I have been using Charing Cross Car Care Center for over thirty years and absolutely love them. I never feel like I am being upsold or hustled, they just do good honest work. Keep up the amazing work crew!

Mechanics are very knowlegable and professional. They are also very honest. They do very good work. You always leave the car care center with a good feeling that you got what you paid for.

I've taken all my vehicles to Charing Cross Car Care Center for over 20 years whether for routine maintenance or repairs. They are always honest in what work is or isn't needed. Well worth the drive to get excellent service (it's a half hour drive for me). They are both a Jasper and BG Dealer.

I originally wrote this review 4 years ago. I am restating my review. Laury, Steve and technicians are still top notch. Mr. Henry and Mr. Donald give give great front desk customer service. I have been going here for now over 30 years and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed. My family brings their cars here as well. You are treated with respect and comfortable waiting in the shop waiting area. They continue to be Fair, honest, professional, personal, and precise. I give them ten stars.

Ive had a couple vehicles worked on here. They are an honest shop and won't sell you things you don't need.Appointments can book up quickly but it's worth it to wait for them if you can.

Great Service, great mechanics and most importantly honest. They won t suggest you need work you don t and if you need work and they feel it s unnecessary they will advice against it if they deem it to be a problem that won t affect the overall performance of your car. As a consumer you just want to feel that your mechanic is not getting over on you and these guys go above and beyond to make sure that s the last feeling you have. I was recommended to them by a longtime customer and then I became a longtime customer and I d recommend them to any friends or family looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics. I've been going here for 2 or 3 years now and within that time I've brought Nissan Honda Chrysler and Volkswagen. Their rates and quality of work are better than most places I've been to. They are very polite and welcoming and good on time

Been bringing my cars here for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else for anything. They are honest, trustworthy with great service, and repairs have always been excellent. I refer everyone I know to this place.

The desk attendant was pleasant and attentive. The mechanics handles my vehicle with care. All employees were very professional on their communication and interaction. I would highly recommend Charing Cross Car Care for quality service.

I have going going here since the 90's, have sent quite a few others there they all were impressed. Even though the world seems to have so many places with no CUSTOMER Service, Charing Cross is not one of them. They are not so greedy for money that they would over charge. They do exceptional work, at fair prices.

Godly, honest professionals at work here!I discovered Charing Cross Car Care Center years ago after the trusted mechanic I used took a position in South Carolina as his wife's job transferred there. I prayed that the Lord would direct me to a HONEST mechanic considering past experiences with other mechanics that did poor service, upsell stuff you don't need or want and try to rip you off. One day I was listening to Dave Serio's show"U Auto Know" where I did need work for my then Buick Century,after I talked to him, he immediately recommended Charing Cross Car Care Center. If you don't need something donethey'll tell you. If you do, after their explanation you will understand why. I strongly recommend anyone needing work on their car other than preventative maintenance you do yourself go to Charing Cross Car Care Center. You won't find a more godly, HONEST,competent team anywhere else. The only thing I hate is they're not open on weekends.

We've been using Charing Cross Car Care for over 20 years to service our cars (Ford, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Subaru, Kia). Always reliable service, reasonable prices, and dependable work. Not the kind of mechanic to upsell work; they do what is needed. They've also looked over a few used cars we were thinking of buying.They do not do MD state inspection.Make an appointment for quicker service.

They replaced an alternator and pulley in less than one day. On a day (mon) when extremely busy. They also advised against replacing a serpentine belt. I was prepared to pay for that belt. I would have been none the wiser had they pushed for that repair. They seem honest and really cared.

Always a great experience with knowledgeable people who won't work on your vehicle if a service is not needed. I live an hour away, but take that trip for reliable and great service.

They do good work there but Larry the person at the desk when you come in does not have a good customer relations attitude. The way he interact with people makes you think twice about spending your money there. The rest of the workers are fine.

Went there to get my car tire plugged and they did something but didn't tell me that my tire was in bad condition. Two mornings later my tire is flat and i call back to be told don't blame it on the plug. Do not go there if you want a mechanic that tells you exactly how it is. They will let you drive away knowing that they are putting you in danger. Never again. Some issue that was easily solved by just saying look we patched it but you are probably going to need a new tire. Come on it's not that difficult.

This is a great local business, there is no unnecessary up sell and the work done was high quality, fast and friendly. Will definitely recommend and return. Just get there early it's first come first serve reservations are only for the day not the time.

Had a '76 240 Volevo that they worked on a long time ago and recently went back. Other than a few grey hairs on them and me, it was a pleasure to have Darren and Larry work on my Infiniti vehicle. They are honest, knowledgeable, and work hard to work with you. Perhaps the best compliment I can provide is that I'd send my own mother there and you can feel comfortable doing so too.

Best place. Super honest people. Very knowledgeable. A real asset. They never discriminate against me, being a woman who knows nothing at all about cars. I'm so lucky I found them. Been going here 4 years.
