*WARNING* Do NOT take your vehicle to this location under any circumstances. My vehicle was brought in for a tune up and this location damaged other parts to my vehicle. They promised a refund for services rendered and have not yet provided it. The mechanic Dontae presented himself as clueless and the Manager Sean did not provide any further assistance nor help.

Took hours for someone to come to greet me and see what service I wanted did not use to have that problem when it was another group of ppl there but now I know where the ones are who use to be there are will not go back to the one in Woodlawn they not friendly at all whole staff just lazy

awful staff. Can barely converse with a customer. Get overwhelmed by like 3 cars. Was basically refused service because the guy couldn t actually provide information. Extremely unprofessional. I will never trust my vehicle at a place where they are overwhelmed by a simple oil change. Wow pathetic.

Would give this negative stars if I could. I was refused service. Staff members especially the manager and a mechanic named Dante were horrendous. I got work done on my car at this particular location back in November, which is why I chose to come back today. They refused to work on my car because the original employees had been reassigned to another Jiffy location. When I showed the manager that the Jiffy lube warranty website states "if you are within 25 miles of the original repair location, jiffy lube is responsible for the repair", he responded, "I don't care what the website says, I'm not helping you!" DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE MEAN AND AWFUL AND WILL GOSSIP ABOUT YOU TO THE REST OF THE STAFF.

Very horrible service. Everyone was very polite but when my car went through for oil change was done very quickly. I wasn t even sure if it was done correctly. The light in my car still telling me I need to get a oil change. My car was not vacuuming when done with oil change my windows were not clean. Those are things that comes with the oil change that was not done to my vehicle. The workers were hanging around talking had enough time to do all these things, and it was not done. I made sure to empty out my vehicle from the front seats in the back and the trunk. Just for them not to do the correct service. Never again!

Staff is very nice and helpful. Good for simple things like an oil change, but avoid here if your car has more technical issues.

It took 2days,,$200. More , and the problem was still there,after they couldn't do anymore,my mechanic said they replaced the wrong sensor switch,,,I really would like 1/2 my money back,,even for the stress in their verdict ,,a blown head gasket

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I came here about a week ago to get an oil change just a basic oil change they charged me $97 dollars for a 2015 Nissan Altima mind you when my dad took my car up there it was only $40 THEY GET OVER ON WOMEN DO NOT GO BY YOURSELF TAKE A MAN WITH YOU

My experience at this jiffy lube was great. The guys greeted me with urgency and made sure they knew everything I wanted before performing the service. There's always good energy at this shop that's why I take my car there.

I went to jiffy lube for a oil change and it was the best experience ever the manager Lance had a smile on his face and was very welcoming. My oil change was so fast I was definitely amazed. Technicians were friendly and helpful. Gave recommendations for services but helped me to prioritize need to fit within a budget. Conversation was helpful. The technician (male) and gave gentle reminder to me (female) be more diligent but without a hint of condescension or scolding. First, they waiting 20 minutes to say anything to me. I spent more than I wanted to but it's ok. I purchased windshield wiperblades and the next day. One popped off while I was driving in the rain. The manager had a very careless attitude about the situation and wanted to give me a discount for the next oil change. I won't be back!

The service was great the people were very friendly. And the service was fast and they recommended changes which I did like tremendously. I will go back to see them again and again thanks to the Jiffy Lube team for taking good care of me.

I normally don t leave reviews. But I contacted corporate about negligence. The workers lost my screws to my oil tray and decided to use zip ties on the vehicle instead. I was driving to work but then I realized that something wasn t right, as my car started making very loud noises. I had to go back to Jiffy Lube the next morning and they found the screws that were originally dropped or misplaced. More disappointed with corporate at this point. They never followed up with my emails, as they assured a follow up. 9/10 I will never willingly use Jiffy Lube again.

I went into this particular Jiffy Lube for the first time. Upon entering, I only saw one guy at the counter, but once the work started the whole team sprung into action. Everyone was courteous and friendly during the visit with recommendations and pertinent information. A very good experience overall. I will definitely be back again!!!!Service: Oil change

The work was done. My oil change feature wasn't reset which I thought was complimentary. I had to do it myself. The manager was nice and communicative. The oil change person was ok. His customer service skills can be better.

If you are ever in need of outstanding customer service go and visit Lance at this jiffy lube location. Honesty is one of his best traits and I trust him with my vehicle and he is also an awesome person. Go see for yourself
