MAACO did a spectacular job on my 1990 300zx. It required body work which they did excellently. The navy metallic looks great! It was finished before the time quoted and met my budget. Everyone there was professional and straightforward. I am looking for another project to work on which I definitely will bring back here as well.

They did an amazing job! The paint was original, but was blistered from trunk to roof. It looks like a new car. Anybody that needs a paint job I will definitely refer them to Maaco.

Macco Auto Body Shop did...HighLight "Black Top" painting on my 2021 Highlander.Excellent Job... I LOVE IT!! $$ was reasonably priced.I LOVE IT!! I LOVE IT!!I'm sure someone will duplicate my idea, "note ... I CREATED the look FIRST".I wanted a different look then, all the original Highlander XLE out there.Stay tuned for details Pictures Got many compliments already quotes like is that... the new 2022 Highlander.Thanks Mr. Mike ...it really gave its own unique look and style.

Was called a ni**er by the extremely overweight elderly looking secretary. His supervisor acted like he didn't hear anything. You can delete this but it will be posted over again by myself and others. Video also.

I was having a full overhaul of my y hubby s car completed for Christmas. I didn t tell him that though! hahahaThe guys at MAACO were just fantastic. The kept my secret from him , the paint job looks amazing too.

More than satisfied with my experience at Maaco, Mike does a good job and keeps up on getting your work done when he promised it. On a update they did end up repairing the roof of the Jeep and I appreciate them keeping their word.The guy Sitting in the back corner was very disrespectful and childish. He said that I painted the roof with rhino liner.That right there let me know he didn t even take the original paint off the top. It s a textured hard top on a 2014 SAHARA Jeep. Now my girlfriend did say she wanted the paint to be glossy of course she wants it glossy. She s a girl. Mike knew that would not look right and told her it wasn t but took the job anyway once he found out that insurance was going to send a $3,000 dollar check. The top was originally flat black and he should have insisted on it staying flat if he couldn t perform the job correctly the way she wanted. The Jeep was with him for 3 weeks and when we get there I noticed paint bubbles around both windows. He didn t believe me so we walked outside and he then started acting very disrespectful and I m not the one so I gave it back to him. Mike is a unprofessional and knew his work was junk so started that argument so he wouldn t have to fix the issue. I had a very bad experience and feel like my girlfriend was taken advantage of because she wasn t aware that the paint was flat black for a reason.Service: Painting

We had a '97 Ford Aerostar Van in excellent condition- except for being GREEN. Needed it to be white to blend in with the rest of my work fleet.This location in Dundalk did a FANTASTIC job and now this 22 yr old van looks better than my newer vehicles. Professional work with great customer service. Kept me updated thru the whole repair process. No surprises, delivered as promised. I was promised multiple times that it would be done on a certain day. Then it kept getting extended because of a part that ended up not being necessary being ordered. In addition, they never told me that the total was going to be higher than our original discussed estimate.All negativity aside, about 3 weeks later, my vehicle is looking beautiful and I m lucky I have a father who helped me pay for it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The professionalism and courteous service made my decision to do business with Mr. Michael and Junior easy. I originally went to their place of business for an estimate of repairs on 1 of my vehicles only to return a little over a month later with repairs needed to my other vehicle's fender bender. They had the best price around, beating others by almost half. The clear coat on my hood was pealing all over, they stripped it, repainted and clear coated the hood and it looks fantastic! The job was completed on time and when I picked it up it was cleaner than when it went in. The people were great to work with. Would highly recommend them.Service: Painting

The estimator Mr. Evans was very friendly and personable. I was pretty late. I got there 13 minutes before they closed. He stopped what he was doing to analyze the damages and listen to me.My ex had damaged my car. I have several dents and scratches on the car. I explained the situation and what I needed done. I left with the lowest estimate I'd seen all week (in comparison to local auto body shops I visited that week). They need a week to paint and fix the car, I will take it in next month, and update this with before and after photos. We will see how this goes.........

Body work and a bumper replacement. Turn around time was extremely quick. Customer service was excellent. Mr. Evans was very informative about the process and met the deadline that I requested. Highly recommend Maaco for all of your bodywork needs.

We were very happy with the work done to our vehicle. Probably more then happy. We have 2 more cars that need paint work done We want to bring them back to this same location. Great price. Friendly professional staff. I got the premium finish, and it looks almost like new. I went to two other Maaco franchises in the Baltimore area before getting the work done here. I definitely recommend, especially for work vehicles.

My car was hit in a parking lot. The right side of my car was damaged. The results of the repair were exceptional and looked brand new. The representative I dealt with was professional.
