Thank you for the awesome service on my 2016 Audi A4!!!!!!! It stopped running and now it runs so smoothly, with great pricing. when i was having issues with my lights on my dash, and Aamir fixed them no problem and now I've no issues. I recommend you to all my friends!

This review pains me to write. I honestly liked and respected Amir, the shop owner, until today. I have been exclusively coming to and relying on him for a decade and a half to provide vehicle maintenance on two BMWs a Toyota truck and a Chevy Astro van. i m not someone who has a lot of money, and in the past the Band-Aids that he is put on my vehicles, has kept me on the road and coming back. The issue that has prompted this review is with the Chevy van. It is an 2005, yes it is old but has less than 80,000 miles and runs great. Recently, I noticed it was leaking antifreeze. Over the last six months. He has told me that it was the water pump which I had replaced. Then it was a freeze plug which I had fixed then it was the other freeze plug which I had fixed then he said he couldn t find a leak, but convinced me to get new shocks and struts. Now today, he shows me that it is leaking from a hose where it is clamped and merely needed tightening. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his previous repairs to find out that it is actually something so simple his response was, if you want a vehicle that doesn t leak you should buy something else that s new! that is the wrong thing to say to me as a loyal customer for years. I relied on his professional opinion in the past, and to be arrogantly dissed when I point out all of the other repairs That now seem unnecessary has prompted my one star review and a PROMISE that I will never return.

Best experience of my life. Brought my car needed a new transmission and other stuff, Amir was super patient and nice to me. He went out way to insure my car was repaired in a timely manner and I was able to pick up my car. Communication perfect. Great!!!!! Flagship service! Honest pricing, quick in and out ! Quality work . I was overwhelmed with the maintenance required for my Liberty to run smoothly, when my friend took me to Haris Auto. Not only was I wowed by the pricing, as a woman asking for service, but the compassion, the showing of old parts and information of what else may be required in the future!! Not immediately. They won me for the life of my 2012 JEEP :) !

Amir and his staff provides great service for auto repairs. They have serviced both my Audi and my VW. Their prices are always great and I really enjoy the service. I live in Annapolis and drive all the to this shop in Baltimore because I trust the service they provide.

Worst servicer ever. DO NOT BRING YPUR CAR HERE!!! They lost my car key. Lied about the work that was done. Broke my driver side window, had my car for two weeks. Didn't let anyone know he broke the window. Tries to get away with it. If I could give him zero stars I would. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE.

I had my car's transmission repaired there and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable. I am very happy with their services. Would definitely recommend!

My grandfather came here to get his car fixed. The car wasn't finished until they were about to close. And as he drove out of the location, the car broke down again.Why is it considered fixed if they need to make the same repairs. Every time we've come here, our cars are never fixed. And if so, not for very long.

This is the worst place you want to bring your vehicle to do repair ,inspection or oil change anything you trying to do, you don't want to come in the, the unprofessional freshener.

Always have too come back after getting something and spending a lot of money they almost made me lose my life so I will be seeing them in court very soon I spent a lot of money with them within the last 5 years but the last 9 months I got everything on my car fixed and the problem is still there that I paid for and I still have all my records I think they moving fast because of the covid 19 money money money is all they thinking about now not the paying customers
