I can not say enough good things about Caliber Collision, the service was excellent. Our front bumper had to be replaced, one of the head lights and a bunch of starches removed, they matched the paint to perfection. We love our 2007 Highlander and Caliber made it look like no one every hit, banged it up and took off. They did a beautiful job, we highly recommend them. We went to the one on Howard Street in Baltimore City, everyone was wonderful and professional.

Because my repairs were less than my deductible they discussed the various needs for each item and gave me the option to remove anything unnecessary for cost savings. Extremely communicative, and my car was returned cleaner than it's been in probably a year or two Highly recommend!

Just want to give a shout out to the wonderful customer service experienced at your shop. We worked with a Mr. Deppmann, he handled all of our concerns, answered all questions and kept us updated on our repairs. We are new to the area and not familiar with the shop but will now recommend their services to any of those needing a auto repairs. So refreshing to find this level of service and professionalism. Thank you.

I m so glad the at-fault s insurance led me to Caliber Collision. Everyone assisted methroughout the entire process. My vehicle was returned in its tip-top shape at the soonest possible time (2weeks)! It was such a hassle-free experience thanks to their amazing staff: Erin, Nick, and Ian!

As a first timer going thru my insurance to fix my car, this spot took full advantage of my unawareness. Shop kept my car for nearly two months, kept swindling about the time. They gave me my car back with technical issues. Mind you, I only took this car to fix ONE DOOR. The man named lan is extremely rude, when I drove the car of the lot I wasn t informed my alternator is busted (which was all fine when I gave the car). Instead of considering customer safety, Ian was extremely personal and said I thought the owner knows their car (like what?). I had to spend another $300 somewhere else cause I can t trust these folks. Also they haven t finished the paint lines on the door which brings the cost of my car down, even though they offered to do it since it s under the warranty, I am not wasting a single minute with these people. Good luck to anyone.

Sticking to the dealership from now on. 4.5 weeks without my car and counting. Majority of the last two weeks have been spent waiting for the mechanic to install an oil pan.

My car was serviced here after a small accident and the customer service is 10/10 the best! Erin at the front desk is so nice and helpful! She made the whole process easy and stress free. Everyone else at the shop was also really nice. The work done on my car was fantastic! I chose caliber because the person I live with said they took their cars to caliber body work. They couldn t say anything but positive things about . I initially called them because I wanted to pay for the work. But they informed me that they only take insurance. So I called my insurance company and ask them about Caliber. Turns out they are a preferred vendor.of USAA. Within 24 hours I had an appointment for an estimate and within a week my car was in the shop.If you have USAA go here. They work seamlessly together with Caliber and Enterprise.Do you know how people complain about Baltimore customer service? You re not gonna have that problem here. Everybody s helpful. Everybody is patient and everybody explains the process to you even if you need to hear it three ways to Sunday. My car is a relatively new car 2022 and a giant gate to my parking pad slam shut with the wind and just crushed the front passenger door. When I got out of the car, the other gate slammed shut against the front of my car. . I also like how you get text updates on the process so I don t have to keep calling them and driving them nuts. My car looks like a new car when they pulled it up. Ready for pickup . They cleaned it and it just shined like new. I got my CX-5 back and can drive my whip aroundI am Clark or Diane Clark blastin tunes on my Bose system! Mmmhmm.Also, they were very helpful in getting my rental car from around the corner at enterprise.Normally, I am a dealer only person I don t like taking my car anywhere but to the dealer. If I ever have a problem again I will return here . Not to manifest if, but there s a reason I look forward to the day when I m married again, and don t have to drive anymore. Careless ! So so I m sincere when I say, I ll come back here.Thanks Caliber!

Went to pick up the car 2 times and there was exposed metal on one body panel and another body panel was not flush the first time. There were rough edges on another body panel the second time. On the third visit I noticed there were several body pins missing and the paint had imperfections. At this point I figured I should cut my losses and take the car. I was promised I would be sent the missing body pins at a later time. I was sent some body pins but there were a couple missing. I ended up purchasing the missing body pins but I keep finding missing pins (e.g. in the door card).There are imperfections in the outside and a body panel is not flush.Would not recommend.I contacted Caliber following their response to this review but I never heard back from them. Not surprising. I wouldn't let them near my car again if they paid me.Service: Painting

My experience was a series of delays, unresolved issues and poor communication.Our first appointment was last December. I was given a 2-week estimate for the repair so I rented a car during that period. However it almost took a month. When I finally received my car, I found that back trunk was malfunctioning. I have made numerous phone calls and multiple visit, only to be met with missing a part that was said to be resolved within a week. Despite my repeated attempts, the problem still persists after six months.We will be moving to NYC next month and we will just have to leave Baltimore with the issue unresolved. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing service as always. Repair took a long time but they were upfront with the timeline from the beginning. Kept me updated consistently and were very easy to get in touch with. My insurance company recommended this establishment. The staff was very pleasant and the repair was to perfection. There was a delay because of issues being out of their control but I do think they could ve communicated a little better. My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off big thanks

So, someone run into my car while it was packed a couple of months ago and they were nice enough to leave their details, Contacted Caliber Collision, set up an appointment, traveled outside the country for two weeks and just picked it up. They did a fantastic job, and even did an adjustment that was not in the work order for me, that i asked for. Repairs look great, car was clean when i picked it up, will definitely recommend
