I call spoke with Jacob he gave a cost of $250 to repair some scratches the job was badly done mess my car up with paint then promise he would come the next day to clean the paint from my car its been a week i and have yet to hear from Jacob been ghost. This guy is a scam not a man of is word. I will have go to the bodyshop to get this job done properly.

I must say I am not easily swayed at all but I am so happy he stopped me when he did! I was literally leaving work and running to an appointment when he stopped me and told me he could fix the dent on my car. Money well spent and the price was RIGHT! I am extremely pleased! He fixed it right in the parking lot of my job in less than 10 mins!! Call him NOW! Don t wait until he gets famous because you ll be mad you didn t listen to me and by then he will be fully booked and busy!!Service: Body & Trim

They did a ok job fixing a dent on my car door but the paint job was horrible and messy. Now I have to pay somewhere else $1000s to repaint the mess they made. I will never use them again.

Although they present themselves as professional on their website, Dent Wizard is anything but. They operate out of an apartment parking lot. I took my car to them to reattach a bumper after receiving a quote which I thought was reasonable for the job. The final cost was more than double what they quoted me. They claimed they had to do extra work but did not show me what that work was. They convinced me to do some touch-up painting, which they did with a can a spray paint. The bumper is not aligned properly and the paint does not match. They gave me no paperwork and wanted to be paid in cash. Altogether, a horrible experience which I would not repeat. Save yourself some money and go to a reputable body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called Dent Wizard Express and spoke to Jacob regarding parking lot damage to the rear door of our 2023 Buick Encore GX. Jacob responded to our residence, as scheduled, on a Sunday afternoon and professionally repaired the damage.Jacob was truly professional, courteous and completed the dent removal promptly! The pricing was truly reasonable for a "Job Well Done." Can not really recommend this business. They came to repair some dents and scratches on my minivan. I was quoted one price then after they started to work they said it would be a different price for the entire vehicle. Then when they were finished they said that we agreed on a higher amount (which we did not) and wanted a tip. Moreover after the work was completed I noticed some additional spots that needed to get repaired. I tried to call them, I sent pictures asking if they warranty their work, and since then they have not returned my calls. I don't like businesses like that. I used Dent Wizard for front end damage to my 2012 Ford Fiesta. They replaced the roof, headlight, grille, etc. They matched the paint and fixed the hood latch. They were quick and very reasonable. Met these guys by chance out in Annapolis. I had been having issues with my front fenders on both sides to the point I could barely open my doors. These guys caught me and had everything, not only fixed in 15 minutes, but looking better than when I bought the car. Father and Son Duo , helped me big time. I had a unexpected accident happen and had dents on my driver and passenger side door. They helped me out big time I thought I would be out of luck. You have to come here before going anywhere else. Amazing work can t be more proud of there work. This was a blessing and I can t thank them enough.Thank you so much guys. Had a large dent in rear bumper of my 2021 Mazda CX-5. I contacted Dent Wizard and immediately received a response and sent in photos of damage. Received an estimate and scheduled the repair. All work was done quickly and the bumper was back to new. Saved me hundreds of dollars vs a new bumper with out the hassles of leaving my vehicle with a repair facility for days. Now my go to business. Thanks again!
