this place is only good for male run corporations. Feel like I just paid $100 to get laughed at.

Not sure about this place of business. Quilty of work done on our tractor was not done correctly to be fixed.and one of the personal told a friend of ours that if he did not like the work done on truck he could take it somewhere else after he bought it to them

I went in for my rear axle gasket to be replace, even though I told them what was wrong with the truck they still charge me a diagnostic fee.Also it was supposed to be a 2-3 day work my trucj ended up being in there for almost 2 weeks just to replace the gasket.I called them every day after the third day of my truck being in the shop and they kept lying and telling me it will be done the next day!!After my truck was done they charge me over $ 800.00 and i ask for bill adjustment since it took way longer then expected and manager (DAVE) refused to do anything and kep giving me excuses about the delay!!I don't recommend to anyone to come to this shop !!!Service: Body & Trim

Left our truck untouched throughout the day and forgot to follow instructions to leave the keys at the end of the day. It was a Friday with a busy weekend ahead for the truck. We didn't service our customer and lost $10,000.00 in revenue over the weekend.. Previous work was expensive with issues outstanding. You be the judge! We will look for another service provider.

My insurance company called Blaze Towing to come tow my vehicle. At 6:50am, I was told it would about a 90 minute wait. I waited 3 and a half hours, still no tow. Tried calling them several times, no answer. Eventually called my Roadside Assistance back and was told that Blaze cancelled my service. Now, I have to wait all over again for another company. Unprofessional and absolutely terrible service.

Careful with this guys!! Too expensive and seem shady. Took my semi for an inspection because lady on the phone told me over the phone it'll be $330.. ended up billing me for $440 coz it's a tandem.. out of courtesy I think they should have told me that once I brought in the truck before starting on the job, but anyway not such a big deal.Finished the inspection and one of their guys called David emails me that I failed inspection and need $1160 to get my brakes fixed! Guy said I'm missing a spring on my chambers and that my brakes need major work! (Mind you I bought this truck from International Dealership and not some average truck dealership out there). So of course this was shocking! On top of that he says my wiper blades also need replacement.. told him I'll have to call International to cross check this inspection. He calls few minutes later and says the wipers seem to be ok now but the brakes need to be worked on. To make the story long ended up taking the truck to Kenwood Systems (International Dealership does most of their work with Kenwood systems) and got my MSI done.. they find no problems! Called the service manager in this place and told him I'll be filing a complaint with FMCSA.I really think these guys need to be checked. I'm going to be keeping my eyes and ears open especially on these review boards concerning Middleton & Meads. There's too many crooks in this business and quite frankly I'm getting tired with shops like this.. taking advantage of truckers coz half of the guys out here don't know anything about trucks. This just has to stop. It's hard to make an earnest dollar in trucking only to come and loose most of it on crooked mechanics!!UPDATED (Apparently Google review has no response thread...)I have to respond to the so called "Fact Based side of the story"...This response the manager of that shop has given is completely false and inaccurate. I have never received any call from any state trooper. You guys have my number in your system (ends in 1192). I'm very willing to have a talk with the trooper assigned to your shop. Very much willing. I still have my MSI inspection from Kenwood systems if your trooper would like to take a look.Truckers.. listen to me BEWARE !!!!

They get the work done right, they're also very expensive and slow. I guess this is a good thing if you anticipate the cost and downtime.

This place is so awesome. The staff is extremely nice, and very fair. They have helped with everything from simplest state inspections to a pretty severe trailer issue.I can't recommend this place enough

This last job was a little pricey but I'm willing to pay because they treat me well in D pass.. Further more they've being honest to me .. As long as they continue to treat me ok I will remain a customer.

Be careful they will bill insurance unless total liability limit finish .You will not be able to get nothing from insurance
