Derek Tucker is a excellent mechanic and takes the time to explain and extra time to show his customer the service he is giving to you and the issues that may come in the future if you don't know the preventative maintenance steps to take. I highly recommend him as your mechanic.

I get all my oil changes, tire and brake and battery replacements, and heavier repairs done at Full Circle. They are experts, the prices are unbeatable, and they re friendly. I recommend them to all my friends.

Great prices and quick turnaround compared to other shops. Oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush were all comparable or cheaper than the shop I usually go to. Turns out my battery was installed crooked by those goofs at Advance Auto Parts and Full Circle corrected it for free! In addition, they were forthcoming with other maintenance items that they recommended.

First visit with a low mileage 10 yr old car making brake noise, overdue for everything that wears out in a decade and 26k miles. Pinged everything I expected & cost was entirely reasonable. Been a while since I needed a mechanic, was really happy with text option to approve/deny repair recs (no playing phone tag!) Everyone in the shop was friendly & happy to explain. Service was fast that day for new tires, brake stuff. My battery warning light came on and within 10 minutes power steering went out, we happened to be right by full circle so managed to limp the car there on it's last leg before it died. I ran into the office just as they were closing. They checked me in and took my info, and diagnosed the problem promptly the next morning. Their quote for repairs was fair and they were very responsive to my questions. They had the repair completed according to the timeline they stated (on the faster side) and were fantastic every step. Very disappointed at this business Now all of a sudden I provide my car parts to get a vehicle work on Then I get a call they can t work on my car After dropping my car off on Monday Then get a call on Tuesday around 2:30 pm In the past they work on 2 vehicles and I provide my parts NEVER AGAIN A WASTE OF TIME JUST NEXT TIME U CANT DO IT TO MUCH WORK FOR YOULL

Was told at a local dealer that a tire needed to be replaced due to a 2nd nail in tire. This shop was willing to repair and change my coolant at a much lower cost than dealer.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenanceServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I'm so glad to have this shop in my neighborhood. Friendly, same day service, car returned running smooth again. No upselling (like JL always does), but a helpful report on my old car's weak points, with specific prices if I choose to go back there to fix them. Professional, friendly, clean, quick, and a solid mission to boot. Try them out!Service: Oil change

Great place to go to for an inspection. You won't have to wait weeks and it only takes 1-1.5 hrs. Station personnel was friendly and responsive to questions. Fair price & good staff

I have had great experiences at Full Circle before. I made an appointment a week ago to have my car serviced today for an oil change and faulty spark plugs. When I arrived early for the scheduled drop-off time, the gentleman behind the counter told me that he couldn't look at my car because he was getting a new heater installed and wouldn't have the time to look at it. I specifically took today off work to have my car serviced, and no attempt was made to reach out to me by phone after I had made the appointment. This kind of neglect of customer service will make sure I never return to Full Circle Auto Repair.

I came in with a cylinder 2 misfire diagnostic on my car and spoke with Mr. James ...he was very nice and professional. Even though im sure he had full work load ..once i expressed with him the fact that I needed my car done for work reasons, I appreciated the fact that he did the best he could to get my car done in a timely manner to have me back on the road and back to work...and my car drives much better! I appreciate all that the staff at Full Circle did for me and i will definitely recommend their services to others!

I visited Full Circle for the first time today and will definitely be coming back. Everyone who worked there was warm, friendly, and honest, and I was in and out with very little wait time. Plus, their mission alone is worth supporting. Highly recommend!

I just tried out Full Circle and I'm so glad I did. What a great addition to our community. For years my wife and I have taken our car to a place in Hampden that we like, but is not very convenient to get to. I decided to try out Full Circle because of it's non-profit mission and proximity our our home. I had some trouble with the cart not starting and rattling. The crew looked it over and gave me a fair and honest assessment. It turned out there were no huge issues... no one made up a reason, tried to gauge us on price or upsell us on something else that needs fixing. They did not make a lot of money on my service but I will happily return and refer neighbors to the shop, knowing that the staff is honest and fair.

I had my van towed to Full Circle Auto on 9-7-18. I was told i needed a engine and it was replaced on 10-8-18. then got a call on 10-22-18 stating i needed a transmission got it replaced. I picked up my van on 11-5-18. I got about 2 blocks and the check engine light came on, air bag light went back was told they have nothing to do with the air bag light a sensor can go out at any time and to ride around for 10 days and the transmission and engine will link up .van stop running on 11-19-18 had it towed back to them. i was told it was the head gasket.then i was told they had to take it to the chrysler dealer still having problems. A few weeks later it was the fuel pump. Was called on 1-8-19 van fixed. Van shutoff in the middle of street to oncoming traffic on 1-5-19 scared me do death. Had it towed back to them on 1-15-19. Have you ever heard of a auto repair shop fixing you van from 9-7-18 and here it is 1-23-19 this is a joke. I want all my money back and will filing a lawsuit against them. I will also talk to The States Attorney to file charges of illegal practices. 4 months and still no van. I was called by Mr.Baz on 1-31-19 and told i would be compensated 15.00 a day for car rental. Was called on 2-9-19 van ready for pick up . I was paid for on 25 days of the 144 days of car rental. called Mr. Martin Schwartz on 2-11-19 left a message with his secretary Angie for him to call me. I wanted to know how far back were going for my car rental. His Secretary Angie called me back and said just for 25 days and that Mr. Schwartz was gone for the day. WOW I COULD NOT EVEN GET A MINUTE OF HIS TIME. (THEY WILL GETTING SERVED)

As a long-time satisfied customer of One Stop I was disappointed to find out that they are no longer in business and this outfit has taken over against my better judgment I decided to give them a try my truck was overheating after a bout a week they get back to me and said it was an intake gasket after replacing that for $514 I picked up the truck and it was running rough not the way that I brought it in nobody at the shop mention that so I brought it back to they said it was a spark plug and the ignition coil I had to shell out and additional $359 to fix that problem which was not the original complaint I will not be taking my truck back there again and would highly recommend anybody else not to do business with this shop ,angry and disappointed customer

Dave impressed me again, and those that know me know how hard that is. It's such a relief to actualy talk to who works on my car, rather than 3rd party that judges if there evan capable of certain work or what it mite possibly cost.

I got a transmission done in my BMW 2 years ago for 4000$ ,got small leak repairs done with alittle to no problems .,last month I went to get myTransmission checked on and the manager told me I needed another transmission.He told me this car just naturally has problems and I should sell my 750 li to the scrap yard .Im about to file a lawsuit for selling me a defective transmission,I would highly recommend that any one needing mechanical work ,not to spend your money ,this was a major setback and a major inconvenience

I took my car here for a alternator and battery they had to replace both a month later now exactly a year later I need another battery and alternator and of course now the warranty is up never again they must have gave me used parts do I gotta come outta my pocket again a year later for the same parts
