I had a spare tire on my truck because my tire went flat and decided to go to Dana s to get a replacement. I arrived at Dana s at 7:02am and was the first to get my tire changed. As they were finishing up changing my tire, I noticed that the thread on my other tire was low. I then asked if they could replace another tire. The owner looked at it and said it is low but you are going to have to come back when I have more guys here.I looked around there was a total of three guys working and only one other vehicle waiting to get a tire replaced. I then proceeded to pay for the tire service and I mentioned to the cashier that I thought this was poor customer service. What if I get to the next traffic light and the tire that I asked to be replaced blows out. Then I will need a tow and a tire and I was already at the tire place. I could see if I called on the phone, then the owner could have told me that they were busy to come later but I was already there receiving service.I have been utilizing Dana s tires for years however I will never return to use their service. I could have driven off and been hurt if my tire blew out. I really felt like my life could have been in jeopardy because anything could happen if you experience a tire blow out. This company provides great service however this is an example of poor customer service and I hope that no other person ever experience this type of service. May God continue to bless this business and all of its workers.

Dependable, no nonsense tire repair service. Plenty of informational signs posted. One sign even advises you to smile because you re on camera. Garage doors rolled open on time. Workers came out ready to provide service, but they had no smiles. Serious faces on a Sunday morning. Straight to work removing and repairing tires. Great business on a a busy intersection in West Baltimore.

Witness Dana s tire employee illegally dumping their trash instead of putting in trash can. Once again , a company will take the community s money and offer nothing not even a trash can. I do not patronize.

This place is predatory. My husband went to change his tire, they told him $40 and change the option when they saw his tire was on the rim. The lady's words to him were, "you can go to the next shop 5 miles away".

Dana's new and used tires are the best. I have been going there for many of years. They are very prompt and very friendly with their Customers. I always recommend them to my friends and people that I meet. Go to Dana's they are the best OK everybody at least show your thoughts.

I called to ask about tires and the guy that answered was really rude and hanged up 2 times, this shows that's their service is bad

CON ARTISTS AT WORK!!- i came to purchase a single tire. the staff convinced me to get 4 new tires. everything was fine until i went for an oil change and the mechanic told me the tires were almost 15 year old tires and were literally disintegrating. I contacted the store and they said they couldnt help me because it was past the 30 days and i should have known they were selling bad tires.

The fastest service I have ever received. I think they had my tire off before I got out of my car. I was in and out in 12 minutes! Great service cheap prices.

If you're here it's almost certainly because you've got a flat tire... And that's never fun for anybody!But these guys really help ease the pain and make it so quick & eat to get going again & back to normal.The team members all work well, and efficiently together; they're very friendly. They had me in an or of their so fast I could hardly believe it!And their prices are reasonable as well.They all just really made this process so quick & painless!

Good tires at great price and good customer service. I needed an expensive and hard to find low profile tire and they had it and gave me a great price. They have a huge selection of used tires. If you need to save some money by buying used as opposed to new tires, I strongly recommend. I will return if and when I have tire needs in the future.

Walk out of my apartment on a Saturday afternoon 2 p.m. and saw that my tire was flat. I thought it would be tough to find a used tire for a fair price on a Saturday afternoon but I was wrong. I called Dana's they had one in stock I ran over there and was in and out of his shop within 15 minutes with a used tire and all fees and whatnot that goes with the price for 29 bucks. It was quick efficient quality service. I recommend thank you

My wife went and got near new 16 inch used tires for $40 each ...mounting and and balancing including. ..two front tires done in 12 minutes. Car feels great! Thanks guys! Definitely a great place.

Recommended by a family friend. Fast efficient service plus the people were super nice and helpful. Although I feel the price was too high for a used tire but I guess its a fair price because another tire shop charged the same thing

Outstanding service, fast, efficient, affordable. Dana's staff are a no non-sense crew. Mrs. Vickie provided my quote and Mike did the installation, both were very professional.I needed to replace a single damaged tire on a newly purchased vehicle. Dana's had about 100 times the inventory as several competitors. They gave me an OEM replacement tire that looked brand new for a reasonable cost. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Cost was as advertised - $80 out the door. Their prices are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They are, however, about a 1/3 the price of the dealership estimate. I recommend you bring some cash. There is an ATM around the corner but the machine limits the maximum draw to $100. I would absolutely do business with Dana's again. Solid people.

As I was getting my tires changed by the manager, I observed him rubbing the tire against my paint when taking the old tire and take it to the machine they use to remove tires. When I said hey can you be careful please, he immediately signaled another coworker to stop all work on my car. Drove an hour to there shop for no reason. Left very unsatisfied.

I've been to Dana's three times now. I had to get four new tires in last Tuesday 2/26/19, Stacey really looked out for me w/ four new tires for my truck and Mike did a bang up job putting them on w/ Stacey. I don't live on this side of town but, will drive out of my way to support their business. Check them out their great!!!!!!!

Is this a tire place or what? Called ahead to make sure they can do the work and get a price, and it was confirmed. When I get there I hear a whole new story about I need to go to a different shop which they give me a card to. Also the Spanish guy who told me was pretty short with me and spoke little English. I go to the shop he sends me to, only to find out they are closed and don't have any voicemail on their phone. Great! Definitely unsatisfied.

I need a tire immediately so I decided to give this place a try. Especially since I grew up in the neighborhood, I thought why not support local businesses, right?! Well I was wrong!!!! They took forever to acknowledge I was there and to service my vehicle. There was only 1 person before me so it wasn't busy. When the guy finally came out to service my vehicle he didn't ask me what I needed done but automatically thought I wanted my old tire in my trucked patched. I had to let him know I need a new tire. When he was done installing the new tire, I had to ask him could he replace my spare tire. His reply was no because the ground is too wet (it was raining). I said ok thank you and left. He would have received a tip if he acted as though he wanted my business! And he didn't realize that I know you don't have to get on the wet ground to replace the spare tire under my vehicle. The lady that takes your payment was really nice and accommodating but that isn't enough to get repeat business from me.

I went here for a used tire and they charged me $95.40 for a freaking used tire 235/40/19. Smfh if I could have made it home I would have pulled off. Then they asked for my ID. Since when do they ID you to pay for a used tire. Worse experience ever. They definitely got over on me today.

Tires were a good deal, especially withwith mount & balance. Worth my drive from Calvert county. Had an issue with damaging a new rim, but Dana helped make it right. I would buy from again, no problem.

I have been Dana's Tire customer since 2007. Here again on 10/10/2016 I purchased a pair of tire and as soon as they installed them I was experiencing little bit vibrations on highway. I called the lady and explain her the situation that I was facing and I took my car back and they rebalance my tire and all problem SOLVED! The only reason why I didn't give full 5 star is because of one of the employees had little bit attitude. (I don't think he understand he gets paid because of we. Customers are the key for successful business.) Anyway the rest of the teams are great. I highly recommend this shop.

Extremely fast service and friendly as well. Was originally planning on spending $40 for a new tire, but they said it could be patched, so it was $15! The patch lasts a lifetime, too! Cheap and reliable anyway you look at it.

I replaced 4 tires after getting a flat. They are VERY fast and friendly. They provide you with multiple options to pick from so you're bound to find something in your budget. Can't beat this place!!

I was in and out!!! I got 4 used tires, all from the same company (Dunlop)! Paid $30 for each and walked across the street to McDonald's. By the time I was finished eating (15 mins) my car was finished!!!!!!!! The tread was great, the tires look almost brand new and the staff was friendly and professional!! I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Ive purchased 3 used tires from Dana's on 3 separate occasions. All 3 tires were nearly new and the guys doing the work were fast and courteous. Would totally recommend this place for all your tire needs
