I was offered an accounting position on a Wednesday. My schedule and salary were agreed on. The ball is in your court was said to me by Mrs. M. Smith, the Human Resource/Accounting Manager, and I was given until Friday to accept. My email and messages from Thursday and Friday, accepting the position, were not returned. Sunday morning I received an email stating the job offer had been rescinded. Mrs. Smith wished me the best of luck. The survey doesn t have a zero to grade their professionalism and level of humanity. A person s livelihood isn t something to make lite of. This is not a reputable company. Management didn t keep their word and honor the agreement. Consider my experience a cautionary tale. Do not apply here!

This place is racist and hires/fires people based off of ethnicity. They have all the black people working in the warehouse and all the white people working the phones. One of the owners is extremely rude and disrespectful to the black workers. He literally rips the phone out of their hands, yells to the customers they can't talk right now, and hangs up on customers to belittle the workers. This is the worst place to work. Stay away.

Was there first in have a sign states one person at a time, another customer walks in they kick us out saying it violates their policy. This place goes way above what is required by CDC and state requirements for this Covid crisis. When they asked how I was paying stated credit card and it was like a bug huge deal I wasnt doing cash. Wont BE BACK

Horrible place. Purchased radiator at this location with a " lifetime" gaurantee. Found plastic ports on side of radiator cracked and leaking only a year later. I was told not under warranty. I suspected this place a scam before but this confirms. Get your parts elsewhere. Buyer beware.

The staff failed to deliver parts and did not have the parts ordered when my driver arrived at the warehouse. This cost me a lucrative sale and may have cost me the customer. I will not be ordering on the weekends again.

Parts are cheap! So cheap that they don't honor thier warranty ! I got a fuel pump from Higgs automotive who has an account with them and I was there when they delivered it. They said lifetime warranty included labor and less than 6 months pump failed and they would not cover labor! WTF! Don't believe me call Higgs Automotive!

I called in for a exchange on my defected radiator. They told me I had a lifetime warranty, and that they would honor the warranty. I was told it was 3 in stock, so I had my Mechanic take off the old one. Get there, they cant find it. So now I can't work until my radiator is put on Im a truck driver.They said ww will have it in the morning around 10am. I call again they sat it should be on the 4pm truck. Didnt come.si I asked them can I purchase the radiator from another location and return it they said yes. So i drove ti Hagerstown and brought it from there, and nowIve been waiting for them 2 honor their lifetime warranty on the radiator I purchased and give me my money back for3weeks now. $568Spoke with rhe manager several times . He blames the accounting departmentI just want my MONEY

Never call or go there they are very rude zero customers Services they literary hang up on me 3 times , fourth times I heard them talking about me just calling for price only stating they ain't time for that , I wouldn't recommended this place to nobody go to elsewhere , who will respects you and appreciated your business but not this place horrible customers service.

A good shop with helpful staff. People are so co-operative and they deal in radiator ac condensor fans etc and there Price's for the parts are very reasonable.

Dropped my radiator off from my 1973 Lincoln Continental to be looked at. Before the radiator was even checked out the fellow on the phone was trying to sell me a brand new radiator for 378. Not surprisingly a couple days later they finally got back to me and let me know that my radiator was toast". And of course they said they just happen to have one in stock for 378 that they could sell me. I found another radiator brand-new for 220. I still don't believe that my radiator was toast since my car had 48 k on it but I'm not an expert.

Parts are always correct and this is where shops get parts from..radiators fuel pumps ..a/c parts and now heaslight and tail light assembly
