Hi. I highly recommend Frank and Budget. I was told I needed a new transmission from another never going back mechanic. Frank took a little ride in my truck and said it was my engine. Miss firing. Not only is he honest he is an awesome guy.

They were very fast and friendly. I needed a right passenger axle placed on my car. I got my car towed to the location on Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning it was fixed! Showed me the old axle and explained what part of it was broken. I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience dealing with Frank. My transmission in my 5 year old Nissan died and he was able to order a new transmission and get it installed correctly a week ahead of what he estimated for me. Every time we spoke on the phone regarding my car or any questions I had, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this place for sure!Service: Transmission

I didn't actually need their services, the owner Frank took the time to listen to my situation and informed me the sound that I was hearing was normal and a repair was not necessary. Thank goodness for honest people who own small businesses!!!

They did a good job, fast and professional. The guy at the front desk is a bit grumpy and the warranty is not transferable but overall the transmission is good and I would recommend the place

The owner was very rude I called and asked and gave details of my car, then told me to bring in the car, they couldn t put it in Neutral so he said I had to take it back I went to see and fix the problem and was able to move the car and then he said sorry since the day you brought it I didn t want to work on it and now he s making me spend $150 dollars more so I can move it out of there . I m very disappointed and I had hope that my car would work but wow he is really messed up guy. Make sure your car can be on neutral or he will make you spend money on tow trucks, unless he s trying to help his tow truck guy get money from you bc he did recommended me a tow truck guyService: Transmission

Actually visited Hammer Motorsports which is behind transmission shop. Hammer is very reasonably priced, they do good work and are attentive to what you say. Best auto shop I'm aware of in the area.

About 10 years ago they rebuilt my Dodge tranny, I had a minor issue with it about 2 days later. They rebuilt the transmission AGAIN, even though the issue was a cracked torque converter. Never had a problem again. sold the truck 100,000 miles later and it still ran great! getting ready to call them again with my new... well not so new truck! highly recommend, when I went there back then they had no "kids" working there, so every one of them knew what they were doing!

This is a professional transmission shop, I'm sure they do quality work. Don't go here with high hopes or expecting miracles. If you KNOW there is some issue with your transmission because you had the code pulled for free elsewhere, and this issue is likely more expensive than the value of the car, don't bother. They WILL get you for a 40 dollar diagnostic no matter what. Even if you hurry in because they want to close early to get their boat in the water. My hopes were up because the straight replacement cost for the part and labor that came up on the code pull was reasonable, however they recommended a rebuild which was WAY more than I wanted to put into a car with 175,000 miles. I'm not sure if I would return here with another car as long as they are charging 40 dollars for something that retail stores will do for free. The 40 dollars IS applicable to the repair if you decided to make repairs, but for many it is just a 40 dollar trap and a waste of money. It may be time to update their business model in this respect.

Had my GMC Sierra Transmission done there and couldn't be happier. They got the job done quick, I got a warranty and the price was sweet!! Much better then trying to do it yourself.

Owner Frank charged me to rebuild a transfer case that wasn't bad when I took the truck back to him he said well the rear is bad I don't do rears! Why rebuild the transfer case .... to make an easy $1000
