I had an excellent experience I was in and out of jiffy lube within 10 minutes. My only issue was the guy that performed the oil change he never asked me what oil I wanted in my car. So when I went to pay it was like $90. I had called beforehand and the gentleman said $65 for one service and then 85 for the following. So I guess he just took it upon himself to give me the more expensive one. That's the only thing that I did not agree upon. Would love my money back but I know that's not going to happen.

Ken is a very rude person. When I refused to get extra services he kept walking out the door telling me how I don't care about my car. And when I confronted him letting him know that I do care about my car he proceeded to tell me that he didn't care that I heard him. Not so good service at this location. So when I did tell him that he should care he attempted to apologize but at that point it's a bit too late You shouldn't have to remind people that dealing with customers you should be mindful of how you speak to them and about them.

The 2 employees performed the service so quick. Extremely extremely quick to the point that many of the areas were marked as compete even though they didn t check everything. For example, my car is marked as vacuumed but they only vacuumed the passenger floor. They never gave any recommendations for future service. They marked my windshield wipers as ok though they were bad. They marked my cabin air filter as ok though it s extremely dusty. The windows were never cleaned. The staff didn t greet me when I arrived. The lady just looked at me without saying hello. The first thing she said was what you getting done today? Unprofessional and rude. They never even brought me to the computer to recommend any services though I know I need a ton of services since I just got an inspection by the dealership the week before going to jiffy lube. The employees at Harford rd literally changed the oil, vacuumed one part of the floor, added windshield fluid (and charged me for it) then said I m done. I was in and out within about 6 minutes because they totally skipped an actual inspection. It s not worth the $70 cost.I m so glad that there s a ridiculously huge hole in the lobby wall. That way I can see the actual oil being changed. I could also see, from that hole, that the unprofessional lady did vacuum the passenger seat. I could see that she put the vacuum away afterward only vacuuming the passenger floor and she didn t wash the windows. I started to say something after my car was done but she seemed like she didn t have much to lose and would probably start a physical fight. I just took my car and never turned back. My service at Jiffy Lube located on Harford Rd was excellent. The employees there told you the truth about what work needed to be done with your car, and if they don't provide the service they directed you where you could go , and get the service done.

My oil light came on this morning. I went in for an oil change. Ken told me I did not need an oil change that the filter was not fitting tightly. The crew tighten the filter and topped off the oil. No charge! Class act.

I don't know what happened. This place used to have excellent customer service but today the staff was rude and short with me. My oil change was done in 5 minutes which tells me they did none of the inspections they were supposed to do, no one went over the results of the inspections with me as they usually do (because they weren't done), and to top it all off, for some reason they rolled my window down and I couldn't get it to go all the way back up afterwards. This Jiffy Lube is no longer trustworthy to me. I've been to the Goodyear next door for other services but will probably start going there for my oil changes too.Service: Oil change

Jenita, Davon and Kenneth are an excellent team! This experience was a top five visit for sure. I was in and out with my Subaru and the customer service is superb!! Keep up the good work y'all!! Floors weren't vacuumed, fluids weren't filled, tires weren't checked, none of the services on the checklist were done. They also stated on the receipt that my washer fluid bottle was cracked prior to service. Nobody told me this verbally nor was I ever informed of this. NEVER AGAIN

I always have a great experience here. The men that work here are very polite and professional. I make sure I get there early enough to be one of the first people. When you need an oil change it's always best to go early. Literally no more than 30 mins in like 7:40 am and out they filled my tires vacuumed the car a lil boom outta there back home by 8:15. If I have to get my oil change this the only place I will go...oh and don't forget your $7 coupon off your oil change

This location (5701 Harford Rd, Baltimore) has provided me the absolute best customer service possible - multiple times! They take time to explain the issue, advise on what to do and what is cost-effective, and are kind and friendly the entire time. This place is slow and apparently incompetent. I came and got oil change & rear drv. tire. Not only did it 3hrs , they changed the wrong tire. This occurred 11/13, then I came back to only be told to come back bcuz the in charge of that doesn't work on certain days. Mind u I paid 149.00 for the tire.. since I had the work done, I have had to put air in my tire twice. It's now 11/21 and guess what , he don't work today. And that tire is running out air. Even the other staff won't fix this and I thought it was a proff. business. I REALLY FEEL JIPPED BY JIFFY LUBE

Not sure why a rating just popping up on my list, I haven't been back to Jiffy Lube for years for many reasons, but for time purposes let me tell you one. My last visit is when one of the employees accidentally locked my keys in the car. I had to catch a cab home to get the spare key come back unlocked my vehicle and they still charged me the full price. The prices there are incredibly high so I found another and never went back. They send me 20% discount coupons in my email, even with that discount it's still cheaper where I go now to get my oil changed.

They were real decent. The service was fast and they had many mechanics evaluate my battery. They listened and give me their honest opinion. Since, they were busy, they give me a quick fix and advice me to come back. So, I am honestly not complaining. They helped me and never charged me a dime. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I think that they got to work on their internal communication but they seem real laid back and helpful. I'm happy

My first time visiting this location because I moved into a new home. I was a little hesitant because you never know what you are going to get these days. My worries were unfounded because everyone was polite, friendly, and they took care of my oil change quickly and efficiently. They were all so NICE! I had some concerns about my break pads. They said I needed new ones. I purchased some online to get someone else to put them on for a cheaper price. They were going to charge me about $200+ for the service. My brother showed me what I purchased and the ones I have. They were almost the same. They lied. They almost caused me to spend money unnecessarily.

The staff working the oil changes and repairs seemed to be on top of their game, but the employee in charge of working the front desk was not able to tell me in complete sentences what was wrong with my car your um coolant is like really really bad and that is UMB bad for your engine I think . Plus I watched 5 employees take turns sitting in (my very basic Ford Fiesta) to try to figure out how to do the oil change and coolant flush. It all worked out well in the end, but I was a little concerned along the way.Service: Oil change

Offer a class and show folks how to change their own oil and cabin filter.Jiffy Lube wanted to charge me $50 to change my cabin air filter, but YOUTUBE showed me for free and 16 dollars later...I have a new filter.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My experience today with Jiffy Lube excellent. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I did not need an appointment, which I found uncommon, they were quick and professional. They went above and beyond to clean my car and open doors my doors for me. You do not find this type of service much anymore. Thank you!

Greeted with water or coffee when I arrived. Was escorted to the waiting area which was clean and bright. Service was done in a timely fashion. Felt super comfortable with the staff, shared a few laughs and small talk.I will be back will not hesitate to come back.Also good to see a woman behind the scenes, great energy and efficiency. Appreciate my entire visit, left pleased! Keep up the good work you guys!

Been a customer of this location for years, continued to use this location even after moving out of the neighborhood. Unfortunately the current staff is much less professional and seems to lie, double-talk and go back on their word. We have had poor experiences with regard to tire replacement as well as battery replacement. Would have loved for my review to be positive, but I am very disappointed at the integrity of the current staff. We will not be returning.Services: Tires, Battery

Gave 3 because all the times I let a quick lane place this is the first place where i noticed fresh oil spots under my car after an oil change for 3days claimed to be run off but that much it was hard to believe solid ppl thoughUpdate: I took my car to someone that was recommended to me and they looked at my car and Jiffy Lubr left my oil filter loose How? I will never in my life again go to a quick lube place. I'm done because at the end of the day I would've caught he'll if something happened to my car with only 60k miles and they wouldn't have owned up to it since I already been back 3 times and they never checked the filter

I recently went to get an oil change. The customer service was great! What I did notice, and did NOT like was it did not appear they had a sanitation protocol in place. Some of their technicians were wearing their face masks below their nose, as well as the one who approached me to talk about my vehicle. Also, I noticed when they drove my car out, again, the person had their mask below their nose and did not have on gloves. I asked for some sanitizing wipes to wipe the inside down and they did tell me to take as many as possible, but I feel that's what they should have been doing.

Today was a good experience. They have new management. The team was very informative and quick. They did suggestive sell but was not too pushy. They let you know what is needed and gave you the option to decide on what you wanted to get done. I appreaciated the information and the customer service.

Ok so i had to wait an hour and a half for service... They had 3 cars in front of me so it was rather busy, but as soon as i pulled up, the manager with the glasses immediately notified me it would be a wait and gave me the option to change my mind fortunately i was having a rather free day so i did not mind the wait. He took my vans information and put me on the roster the service was going great until i was told that one of the mechanics would be driving my car into the terminal... I was a little uneasy being that everyone has not been vaccinated and we were in such a tight area with my children... Everyone was at risk... However i allowed with all windows down and masks/gloves they were supportive and obliged. So you do have to ask for that service. The signature oil change went great, of course i went to the jiffylube.com website to redeem a coupon ... But i felt rather shorted when i read my receipt and it said I "declined" vacuuming services... I immediately corrected that... And received my service(another one you have to ask for) while the manager vacuumed my van the mechanic actually used his new gloves and purchased some snacks for my children. I had to give them a 4 because where they lacked in professionalism they definitely made up got in customer service. I would give this location another try.
