Careless and poor workmanship. I had Goodyear install four new tires, and received the car back with damage to all four wheels. First, I noticed that all wheels were smeared with excessive mounting grease. While cleaning off this grease, I found damage to each wheel. There was obvious scoring from tool marks in even bands around each wheel. The clear coat was chewed up in several spots around the rim. One wheel had been dropped, and a large chunk was chipped towards the center bore. They did not remove the snap in guards protecting the pinch welds when lifting the vehicle and gouged the cover. Finally, they filled the tires to random pressures, one even being below vehicle spec, and I had to further pump/deflate the tires myself after the service. Very disappointed, would not recommend Goodyear Auto Service to anyone.

I purchased new tires last July when Good Year was running a promotion. Scheduling was easy. I also had an oil change and alignment done. The counter rep recommended the three year alignment package which offers an unlimited alignment check and adjustments with every service. It was an additional fee of around $75 but considering I do at least one a year at around $100, the savings amounts to a few hundred dollars. All services were performed efficiently and my car was ready in three hours.I ve had issues with alignments performed at the dealership in the past; finding a shop that does them correctly is a gamble. Last week, I hit a major pothole and my car started pulling. I went in on Friday 10 min before they opened with no appointment; the desk agent was just arriving but was courteous to check me in before taking off his jacket. My car was realigned correctly and ready by 10am. BUY the 3 year alignment package - it has saved me a lot of money.As to others reviews about Good Year selling unnecessary services, this is a national standard and not unique to this particular shop; it does not reflect the quality of the work they perform. I ve used Good Year across the country and each shop does the same thing. I have my own preferred mechanic and have only used Good Year for tires and oil changes. Regardless, I will continue doing business with this location. Great staff!

This shop is without a doubt the best in the entire Baltimore Region. If you are looking for a team you can trust to service your car, SUV or truck, just book the appointment now. Anthony at the front desk does a phenomenal job with all things customer service and is always looking for ways to help me save some money with coupons and other promotional deals.So, for my most recent visit; I had been told by a shop near my house that my oil plug (Honda Accord) was cross threaded and that to change the oil the entire pan would need to be replaced. The quote to replace was unfortunately outside my budget. I decided to bring the car here for a second opinion and they were somehow able to remove the plug and replace it with a brand new one at minimal cost. Apparently, it was just stripped. I guess Rob, ate his Wheaties that day because somehow, he was able to get it off.On top of the oil change, I got a free tire rotation and also had the tires re-balanced. My ride is now as smooth as ever.Thanks Rob, Anthony and the rest of the team!

When you go in ask for Anthony! He gives the best customer service and will assist you with all of your needs. Great tires at a great price. Plus, the warranty is worth every penny. I bought my tire back after a nail and they replaced with little hassle.

Rob and Anthony were so wonderful today when I came in with a tear in my tire. They were so attentive and kind, they explained everything to me which made me feel so much better because I have no idea about cars, and triple checked to make sure my tire and me were taken care of! Will definitely be coming back thanks to Rob and Anthony!

I bought the tires online, booked/scheduled an appointment days in advance and it took over 2 hours to replace 4 tires. It should take about 15 mins a tire max. I understand low profile tires require more work (i used to do it), but 2.5 hours to replace 4 tires with a scheduled appt is not okay.

These guys informed me that my bolt had been cross threaded by the previous service provider. They notified me of what the cost would be and why it would be fine to drive on 4 bolts for a very short period of time. I recently experienced a flat tire and was notified by the road side assistance that I have another cross thread on the same tire. So was it my previous service provider or you Goodyear? Notify me of someone else wrong doing, then do the same thing. Imma just take my car to the dealership from now on. Can't trust these tire places. Rather trust jiffy lube.

I had had an emergency issue with one of my wheels the other day, where I needed a tire removed and put on a spare rim for my car to be operable. Late in the day, day before Thanksgiving. Walked into Goodyear and found all 4 employees, leaning against the counter, looking at their phones. No work to do at all I guess. I explained the situation. They said they wouldn't mount the tire on the rim because it wasn't a brand new tire. They were perfectly good with leaving me stranded for couple of days until a actual tire shop opened up after the Thanksgiving holiday. Took it to a National Tire & Battery Friday morning and they quickly swapped the tire for me, no charge. I guess Goodyear just isn't the tire shops that it used to be.

My oil light came on and they had me pull up to the door and were able to check my oil and give me advice in less than 5 minutes. The customer service is paramount at this good year garage.

Horrible, I dropped off my girls vehicle due to a flat tire early in the morning. The manager called me mid day to notify me that they ll have to replace all 4 tires, when I asked why they replied with that s the standard protocol.. I picked up the vehicle later in the afternoon and dropped it off a few blocks away at the Firestone.. turns out the vehicle DID NOT HAVE A FLAT TIRE. She ran over a pothole that fractured the rim good year didn t even bother inspecting the tire before diagnosing. BUYER BEWARE, these folks are swindlers and crooks

This is the only good year I will go to all the men that work here work together to get things done and have always gone above and beyond they explain in detail what is wrong before service and explain what was done after service I would like to acknowledge rob,Lawrence, Joe, ray I was not able to get the gentlemen at the fronts name I would recommend always going to this good year for your service they treat you kindly and always answer questions and do a great job and getting everything done in a decent timely manner. Thank you guys for all your work on my car!

Five star service! I got my tires installed here and paid for the protection package, which was well worth it. When I needed to come back in a year later due to a leak, they discovered it was due to a damaged valve stem. They replaced the valve stem for a few dollars only charging me for the material costs. Recommend making an appointment to limit wait time.

These guys are the absolute best.They're competent, honest, and friendly.It's a busy location, so they may not answer the phone the second you call. But they take incredible care of your car. And they're honest (I'm mechanically savvy, so I know), which is worth its weight in gold.

Had a flat tire caused by a metal object puncture.. They claimed it was too big for a patch, and wanted me to purchase four new tires due to the size. Then went to a different place for a second opinion, the puncture was indeed patchable. They tried to take advantage of me.

Terrible service, took my truck in for a alternator and they said it was ok but killed the battery. Had to get new battery and 2 days later it was as dining by same thing. Took it to another auto repair and it WAS the alternator

Had an excellent experience with Joe Morrisson the manager at this location for 4 new tires. Had not the best experiences in the past but this time, truly could not have been better. Joe ordered the tires as promised, called when they arrived, greeted me on arrival and had me in an out in under 2 hours. It was shocking how smooth everything went and I was greatly appreciative for all his help throught the process. Highly recommended.

Ive been a customer here for a few years now and have always had a good experience! I really appreciate the great service I received today! Really happy how fast Ron and Danny got my oil change and tire rotation done. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and nice to talk to. And whoever called me to tell me my car was done was really friendly and so I felt really comfortable talking to him. Thank you

It is always difficult when your kids are out on their own, far from home, and have car problems for a father who is an automobile technician. My childs car sustained a pretty fast-leaking flat tire and these guys took the vehicle in right away, fixed it properly, got his match-mounted tire/wheel assembly back together properly with minimal road force and got him back on the road, safe and sound. He brought that vehicle home a week later and I checked the repair, and road-force tested the tire. With the minor exception that they used the wrong style wheel-weight to balance the assembly (but was securely installed none-the-less) it would have been a perfect 100% I give this place a 95% for service, speed and quality. Good job folks and thank you for the good service!

One of my tires was suddenly losing air pressure rapidly and I went to 3 different gas stations with faulty air pumps before finding this Goodyear. They had me pull my car around and filled my tire with air, offered to inspect it on the spot, and discovered a nail in the tire. I was a new customer without an appointment and they still helped me out on the spot by patching the tire within an hour or so despite them being very busy from their actual scheduled appointments.I took my car to my regular shop afterwards and they told me the patch was perfect. Haven t had any issues with the tire since. The guys at this Goodyear were not only extremely nice but they saved me a ton of time and money by offering unprompted help on the spot to someone in need. They also did a stellar job which you don t find everywhere, and it was cheap. Cannot recommend them enough.

These are some of the most polite, nice, courteous, and knowledgeable people in the business of selling tires. They also give you transparency. They let me view my tires with the damage, the nails in them. That's why I have pictures. Awesome people at this Goodyear Auto Service. I am not saying that I recommend them all. I do recommend this shop.

Angela Stewart was wonderful to work with. I came in and needed new tires. She was knowledgeable about the product, kind and efficient. She gave me all the information I needed. When I called back into the new tires Lawrence Kittrell helped me. He took the time to answer my questions and I had four new tires that day! Angela also gave my daughter fun coloring books during our visits. Thanks for all you do! We will definitely be back and recommending you to folks in the neighborhood!
