Main Line is for working mechanics, not for DYI customers. You need an account to get a discount. The staff were perfectly courteous, just a bit pricey for me.

After 2 and a half hours guiding to buy a vehicle when we arrived at the dealer they supposedly did not have it in that place they had it in another. We turn to the other and inform us that the truck no longer existed. It had been sold and they still had it online for sale. They tried to sell us another at a higher price. I do not recommend them.

Place is so ghetto. I love the prices, but I don't like how their set up. I think that they should be packing supplies behind or out of the shopping and ordering area. It was set up better when they were mainline, not so chaotic.

Every time I shop at Mainline Mr. Chico is the one I have been going to. He knows his job and has always been very helpful and professional at his job. And I always get the right parts. Thank you Mr. Chico for you help.

This isn t the hotel Hilton, it s a parts store. They will usually have what you need and will get you out quickly. Yes it s dirty, yes it smells like auto parts...yes that s what the place is. Love it.

I purchased an alternator from Mainline that was non functioning. I had my mechanic check it and they said it was not good. I spent over $100.00 on that part and it didn't work. I then called and was given the run around.

Neighborhood is awful they have a big selection but you don't know what's there unless you ask a lot of stock that is on the Shelf it's old and discolored

Everything looks old and the store was a clusterf*ck. Nobody knew what was going on and employees were rude.
