They were very professional, prices are very reasonable and I was in and out within the hour. And I was getting muffler work done. Located on a very busy street. But, it'll be worth the wait.

I went to this location today 9/18/23 at 8:30am. It took the front desk/customer service receptionist five minutes to even greet me. He told me to give him a minute. He took a few phone calls and was on the phone explaining what type of oil they had which took a total of another seven minutes of my time. I am so confused because I thought you would service a paying customer standing at the desk waiting for service and just put the callers on hold. I will NEVER go back to this place. I have been here before and I was never treated like that.Service: Oil change

I come here often now it's under new management. I take a coupon there for an oil change in which the owner Andy said he wasn't going to honor it because it was a mistake. However it does not have any fine print that says location does not have to honor the prices or anything. ANDY was very rude when I'm spending money in your establishment. Very unprofessional. I did place a call to corporate and the Better Business Bureau because no matter the mistake it does not state that locations does not have to honor the coupon and then to say it was a mistake is really got me boggled. You want the money but don't want to take care of your customers no more business from me or my 5 family members that visit frequently. Very disappointed customer.

Cannot make this up how they wanted 3000 on parts when Amazon had them under 500I understand you re trying to run a business but that s just highway robbery. I m glad I reconsidered

Everytime I go here I leave with an issue. The months ago, I got an oil change 5 days later my car cooked out because it had no oil. Good thing I had AAA. The last time I went there 2 days later my car was smoking because they didn't put the radiator hose clamps on correctly. And left a tool under my hood. I don't trust them anymore

I was told to come by to get my repairs done, only to show up less than 15 minutes later after hanging the phone up and told I couldn't be seen and then they had to order what I needed.

The staff was friendly but the guy who runs the place is disrespectful, nasty & ignorant ! I simply asked a question about other ways to make an payment because I accidentally left my wallet at home. Once I realized I told the guys to not do the service & put my car done. But they drained my oil already. I don t even live close by or in the city. He told me he wasn t giving me my keys back & keeping my car (trying to commit theft) because I wasn t leaving without my car either way ! I already had somebody on their way to bring me that money. Yet once I had it he wouldn t take the money walking back & forth not even acknowledging me. Until I went outside in their working area asking them to take the money so I could get out of there. I won t return nor recommend because what he said was unnecessary over a simple question.Service: Oil change

I no longer live close by to this Midas, but I ALWAYS bring my vehicles back to this location specifically because of the owner and staff. I trust them like family. Life saving services and they don't try to cheat you!!! Very honest and they do an excellent job. Had a flat another shop wanted to charge me $80 for a used tire and $170 for a new, Subaru specific tire. They said the tire could not be repaired. Midas repaired it for $20!!!! I absolutely love this place!!!

Everything that needs to be fixed with my car Midas could have fixed yesterday. Midas did a diagnostic and told me I had to take the car back to the dealer. I m just not sure why they told me I had to take my car back to the dealer if the spark plugs need to be changed.

Went there, problem not solved. I hope they will not charge me again, anyway I will be there with my recipe.still disappointed, After came back. there is no possibility to communicate with technician, because I went there with some pictures to explain what I need to be done but they said: we don't need it, we are going to fixed it. after one week same thing happened again and I'm confused now, back there again or fine another shop.

I would always get my inspections done here for all of my cars. Yes cars! I like to get another car like every 1-3 years. Don't judge me Anyhow they dont do them anymore .The guy who mans the front is very nice and the guy who runs the place is very funny. He does good work here and is very reasonable. I recommend this place

Be prepared for a long wait and ask for your old used parts, on one occasion they only put in 5 spark plugs instead of the six that i paid for. Although the sixth one required to take off more Parts it should've been done..

Pretty disappointing and dishonest service all around. I was told that they do not accept official Midas coupons, even though their address and scheduling service is linked to the official Midas website. The cashier was unfriendly and turned it around on me for not mentioning a coupon on the phone. A woman with the same coupon came in 5 minutes later with the same details. I was told that "Midas does not usually rotate tires." This is a boldface lie as I have been to MANY Midas services in the past, and again it is listed on the official website. The cashier spent most of her time trying to up sell me and other customers services we did not ask for, instead of what we requested. She also did not realize that my car was finished 15 minutes earlier than the time she checked me out. When my car was finished, I came to the counter and was shooed away with "I'm getting to it." After waiting an extra 15 minutes for the cashier, I was told, "Please move your car." She had forgotten that she shooed me away, did not give me my keys or take my payment. To top it off I was told, very loudly in front of an audience, that my ID did not match my credit card (It was exactly the same). This is the worst Midas I have ever been to. Save your time and money and avoid this place.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Fantastic. These guys are terrific. They are honest, highly skilled, and always courteous. I especially like Damien, who's the guy who works the cash register. I look forward to having my car repaired by them - whatever car it is - for a long time.

BEWARE I usually go to midas for oil changes but my starter went up on my car so I took it to the dealership to get fixed the mechanic came and got me asked me where ive been going to get oil changes and showed me my filter MIDAS WAS NEVER CHANGING MY FILTER IT WAS HORRIBLE SO BAD IT CAUSED OIL LEAKAGEService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had my vehicle for over 6 months had no leak no lights on or anything took it to them for oil change and all of a sudden I had it my vehicle leaking oil everyday they cut a hole in my line. Had to put at least two quarts of oil in my vehicle every day if I planned on driving and then when I park it at night put a bucket under it to catch the oil

I personally have taken my car to many shops including the dealer. I have been happiest with this shop. Alway treated with courtesy and so far have not had unneeded repairs pushed on me like the dealer.

Team was very professional, manager damien reviewed findings with team before actually giving me the diagnosis. Prices was within Baltimore city and national average., I checked before going. I was in like 10. Give me a diagnosis by 11, was driving away by 3pm after they replaced 2 catalytic converter s and pipes on my 2005 f150.. thanks guys..cant live without my truck

Always professional and never inflate what the real problem is for more money..actually the last visit what I insisted was the problem. Was not the 300 dollar problem I thought but a 20 dollar piece..clearly could have took advantage of me but not these guys

Its true don't go to the chain mechanics. Did some work on my car & told me xyz needs to be replaced. Cost about $800. Bought the parts myself for about $250 and they charged $400 for 2hrs of labor. They also left grime on the floor mat. I'm done with chain mechanics. Maybe I'm wrong.
