they thoroughly broke down the costs of what i needed fixed and kept me updated throughout the whole process. sometimes it s a bit intimidating going to a mechanic on my own as a woman in fear of them trying to pull a fast one. but i definitely didn t have that experience here, 10/10 and very trustworthy

I own a service business, and have been taking my commercial and personal vehicles to J and J for the last 6 years or so. Its so refreshing to have a honest, dependable and reliable car repair service. Mr. Jose diagnosis the problems, gives me some recommendations on how it should be repaired, and does the work with great quality. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

J & J is the BEST in Baltimore! Mr. Jose and his team are one of a kind! They provide Great customer service and fast auto service! He and his team's work is Impeccable! I dont trust my vehicle with anyone else! My family and friends love J&J! I've been going to JJ's for awhile. He recently moved locations. Mich better location I will say. He does exemplary work. Has very fair prices. Most important he is a very honest mechanic will go over I'm detail every step of every job with his customers personally. Great Mechanic!

Went to have my truck inspected dropped off on Tuesday and was given a quote on work to be did. I okayed and on Friday car still sitting no work done and was told I call him to much so he isn t going to do the work come get my truck. I don t recommend this repair shop he was just upset he couldn t beat me out of a lot of money and it was obvious that he doesn t have the staff to work on the cars they take in.

Honest fast and affordable! Fixed multiple failed parts on my 2001 ford taurus! Also inspected the rest of of my engine without me asking. 10/10 now the only mechanic I trust .
