He took it upon his self to start the work on my car without me being there now my car won t start nor will he answer or return the calls which is fine I m taking him to court hit that LLC

Good guy bad professional. Made me order parts then stop answering my calls. Made excuses about it raining, cold weather then ghosted . Now I'm stuck with car parts and looking for a new mechanic

Didn't waste my time or his told me the issue up front and what the parts costs. Really honest and hard workerthis was a night and day difference. Compared to a different mobile mechanic I unfortunately did business with right before chuck.

Prompt, courteous, good-natured, and absolutely phenomenal at what he does!I had the good pleasure of having Chuck out to our place to look at a few vehicles in varying states of repair. He was able toshow up within 2 hours of first contact and diagnosed all three vehicles within 20 minutes of arrival. He was prompt, polite, good-natured, went right to work, and had all the tools needed with him. Afterwards, we even had a nice conversation. I could not be happier with the service I received and would say Chuck is easily worth every penny he charges.Some background: one of these vehicles had not run in years. I spent hours on it at several points, over the years, and Chuck had it running within minutes.I read a few of the best, a few of the worst, and sometimes a few reviews in the middle, looking for people who evaluate things the way that I do to decide who I'm going to go with. Reading the lower reviews on this business gave me a low opinion of the reviewers, before I even met this man (giving a mobile mechanic one star after coming to you and doing a good job, because he had a flat tire on the way? How much extra time would you spend taking it to a mechanic and waiting around for them to get to you?). After my personal experience with him, I give him top marks and further, he is now "our guy."

Chuck did a lot of work on my vehicles and my girlfriends car also. I have to take my vehicles to the garage because he doesn t answer my phone calls or text messages. He repaired my 1990 Chevy Pickup and after that has completely ignored my phone calls and text messages. He s a good mechanic and does an excellent job but doesn t know how to communicate with people.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Engine repair, Air conditioning

I own a 2003 Acura TL and I had the alternator bracket replaced once before but it broke again. At first I thought it was my alternator belt but Chuck arrived and immediately diagnosed it as a broken alternator bracket. Today (Sat Sept 2nd 2017) has been a very rainy day. Despite that, Chuck still went out of his way to go and find the alternator bracket very quickly and he had it installed in about 15 minutes after he arrived. His pricing is very reasonable! I can't say enough great things about Chuck! If you need your vehicle repaired, call Chuck! He's awesome and does amazing work! Thanks so much for your help Chuck!

Let me start by saying I am pretty mechanically inclined. I have several old vehicles that I keep alive. Usually I am able to fix their problems myself after a few youtube videos and consulting the service manuals. However I haven't had the time to deal with a particular van I own. It has been experiencing really odd issues over the past 2 years and after throwing money at it and not being able to figure out the problem, I decided to be lazy and call a mobile mechanic.Chuck came to diagnose a long running issue with my '96 ford e350. He went and bought the parts he thought would fix the problem himself, out of pocket. Unfortunately at the end of the day he was unable to fix the issue. That being said, he spent an entire day troubleshooting and trying literally everything possible and replacing multiple (expensive) components.After he decided he was unable to fix the issue he gave me tons of info about what the problem WASN'T and what it probably IS. At least I know where to start now. I asked him what I owed him for his time and for the parts he bought and his response was, verbatim, "Don't worry about it. I couldn't fix it so you don't owe me anything". This dude legit spent an entire Sunday trying to fix my vehicle and bought all of the parts out of pocket. He put the original parts back on before he left so he could return the stuff he bought but he still had to spend time ordering and driving around to pick up and buy the various replacement parts. Who does that for free!?At the end of the day I was bummed that he couldn't fix my vehicle. However he left me with invaluable information and a great jumping off point for what the problem actually is. He spent his time ON A WEEKEND coming out and trying everything possible to fix my issue. I can't believe he didn't want me to pay him anything for that. He even seemed hesitant when I insisted to pay him something for his time. People like this are few and far between. Seriously the most honest and patient mechanic I have ever encountered. He knew his stuff, and when it didn't work he tried everything else possible and pinpointed the likely issue (which was not fixable on his part - need to order a new ECU). All in all, Chuck is a highly recommended mechanic.

Chuck worked on my 2009 Chevy Malibu on several occasions. From regular maintenance to more complex work, he has always been fast, efficient and reasonably priced. On one occasion, my car broke down while I was at work. Chuck came to my job with parts in tow and repaired my vehicle, so that when I clocked out, I was able to get right on the road.

Chucks mobile Service came to my rescue and did a great job .when I had and issue when I got home after the repair, he came back that day and went the extra mile to make it right. I highly recommend Chuck s Mobil Repair . Chuck is a man of his word and has real integrity ,which is rare these days.. Thank you Chuck we will have a great weekend camping because of you

My car wasn t starting and I wasn t sure what the problem was (not a car guy). Mr. Williams came out right away, figured out it was a bad alternator, went to the auto store to get the parts for me since I couldn t drive, and replaced it incredibly quickly. He also replaced my battery for me at my request. He charged me less than what he originally quoted as well. Quick, knowledgable, and honest. 100% going back to him for any future car problems!

I was looking for a Mobile Mechanic to replace my belt and pulleys and I found Chuck on Google. He is extremely honest and trust worthy. He showed up early and did a great job at a fair price....He is a Good Man that I will do business with again.

Chuck is a great . very professional and prompt.this guy does everything to the book . My e350 wouldn't start he diagnosed the vehicle within minutes starter and installed v.belt for free .. highly recommend .. thanks Chuck

Showed up on time (despite last minute call from me - was the only local repair place that was available to help last minute). Possessed the required tools and knowledge to help but unfortunately could not complete the job due to unique circumstances with the car (newer model with built in safeguards). Friendly and professional - would not accept any payment for his time or services rendered.

Chuck's mobile auto repair is great they came out to my house pulled my transmission out of my Cadillac and put new one in.. and only took 2 day. Was back to work on monday. Very reasonable..the funny thing is i live in Delaware..

Chuck was On time and put everything together with no hassle. He is organized, had the right tools for the job, and above all reasonably priced. He fixed small issues without adding unnessary cost. HUGE SAVINGS!!! I will continue to use his services in the future.

Nothing but good things to say. Found him on a Google search for Mobile Mech. He came out.. came back.. fixed this and that.. on my '99 F150 that had been sitting for a yr. He established trust, and showed great knowledge.. priced well..will and have recommend him to others. He's my mechanic of the future.
