Manager Shawn and the team at Jiffy Lube were great. I got an oil change and my filters replaced. They gave me great insight about another repair I ll be getting done soon. I did not feel pressured to get a lot of services done all at once and was given fair pricing. In and out within 45 minutes (between a quick inspection, test drive, and repairs), . The shop was very efficient and ran smoothly. They had several cars in line and yet did my oil change in 30 minutes or less. All bays were in use and all staff engaged. They were very attentive when I arrived and immediately acknowledged me and asked what I needed done. The general manager (Cee) was very welcoming and friendly. I had no issues using my coupon and communication was on point. Cee told me I would need an engine filter next time and did not try to up-sell me on other things. He told me they topped off fluids and the air in my tires. He even told me how much air they put in and that their policy is to top off any fluids or air for the next 3000 miles at any Jiffy Lube! I will be back and would absolutely recommend them.

Very rude came in on a rainy day shop empty and mechanic asked me why I didn t come tomorrow I said the sound my car made I need an oil change he begins mansplaning to me that an oil change isn t a cure all . I Left . the one on slade is the best!

Great customer service at this Jiffy Lube, when you pull up they do a quick consult then help you get to the waiting area. It's a valet type service, they open your car door and the door to the building for you. I had my oil and air filter changed on my Lincoln Navigator L.

Don t even use Jiffy lube they do oil changes and don t put any oil back into your engine . I never experienced anything like this before they had me riding around with no oil in my car for a month before I realized . My engine was running loud so I decided to check it and it s was bone dry like no oil had been in it at all. I never had any leaks or nothing they just didn t put any oil back in it.I wish I could put negative stars because I wouldService: Oil change

The Service Members assisting me the day of my visit worked collectively to quickly service my vehicle. They were polite, courteous, helpful and even offered me an extra slushy drink they had! I came in for oil change, my receipt shows that they vacuumed my car and cleaned the exterior windows, but they never did. They took my IPhone charger from my car, I didn t notice this until I have driven about 15miles away. Jiffy Lubes mechanics and representatives were very professional and although I had a few extra repairs than normal they were very accommodating towards me and my time !! My check out guy gave me a test drive to make sure I was satisfied with his service on my vehicle, that never happened before and for that i am very grateful. We were lucky enough to get the technician named Clarence. In all honesty, he gave us the best automotive care we've ever experienced. He was professional, kind, sincere, and thorough. Brian and Clarence are fantastic !!It was really busy when I arrived for an oil change, yet they got me back on the road in about 15 minutes , from my arrival to my departure ( LIKE A BOSS ) . I have been coming to this jiffy lube for years and always have a pleasant experience. I even tip the workers but today was a shock. The manager literally threw me out the store because I didnt drive in correctly. He was impatient and nasty. He needs to be fired. I will not be going back . Untill hes gone. I was shocked and disappointed

Service was fast, everyone was polite and professional. I was quoted higher price then I expected, but cost was less after I chose a standard oil. My floor was also vacuumed and I didn't expect that. I will frequent this place often as I travel for work and accumulate miles very quickly.

Overall service was good, however its getting frustratingly consistent that when i get a oul change, the techs never reset the dash board sensor. I even asked the the rep did they reset the oil dashboard sensor , and they said yes !! It wasn't. The sensor alert us still coming on. I understand we all forget and make mistakes , but why so frequently????

I got an oil change, brakes and my wiper blades replaced. I did not have to use my wiper blades until a storm came through over a week later. The entire blade came off. I called just before closing time to inform them of the situation. The person I spoke to told me they were getting ready to close. I was able to make it there at closing time for them to fix something that should have been done previously. My point is he should have owned the mistake and said can you get here by a specific time and not tell me about closing time. When you performed services it was during business hours and but not for your mistake I wouldn't have needed to call you back. This was not professional or little customer service skills and now I'm nervous about my brake job being done properly.

I went there out of convenience, which has been the case at times in the past. Very friendly personel, which is why I had them replace a recommended part rather than go to my own mechanic. However, they stole the change from my console, and now I've found out that there have been other's who have fallen victim to having their change stolen at this location. I did call the manager and shared this information with him within the hour of the service. Poor vacuuming. I won't go there again because of the theft and I've been sharing this information with other's.

I was not happy after I left I had an oil change that required me to put 2 more quarts of oil in when I got to my destination I had a brake flush which left my brakes sqeaking and seem to contain air in them and on my paperwork it said I declined to have my vehicle vacuumed which I did not decline. And upon leaving a representative suggested I have a top off when I got to my destination which made me feel uncomfortable if my oil was full... I am not happy with the service I was provided nor the cost and sadly will not be returning!

I ve been here previously and they ve always been very quick and helpful!! Went in today for an oil change and discussed other issues I was having and they were able to fix those for me right away! Very friendly and fast!

My experience was awful, it was not like any other Jiffy Lube experienced. Had I not called back to complain I would not have received any satisfaction after speaking to Brian Jackson who initially was part of my dissatisfaction. We were able to discuss some things which ultimately made some difference. However my experience would have been different ifthrsr things were explained at the onset of my visit. My oil change was $833.97 when typically it's $60 had I had told about synthetic oil v regular oili would not have used it the young lady service person never mentioned the difference. Brian Jackson said I told her I used synthetic which was not the truthShe didn't explain or ask she just put it in and gave me the bill. I was so angryI can't tell how to determine what the range of starsvalue is

It's been awhile since I been there because every time I took my Honda accord to them they didn't know how to get the maintenance reminder out of my dashboard. So today when I went I was impressed they knew how to remove it. I will return again in the future.

I asked the gentle man to put wiper fluid in my car and he didn't do that. Other than that the oil was changed and I didn't have to wait a long time.

I will have to give you a 1 because the car floor was not vacuumed. I called the manager and he insisted he vacuumed. I checked my car again to confirm and took pictures and it looked exactly how it was before I got there. So he basically lied. Am now concerned if they actually did everything on the receipt like Change oil filter. I would not recommend this particular Jiffy lube. I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time.

It was not do correctly they used the wrong oil weight, they didn t put enough oil in they did tighten the oil pan oil pan screw. Are a result I now have an oil leek and the oil pressure light is back onService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great location and fast service. They pull the car in for you so you don't make any mistake getting on the platform. They have WiFi and they explain everything without being overly pushy. This was a great experience. Unexpected for a Jiffy Lube!
