I had a very disappointing experience with Koons Ford of Baltimore. When purchasing my Ford Transit Cargo van, they sold me a third-party policy for tire protection instead of a genuine Ford policy. As a result, when I had to replace a tire, I ended up having to pay $310 out of pocket. This is unacceptable and highly misleading on their part. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to be extra cautious and thoroughly review all contract details. It's important to ensure you're getting the genuine Ford protection you paid for. Very disappointed.

David and Tall David and their team took excellent care of my Mach-E. There was a recall that another dealer would not fix(after 3 trips there to have it fixed). I called Koons and they were more than happy to fix the recall. I received a loaner and my car was ready in 3 days. It was washed and vacuumed and fully charged. Excellent service! Above and beyond! Thank you!

Jay is an awesome service coordinator. He is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He provided consistent, timely updates and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He also made sure I knew I could explore all options. Great service experience

From the time I called to make the appointment for my car I was treated very courteously and respectful. The same was true when entered the service department. The service on the car was completed in a short time. I am very pleased with the service rendered. Thank you for such good service.

No you didn't meet or exceed my expectations as far as customer service, however, I am extremely pleased with the performance of my car after being serviced. My car is running pretty much like it was brand new. My disappointment was lack of communication on a timely basis and change of the amount due after it was quoted.Thankfully the manager adjusted the price. Also, next time please send a delivery driver who is not in a rush worring about their own personal life while on the clock. On a good note once again, my car is running like it was brand new. Many thanks for your advice on the finance opportunity.

Almost three months in the shop on a new Bronco purchased from Koons and my truck was returned to me with door dings, had to repaint the whole door (and it shows). The dash came out several times and they scratched the heck out of it. They don t care at all, service was horrible, I would not buy a car here and I certainly wouldn t trust them with your vehicle if you want it back in the condition you left it. RUN while you can.

Overall great experience. Car was under warranty so received a rental. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I wasn t told by the dealership that I would have to put a deposit down of 50.00 for the rental. This should be told to customers before sending them over to the rental car company.

My experience with service was AMAZING, a young lady named Yami called me and kept me abreast all along the process and because of her customer service I decided to spend additional for items not cover by my ESP that I may have gotten elsewhere. Keep up the great work Yami

If you need your vehicle serviced Yami is the rep to ask for. Her customer relations is top tier, she doesn t push unnecessary repairs, and is very conscientious. Hands down its best customer experience I ve had in a long time.

The people there were very friendly and kind to me. The advisor that I had Justin White, made sure everything was took care of, dealing with my car. He kept me up to speed and kept giving me updates on the progress of my vehicle. Overall, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend anyone to come get their vehicle serviced at Koons and get seen by Justin White.

If I did not leave a review I am sorry. I was clearing out some old emails and I came across this email from Koons Ford. I remember sitting in the waiting room all day long. My appointment was at 730am and I left there after 1pm. But, the day was not a waist at all. I sat there watching a room full of customers leave one by one. As that group left another group appeared but this group were moms and kids. I got to be the older woman in the group who could offer some tips about buying another vehicle. Koons offered free lunch and that was good. But I got to see the Koons associates at work. They worked fast and thorough and smart to each customer with respect and patience, The associate responded to me very respectfully when I questioned why it was taking so long. He answered with confidence that what needed to be done was being done. Finally my car was ready and I was compensated for the long wait. I left and went home knowing that my car was ready for me for my next journey. Thanks Koon from a loyal customer.

I did not have any issues this time around, But overall this place is a joke. Staff, Not All, but most is only worrying about SELLING CARS. Not keeping cars running. So if you can avoid this place, I WOULD DO SO. My Advisor Was Good, It s Just I had a lot of issues with this whole dealership. Getting ahold of someone can be stressful, and good luck getting a call back, I still have not gotten a call back. But that issue is long gone. I had another issue today with service. I couldn t get my warranty info like the place/number. I called 7 different times. Left messages. I had to leave Nissan due to this after I had an appointment to get work done. So it s been an 1hr 34 mins and I still have not heard back. I will never purchase a.VEHICLE FROM HERE. And I bought 4 in a matter of 5 years. So that s That.

I live in Gettysburg, PA and visited recently for a 10,000- mile checkup. This included tire rotation, oil change, alignment, and some other work. Koon's Ford always does a great job on my car that was also purchased there. They have always been friendly and efficient. I am a very satisfied customer.

I brought my 2019 f150 in for the notorious cam phasers issue. From the day I contacted Koons to the day I picked my truck up was only about 1.5 weeks total time. Over the past couple years I ve heard that this fix would take a couple weeks at best. Needless to say I was very happy with the service and they used the updated parts. Hopefully it s a solid fix and can continue to enjoy my trying for many more miles to come.

Jay Stewart is by far the best service advisor ever. I've been going to Koons for more than 9 years and I have not been disappointed. I wish it wasn't so pricey but I give it 5 stars because of Jay. He is friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease when you have to put your vehicle in the hands of the people at Koons.

computer communication problem with my daughters 2016 Ford Fiesta . Hill assist and traction control alerts inappropriately activated. Unfortunately could not duplicate problem. Found and replaced valve cover and oil pan leaks. Had car 2 1/2 days. Service and pricing was reasonable.

Took my car for service because of a turbo issue. This would be the second time that I brought my car there for this issue. Replace one turbo of a twin turbo engine. Pick the car up Monday morning. Drove the car and on Wednesday afternoon. Had to take the car right back to the service department. Because the other turbo went up. Now when he replaced the turbos the last time. They replaced both at the same time which I figured you would normally do. This time they only replace one. And one day after having the car the second turbo goes up. Now I'm inconvenienced again because of a problem that could have been fixed accordingly.

I bought my vehicle in there for one thing and they found other problems. I did get what I came in for repaired and a couple of others things. My on only problem was the length of time I waited which a whole day. I was told because what I needed (two tires) were not in stocks, had to be ordered ? Surprised to have tires not on hand. I was kept informed of everything but just surprised.

Short story: the worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my life and I d never take my car here again. I was able to get Santa Claus on the phone more times this holiday season than I was the service reps working on my car.Long story: My Bronco Sport was making a funny sound and I work not too far from the dealership so I figured I d take my car in to see what was wrong. When I walked in, I was greeted by Justin and was told he d be my service rep. He gave me his card and told me to text or call anytime and he can update [me] on the status of [my] vehicle. I dropped the car off on Wednesday night because my service appointment was Thursday AM at 8:15. I hadn t heard anything by Thursday at Noon so I called Justin - no answer. Texted Justin - no answer. So I then called the service desk and they had to go find Justin and he finally called me back at 3 PM to say he d let me know what was going on by the end of the day. 5 PM came and I still hadn t heard back so I called him, texted him, and called the service center again and was told everyone went home . Really? So the next day I went in at 7 AM to talk to the manager and he said he d handle it - which he did a nice job of (and comped my oil change) - but no one worked on my car from Friday morning until Monday morning - so I just came and took my car to my mechanic and he did all the work - at about half the price,Terrible experience - support small local businesses and don t get extended service contracts - because conveniently, Ford never covers what you actually need.
