I DON T EVEN WHERE TO START! Jon and the entire the team at Community Auto Body Shop were AMAZING. Caring, understanding, diligent, timely, and affordable I am beyond BLESSED and GRATEFUL for the work the team in on my car! Please understand, this shop is not out to get anyone or scam people; they are truly honest people and very committed to quality work!!!!! I will recommend Communith Auto, to anyone needing repairs, UNDOUBTEDLY! Thank you Jon, Annie and EVERYONE for EVERYTHING!

Wow! What a great experience I had in dealing with Community Auto Body! the first thing I noticed upon my arrival was how extremely clean the establishment was. Then, how professional and friendly the staff was. They gave me updates on the repair progression of my car and made the whole affair quite easy and seamless. The work they did was beautiful and I was very pleased. Thanks to Ian, Michelle, Norm and all of the other folks there that made this a very nice experience. I will be recommending Community Auto Body to anyone needing body work on their car.

Great shop to deal with. First of all, they are by far the best shop with communication and make you feel like you are in good hands and will be taken care of in a timely professional manner. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Pretty good. Just picked up my Lexus from there.Had damage on both my doors. Repairs were pretty quick and I m happy .Staff was good and friendly

Every staff member that I interacted with was genuinely kind. The service was great. Vehicle came out looking great. And lifetime warranty on their repairs! What more can you ask for.

This is my first experience with Community Auto and it was by far the best experience I ve had with an auto body shop. Annie was very friendly and professional. She handled all the paperwork and was very responsive to my questions. The guys (and ladies) who worked on my car did and amazing job. I d recommend them to any one of my friends and family members.

This is the place to take your vehicle if you want your repairs done right. My car was stolen and community auto got my car back to me in better condition than before it was stolen. It felt like I was driving a new car off the lot when I got it back. They were in contestant communication throughout the entire process and were incredibly polite and nice. Take your vehicle here.

The Community Auto Body team made this a wonderful experience. Phone communication, in-person experience and the text message updates made this a seamless, stressless and efficient experience. They did an incredible job ensuring that I knew what the steps/stages were, they were hands-on with the rental process and flexible with pickup (because they finished 3 days earlier than projected) being that it was the holiday. Thanks you guys for the experience!!

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. Everyone seemed professional, and genuinely concerned about the customer. I would highly recommend this place, even though I had never been there before, after reading the reviews, and knowing that it was a family owned business that had been in the Dundalk area for many years And that s all it took for me to make my decision and I m so glad that I did !!!!!

Just recently had repair work done from here at Community Auto bod.. Outstanding!Curtious service from the receptionist to the mechanics Michelle was great. Really took my damaged driver side door on my 2020 Malibu and made it brand new. I will be recommending you to family & friends. Thank You once again !

I got rear-ended and the person at fault ins. (State farm ) took care of everything. They referred me to Community auto Body and from the min I walked in they took care of everything from scheduling when to drop off my car to having my rental car when I dropped off my car. They even wash and detailed my car when they were finished fixing my car! They are very professional and reliable and just GREAT!

I wish I wasn t so familiar with this shop but unfortunately, they ve had my truck a few times!! City life. UGH. Anyway, I absolutely love this shop. The customer service is always top notch. They go above and beyond. Most importantly, I really appreciate a place I can totally TRUST! I am busy and it s very important to me to have the peace of mind that I can drop my truck off, they keep me updated (more than I even actually need), and have my vehicle done on time and DONE WELL. All that being said, as great as they are, I hope to not see them again for a while! LOLServices: Painting, Body & Trim

From the initial bring it in so we can take a look to pick-up the experience was flawless. The staff, Miss Annie and Ian, were excellent. They kept me updated on the progress every step of the process. Their body shop work was excellent too. I am very pleased and grateful that it went so smoothly. They even returned my vehicle more cleaned and even detailed by waxing my tires. I would recommend Community Auto service to everyone! They expedited my return which was exceptional considering the supply chain issues so that I had my vehicle before the holidays.
