Recently purchased a Bronco. Frank was very knowledgeable and showed us all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Very competitive discount was given on the Bronco and while they didn t present options for extended warranty and prepaid maintenance there was no pressure if you passed on those add-ons. After the sale Frank has gone above and beyond to arrange for a factory hitch to be installed by a Ford technician which I wanted over an aftermarket part. Will definitely buy from again.

I knew what I wanted, and they made it happen. I will take my business here any day over and over. It was simple and to the point. I didn t have the best credit but they worked with me and blew my mind the options available. The longest part of the transaction was getting insurance, which is crazy compared to the normal car buying experience. 5/5 10/10. Offered me lunch, made sure I wasn t rushing anything, and gave me a great price for my pre-owned trade in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GUARANTEED SATISFACTION.

By far my best experience buying a new vehicle. Koons Ford is the real deal. My salesman Jacob is a young, energetic, motivated young man who is so down to earth, that he makes you feel like you have known him for years. He is much more than just a salesman, he actually understands and knows the product that he is selling. He answered all of my questions without hesitation, and even answered some before I could even ask, and when I did ask something that he didn't have an answer for he didn't make something up, he was honest and told me so, but then went to find the correct answer. That goes a very long way in my book. Koons Ford is a top notch dealership, and I will have no problems traveling to deal with them again.

I can't say enough great things about my salesman Robert Young. I was trying to get out of a car I couldn't really afford anymore and was tired of the games that were being at all the dealerships I visited.Robert called me as I was about to sell my car to Carmax and told me to hurry in. I was very upfront with him saying I don't want to waste time or play games. I was hesitant to come in but he convinced me and I'm glad he did. We got a deal done and I got the car I really wanted while saving money.Prior to coming in, he did a great job giving me all the information on the car including sending video. Unfortunately the car wasn't ready to be taken home that day due to some parts being replaced. He did get me into a loaner while the new car was being finished. He was very helpful, up front, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt like he was an actual person who had my best interests in mind...not someone just trying to sell me something and get over on me. I really enjoyed the experience here.Oh...one more thing. Robert took me down to look at the car while being worked on and inspected. I was impressed how thourough the mechanic working on it was and how much he paid attention to detail. All in all I had a great experience and could see myself come back one day.

On2/24/24 I received a phone call from one of the salesman name Robert Young he ask me to come in and take a look at some vehicles , at that time I was tired and wasn t very interested but I decided to go in. The salesman did all the paperwork so fast and I was approved. I did not expect to be driving off the lot today in a new car that was not my plan for today. The process was fast and easy also the staff were so friendly. I highly recommend Robert at koons Ford of Baltimore. Thank you everyone at Koons

I HATE car shopping, BUT Koons sold me a car after I had been looking for over a year! I took 2 flights to get there and I am so glad I did! I was able to complete the entire process between text and email and flew out to sign and drive, simple as that. My salesperson was named Lonny Baxter and I would highly recommend him! Lonny is very knowledgeable, responsive and made the process simple, easy and quick. I wish I could have found the level of service, expertise and value locally, but Lonny and the rest of the staff at Koons certainly made the trip worthwhile. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience with Koons Ford of Baltimore. When purchasing my Ford Transit Cargo van, they sold me a third-party policy for tire protection instead of a genuine Ford policy. As a result, when I had to replace a tire, I ended up having to pay $310 out of pocket. This is unacceptable and highly misleading on their part. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to be extra cautious and thoroughly review all contract details. It's important to ensure you're getting the genuine Ford protection you paid for. Very disappointed.

We had a great time working with Seth! Highly recommend coming to Koons Ford Baltimore. From the start, Seth was friendly and got to know our priorities in a vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable in the cars we were trying out. When it came time to decide what car to buy, Seth was patient and respectful as we talked through our decision and the price we could afford. He also made sure to look for any additional deals we might qualify for.We are very grateful for this car buying experience, as we have had less positive experiences in the past. We even made sure to eat lunch so we could survive financing, and we ended up having nothing to worry about! Bought a jeep for my son, wanted something very specific and they had it priced fair and salesman, Delshawn, did a great job getting info, paperwork, photos, videos to help me out 1600 miles away and helped arrange some other things. Straight to the point, quick and easy. I help manage a auto dealer in Colorado and this is the kind of service we strive for with customers. Reviews match up well with experience, good job team. Almost three months in the shop on a new Bronco purchased from Koons and my truck was returned to me with door dings, had to repaint the whole door (and it shows). The dash came out several times and they scratched the heck out of it. They don t care at all, service was horrible, I would not buy a car here and I certainly wouldn t trust them with your vehicle if you want it back in the condition you left it. RUN while you can. You won t get returned calls, support or any followup either. Good luck with a loaner. Quick to sell a car but won t support you after the sale.

When I say this dealership is awesome. From the sales team to the finance department, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Even the service department is awesome. I want to send a special thanks to Mr. David for a wonderful sales experience and Mr. Toby and Mike in finance for listening to my concerns and NOT just pushing for a sale. Kieth was amazing , the entire team did a great job. My Daughter was looking for a car. We left with extended warranties to cover her used car. 5 star service I do truly recommend this dealership. Buying a new car is an experience we'd rather avoid. However, Keith Schopman made it a pleasant experience for us. He was professional, helpful, and kind. We already had an idea of the car we wanted. I came in one day for a test drive and made an appointment for a few days later when I could bring in my wife. Keith was not pushy, but once we made our decision, he tried to move the process along. We appreciated Keith's easy going manner, and would recommend him to friends looking to purchase a Ford vehicle.

We went to Koons Ford based on the reviews and were not disappointed. On arrival we met Jake who was extremely kind, understanding of our situation and helpful. After working with Jake the first time we returned again a few days later to test drive a car closer to what we were looking for. Again, Jake was very patient with us and updated us on the status of the car(s) we were waiting to purchase. Finally, we made the decision to return and purchase a car and the process was extremely smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Koons Ford and Jake to anyone interesting in purchasing a car.

Frank was awesome! Very up front about any additional fees. We have ford dealers closer to us, but we chose to drive 2 hours because the price was unbeatable compared to local dealers. Once he knew we were coming, he pulled the keys and saved it for us, which was so appreciated since it took us a bit to get there and others came in during that time who were interested. He also did a video recorded tour so we could see the truck before we got there which was a nice added touch. Frank was super knowledgeable about the truck and all its features, including making sure we had the right truck for our towing needs since there are so many factors on the truck that impact towing capacity. Super simple process from the time we expressed interest to driving away. Thanks Frank!

I got pressured into making a quick decision. They gave us a high interest rate. I barely felt calm enough to collect myself and read what I was expected to be signing. We bought a used car and after a few months we tried to take it back and they only offered us half of what they sold it for. I went to an app where we buy any car and they offered us $5,000 more. I feel like we are taking advantage of because we are young

As a professional fleet manager with over 30 years experience in different roles in the auto industry, my knowledge and experience are that this is a dealer you want to be very careful of. This dealer responded to my inquiry to purchase twenty five (25) vehicles from them. They had all 25 in stock, advertised on their website, and verified available. The assistant manager worked with me to ensure the vehicles were what we needed. I had our company arrange to make the purchase, prepped purchase orders, allocated the funds, started planning transportation to multiple locations across the country... then was told I could only have 15 units, as they wanted to keep 10 for local customers. When I called back, the story changed, and then price changed. Now I needed to pay more money to get the units I wanted.I contacted General Sales Manager Mark Rodgers. Mr. Rodgers informed me he wouldn't sell me the vans because he wanted to sell them locally and make more money on the financing. He won't sell to corporations as it isn't "part of his business model". Apparently getting MSRP on $1M worth of vehicles isn't good enough for these guys.

As an active duty military guy, buying a car out of state has never been an issue. These guys acted like everything was good to go. They took my insurance, my driver's license, my loan documents, and had me fill out a credit application with my social to do identity verification. Later, said they won't deal with me unless I come into their showroom.Never had an issue with a shipper picking up a vehicle before, but Koons must have a store policy that won't deal with anybody that's not on site, even if they're stationed out of state. Boo Koons. Boo

March 9, 2024. Let's start with the sales person (Michelle). When first talking to her on the phone, she built a confidence that this is one of the "Best dealerships to purchase a car". I took my little girl in with me to look at vehicles, and it was raining "like a hurricane was happening", so moving a car seat wasn't the easiest thing to do from car to car. When I finally settled on a car when negotiating the price, I asked if there were any accidents on the vehicle, the carfax was clean. At that point, I went through with the purchase. The next day, I showed my wife the new vehicle and we notice there is a dent is in the hatch. Looking back on the sales pictures, I see it. I didn't see it in the pouring rain that day. Freaking out, I call the salesperson (Michelle) and sent her a picture, she said that her manager Kirby or Jeff would have the "dent people" fix it! After driving it for a day, there was also a noise from the wheel area, I also let the salesperson know this. She said they would take look at it when I took the vehicle in for the dent to be fixed.After driving two hours from my home to take the car for the dent and noise to get fixed the salesperson called me and said it was ready for pick up. When I asked for a picture of the "fixed dent", She said, "oh I'm glad you brought that up, because the Dent folks didn't fix it". I was a bit taken aback because I did send a picture and she said the dent would be fixed, so the chipping paint was not even touched up. So that was frustrating knowing eventually it would turn to rust. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said that they were busy, and it may be easier to speak to them in person. Keep in mind that I live 2 hours away.I called and finally spoke to Kirby, who explained to me that "I did not purchase a new vehicle and that there may be some cosmetic issues since it was a "used vehicle". " That they were doing me a courtesy to look at fixing the dent.When I picked up the vehicle, I spoke to Jeff who said that they took some pictures of the dent to show to the owner of the dent vising place to see if there was anything he would be able to do and he would get back to me. If nothing else, they would send me some touch up paint to stop the chipping.After driving home that night, the noise from the front wheel came back and I immediately called Michelle. She said to contact the service department and schedule a time to take it in. (KEEP IN MIND, I LIVE 2 HOURS AWAY). I scheduled the car to be looked at again.While I was waiting for the service to look at the vehicle, Michelle felt that it may be a good idea for me to look at some vehicles while I waited for mine to be serviced. Michelle said "maybe since your vehicle is giving you such a headache, maybe lets get you into something else." Of course, the only caveat to that would be of course to spend more money. THANK YOU, BUT NO THANK YOU.When service was done the vehicle noise was not there until I got home. I again called Michelle and she said that maybe she should get me into something else.After two weeks, I felt compelled to speak to someone having not heard from neither Kirby nor Jeff on whether the dent was going to get fixed, or they were going to send touch up paint. I made an effort to speak to the GM Dennis about my experience, as I was referred to by the credit union that financed the vehicle to do. I left a voicemail, and someone named Iggy?, called me back and said that she would forward the message to Dennis. I has been almost a week and I have not heard from Dennis.Obviously, the worst car purchase experience I have had.

Derek Lewis was great! Answered all of our questions, showed us several models and we ultimately got to test drive an Expedition Limited two days that fit our schedule, with no obligation.We bought the Limited back on Tuesday (11/7/23) and purchased a new one that night. We got into contact with Derek first thing in the morning on 1/22/2024... He got us videos of the car we wanted to see and were interested in that they had on the lot! He was very quick with his responses and a great person to deal with overall!!! He got everything ready for us to see when we got there, finished up the financing end and we were on our way in our brand new Ford Expedition Max!
