Jerry s Toyota Belair Rd, suggested that I replace my engine because the oil was low or gone. After getting a few other professionals to look at the engine they suggested to keep it oiled and replace oil more often. I took my Toyota to Jerry s for an oil change and they refused to change the oil or replace my brake light because I did not replace the engine. I called several other Toyota service places and told them about my engine. Each service department stated they would change the oil and replace the brake light. I called several places more than once to see if I would get a different response but they where all the same. Since I dropped my car off at Jerry s on Belair rd they called me to inform me of this news and that I could pick up my car, so I asked the rep for a shuttle and was told they no longer have a shuttle but would send a Lyft. I said ok but I ll have to call you back and schedule because I m at work. I called Jerrys back to schedule to lyft and the rep put me on hold then came back to the phone and said you need to pay for your own lyft because we don t have a service order for you. I get to Kerrys to pick up my car after paying for my own lyft. I stepped in and no one greeted me to see what I needed. I asked a random person for help and they told a service rep. No one said anything to still. I saw a service rep walking with my keys and then a few minutes later my car pulled up. No words from the service rep/advisor. I ve been taking all my Toyotas here for years Thanks but no thanks Jerrys. I m sure losing 1 customer will not hurt your business but I can no longer take any of my cars here for service or look to make a new purchase from Jerrys on Belair road.

So first of all, I had a bad experience when I first came in for my yearly car maintenance and I left a one star review but here is me updating my review from the previous one and to let you all know that the wonderful team here in Toyota helped resolve my concerns with my car even though they had a tight schedule, they did their very best to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of service my car got.I also want to say a big THANK YOU to the mechanic that particularly serviced my car and ask that he gets a raise lol or an employee of the month recognition cause he did a very good job and paid a very good attention to details on my car servicing.Let s go the Jerry s Toyota Famillllllly You all are the best

Don't like the set up. Car assessment go in and sit down, then the service person call you back in the same place you began. Half of them were setting there doing nothing. Take care of the customer before they go in waiting room. Great beverages!!!!!

I really don't understand the appointment system going on here. I can get an appointment a week earlier by choosing the shuttle option instead of waiting. When I drop my car off, the CSR tells me it would be a 3+ hour wait if I stay on location.I've now been here for 4 hours, no shuttle ever picked me up. I finally talked to another employee who got things moving for me, and my vehicle was suddenly ready in twenty minutes. I really think they completely forgot I was here.What was even the point of the appointment? Why do I need to schedule out a week and a half only to have nobody ready for my arrival?Never had issues with the work on my vehicle, but the way the front end is managed makes no sense and leaves me frustrated.

Great place! Honest reasonably priced and do amazing work. Main this is the honest and not trying to rip you off. These days that means alot. When you think of Dealership mainly bad stigma with it. Not at Jerry's Toyota! I highly recommend them! It's truly About You And Customer Service!!

Got charged $335 for 2hrs of diagnostic they had my car 6 hrs. And they still can't tell me what's wrong. Spent $335 for a guess

Good, nothing but regular maintenance oil change, tire rotation and balance, they check everything to see if anything else is needed, thank goodness, nothing else was needed not even a timing belt. I'm pleased with their courtesy and professional interaction with the customers. Will be taking my car back for regular maintence.

The people hear are nice and they do good work. They have loaner vehicles if they need to hold onto your car for a bit. Never dealt with the sales staff but everyone seems kind and relaxed.

After having a bad experience with the Toyota service center in Cockeysville, this location was a dream come true. The associates were pleasant and extremely helpful. I informed the associate that I needed my car at a specific time and the vehicle was ready at that time. This is the only location I will be going to in the future.

I have been a loyal Toyota customer for many years, and though I do not like their new assembly line approach, I appreciate Toyota not only fixing and maintaining my Prius and Tundra, but going the extra mile whenever I have truly needed it! They are well worth the extra $$$. Kudos to the Black female shuttlebus driver who opens my doors, making me feel like royalty, on each transport! I'm a Toyota Girl for life!

DON'T BE FOOLED! This is the typical service center where an oil change leads to a completely different problem. They want you to return and keep paying for more and more service. They will lure you in with a payment plan. If you love your Toyota, go elsewhere.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I have two cars bought here. I stopped servicing my first car as they messed up twice. Second car, i still go there because of my mom (who drives the car). Regardless, its a place worth checking out for car servicing needs. If you want to save some money from car servicing, try learning and doing some of the basic repairs/maintenance. Changing bulbs, replacing air and oil filters, and many others - you can do it yourself without breaking any sweat and save some hard earned money.For big problems, of course this place is worth going in and getting an estimate.

Just went in for an oil change. Everything went well and the associate Brittany was very nice and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the service that I received. My truck was even washed which comes with any service

I love Jerry's as a dealership. I have purchased 5 cars from them (2 Tacoma's, 2 4-Runners and a Highlander. Both 4-Runners had to have the nav/radio replaced within 2 years of ownership as the back arrow button stopped working (traded both close to the 2 year mark). The Highlander has the SAME radio/nav system. I took it in earlier this year for a recall on the fuel pump. After this repair (and I'm not saying its related) my radio stations have static to the point you hear no music, just static. I have videoed the FM stations during this static with me changing the stations and still static. It does it all the time. It doesn't matter where I am. I brought it in for my regular maintenance, showed them the video and was told to bring it back in with a FULL tank of gas and leave it all day. They were going to drive it to see if they could get it to do it for them...at my gas expense. They suggested that they think it is switching between satellite and FM. Funny, I don't have a satellite subscription and if this is the case, why did it just start doing it almost 2 years into ownership. My friends/neighbors with Toyota vehicles do NOT have this problem. I went to Ocean City in August and it did it the entire way down and back. It didn't matter where I was. It does it on 95, 695, 50, 295, Rt 1, Rt 40, Rt 7, Baltimore and Harford County as well as Baltimore City. It is very annoying! I took my car in yesterday for an oil change and requested the radio looked at. Again, I showed the video of the static. I was told by the advisor that it would be $150 for a diagnostic to be run just to see if they could find something. UM, my car is 2 years 3.5 months old with 32,000 miles on it. It is covered under bumper to bumper and I also have the extended warranty to 100,000 that covers the radio/nav system. And to top is off, while I was waiting, one of the salesman was speaking to me and said "I wonder if you got one of the Highlands with the bad radio in it". I told him to tell the service department that! Very disappointed that they won't do anything about my radio. Usually service is good here, but the last 2 visits, not so much. I"m guessing my next step is to contact Toyota directly or another dealership.

Great service. They have always listened and resolved the few problems I have ever had. Great service team. You won't find better. Bought and serviced over 40 cars there. No kidding.

No social distancing! Way too many people in the drive-in area for service and in the waiting room. Employees are shoulder-to-shoulder. They have not changed ANY of their usual workflows; they are just relying on people to wear masks. However, some employees were walking around with masks under their noses (!) and some had face shields on that were positioned such that you would still get a spray of virus underneath the poorly positioned mask. VERY disappointed. As a business, they could do much better.

Horrible experience!! DON'T go there for a oil change- I had a appointment at 11am on Friday 1/8/2021- I got there on time- and still had to wait OVER 3 HOURS !!!?? WHY???? I had a appointment!!! ?? The girl told me it would take 1 1/2 hours-- ?????The only reason I went there is because I bought my car there and the oil change was supposed to be FREE- WELLLL come to find out it expired 1 week ago so had to pay $82 !!! Ugh

Service was great but, had to go back because of a greasy fingerprints inside of car. Also some of the side moldings was left loose other than that great service very happy with the end product.

Toyota always has great Customer Services, huge screen TV in lobby to keep the customers entertained while getting vehicle serviced.They get you in ..and out quickly as possible.

Irresponsible attitude towards work!! Did not tighten the engine protection after changing oil !! You employ not qualified specialists from the street??? Washing horror!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE! I had Toyota reseal the oil pan on my '96 RAV4, after a 4hr diagnostic. Finally got my car, drove back from the dealership only to find out there was no oil in the engine. To make matters worse, the oil dipstick was not pushed in all the way. Whatever oil that was left spilled in and around the engine bay, landing on my exhaust manifold. After toping up with 4qts of oil my engine is now smoking. This team is completely unprofessional. Left 2 voicemails and there has been little to no communication on this negligence. I added a picture to show how I found the dipstick. Almost lost my engine in the hands of the "experts."

When and found what we wanted and purchase the vehicle although today they were little backed up so the waiting was a little longer than I anticipated but overall good customer service
