Byrom helped me get my service free as I had not yet reached 25K miles. He let me know what to expect today and in another 5k miles. Awesome day todayAnother great visit today. 30K service required a couple expenses outside the warranty, but I was given a heads-up before service began. Remodeled area is open and more seating is now available. Staff is very friendly and communicative.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I have gone to the DARCARS Toyota Baltimore Service Center for every routine maintenance check and repair since purchasing my car in 2021. I ve always been pleased with their service, professionalism, and speed. I d like to especially recognize Jessica for her world-class service during a recent appointment. She went out of her way to make sure I understood the issues with my vehicle, my options to remedy, and the financial implications of each. She worked with me to reach a solution that saved a ton of time and money. Thanks Jessica!

Our family owns four Toyotas and are happy members of the Toyota family. The service department of this dealership is a farce and embarrassment to the Toyota name. I should have read the reviews first and been forewarned. This will not be my future choice for car repairs now that I live in Baltimore. They represent an utter lack of respect, courtesy, professionalism, and integrity - the very opposite of what one might expect from a department labeled "service."

I ve always had great experiences at darcars, but this recent visit was phenomenal. I called the day of for an appointment and they were able to fit me in for an inspection. I was met by Byron Sandoval, who took care of my car. He went above and beyond and was very professional. Byron provided a thorough breakdown of what needed to be done and was very communicative throughout the day. He even went to great lengths to pick me up from work because their transport guy was busy. The transport guy was also excellent when he dropped me off at work in the morning. Overall, great experience with really caring staff. Will continue to take my car there and will definitely think about purchasing a new car from them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment

The wait was long but Sade kept reassuring me of the updates. My check engine light and awd light was on. Angel assessed the situation and did the repairs. After carefully reviewing my receipt they overcharged me $51.48 for a misc fee.

Made an appointment the same day just to go for routine maintenance. Service was super fast and Sad� was great with explaining what the different mileage packages included. Turned out my car had been leaking coolant (which I had admittedly noticed but hadn t thought much of) and L Oreal had the diagnostics back in an hour. Left my car overnight (was offered a shuttle home too!) and got it back the next day. Darcars assurance plan service. Sade was amazing, took care of us and made sure I was dropped off and picked up during the service. She gave me good information and kept me informed during the process. Ray is an awesome driver and felt safe and taken care of.

Avoid! I cannot get anyone to respond to my attempts to get reimbursed for a tow they promised they would cover since my parts were under warranty. Complaint filed with the BBB. 12 days of attempted contacts by phone or email and they will not answer the phone, call me back, or reply.
