John and the crew were outstanding. My situation with the insurance claim was a little ~complicated~ to say the least. I took my car here for somewhat of a second opinion after the first body shop I dealt with showed zero interest in helping me. This turned out to be the best decision I made all year. Caliber fully understood the assignment and worked with my insurance to save me HUNDREDS.I was kept up to date the entire time and got my car back three days ahead of schedule. As a quick side note, I left my wallet in the car when I dropped it off like an idiot. John called me (not the other way around) as soon as they noticed, and it was left in a secure place for pick-up after hours. They truly went above and beyond with the repairs, vacuumed and cleaned my car inside and out, and if I didn't know any better I'd say they even touched up some extra little things I wasn't aware of!You can tell this squad really has a passion for what they do and great respect for their customers' time and business. I've come to dread the grueling ordeal that is taking your car in the shop and dealing with the insurance company: extended deadlines, shabby work, and roadblocks that never seem to work in your favor... I can truly say this experience with Caliber was a breath of fresh air from start to finish.Feels nice to officially have "a guy" for body work now not that I plan on needing to be back any time soon If you're in the Baltimore area and don't take your car to John & Co. at Caliber in White Marsh, you're making a BIG MISTAKE!

Caliber Nottingham was a hassle free place to get my truck repaired at. My service advisor John kept me informed the entire time, also got a chance to meet the two body techs Mike and Madison who repaired my truck they did a hell of a job it looks great. Thank you caliber collision.

the following is 'NOT' a paid review...after reading several online reviews, word of mouth recomendations, phone calls and visits to a few body shops, i remained unimpressed and untrusting of their promises of quality service. although i needed my car asap, i didn't want to risk getting an ugly and/or unsafe repair. i was so VERY frustrated! more days passed then i remembered having seen a Caliber Collision sign before on Belair Rd (Nottingham).first off--i liked the well-designed easy to navigate website. i read what i needed to read then decided to use the online photo submission of my vehicle... it was smooth sailing from start to finish.the receptionist Ms Tina, was the first person i saw when i took my car in. There was something about her voice and professional yet reassuring demeanor just melted my anxiety. Every step of the process was clearly explained, all communications handled with the *!#* insurance company, etc.i was so VERY appreciative and impressed with the ongoing updates throughout the entire process--thank you Mr. John! Let me share something amazing about this place especially my guy George! The work he and his team do at the White Marsh location is simply outstanding. After the mess Dundalk made fixing my vehicle, George stepped in and took care of everything flawlessly. If you're considering where to go for your car, skip Dundalk and head straight to White Marsh. Ask for George.. you won't be disappointed. Their work ethic and communication skills are top notch!

I took my car to caliber collision on Monday and everybody there was very friendly and polite. I was very satisfied with the communication skills throughout the process of my car being in the shop if I ever get into an accident again which I hope I don t I would take my car back to caliber collision at 8400 belair road They did a fantastic job on my car and I couldn t appreciate the work no better I m very thankful . thank you to Mr. John and Ms. Tina and their staff members who I have talked to and who ever blessed hands was on my car if I could I would give them 100 stars

I got in a fender bender smh. My insurance company recommended Caliber since they were close to home. My estimate guy Chris was amazing. He educated me on the process and kept me updated. My vehicle looks brand new. Everyone in the office was friendly.

The worst shop to deal with on car repairs will never come back for bodywork lights on dash was not there before accident shop never checked into them just you will get a text it s ready no other calls during work being performed if I could give zero I would they don t deserve one star

After an accident, the at-fault driver's insurance recommended this place. They were very helpful and quickly responsive, giving good advice and assistance, even though the repair work had to be done elsewhere in the end. Just felt more human, kind/courteous and personable than I've sometimes experienced.

Ok, first off nobody wants their car to be busted up and in need of repair. Fortunately for me my car wound up at this location.Dale made this former Marine feel like my car was in good hands explaining to me the process of what the vehicle would be going through from beginning to end and then calling me periodically with updates.Not bad for an Army soldier. Rick the manager also did a great job providing me with updates and assuring me that I'd receive the best service his team was noted for.I must say overall I was absolutely impressed with their attention to detail on my vehicle as well as their impeccable customer service.Thanks & keep it up guys!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
