Would give a zero if we could. Taken the car in for a battery, come back with a slew of problems. Echo the other reviews that they won t honor past conversations. Get everything in writing or recorded. Or make it easier and just don t go at all

Took my gf car there after a hit and run. Stole a bunch of change (maybe $5 worth scattered though the car and in the door) and weirdly enough a pack of gum? I assume it was the guys detailing the car but said they couldn t do anything about it. Left paint around the window, a scratch, door wouldn t lock. Eventually went back and fixed it after the fact.

Terrible service. Took 2 hrs for oil change and to patch a tire. A customer got there after me and was done before me.

My experience with ford service :Bob Bell has been extremely frustrating. Communication is poor, inconsistent and changes based on which team member you speak with. I will not be recommending this service dept to any of my friends or family.

I truly enjoyed interacting with the people at this location. Their customer service is A1. I came here to get my car serviced and they treated me so well. Eric in the service department is so pleasant and helpful. I purchased my car from another Ford dealership and I truly wish that I came here instead.

My Bluetooth in my car wouldn't pair up with my phone. I called them and was told to bring my car up. So i did and one of their techs came right out and fixed it for me. Great customer service!!!!!!

First time visit for a recall on our Ford Edge. Eric and staff took great care of us. Very pleased
