They like to pass you around on the phone and lead you to dead ends. 4 different departments and I couldn't getvto the one that handled mobile repairs for non account holders for a wheelbearing change.

I asked Dickinson to make us a new headboard for our flatbed and replace some of the decking. The repairs turned out great and we ended up having them do the same repairs to our 2nd flatbed. I'm a happy customer.

Definitely would NOT recommend Dickinson Fleet of Baltimore. Customer service was extremely poor, they overcharge for the smallest things. They are also VERY slow at getting to your truck. Be prepared to sit for 1-2 months without your truck if you bring it to these guys.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Had to return the truck for services they messed up on previously, and they charged me AGAIN. Twice paid for the same repair. Needless to say, I would not recommend them.

Call them said I needed a estimate for a trailer that was damage ; never showed up...Went to another trailer vendor.
