If theres a way to no put any stars in here I wouldn't have to given any!This is incredible and I still can't believe how this people been able to sell me this jeep, it's been 3 months since I bought it.I was desperately looking for a new of course I need it for work and I went there I really don't know about cars to be honest I'm a single mom, I just move it from NY 2 year ago,and I need it for work, I bring cash with me, I never thought this people just knowing that I need a car desperately they give me this car, I guess it's my fault for trust people who are are not trustworthy and honest, they don't care about what's gonna happen if I'm driving a car with a Nail in there and 2 gums( it's been patched twice)The next day that I get it the sign appears that I need to put air in the tires ! I was like maybe because it's cold sometimes this could happen, it's been like that every week I thought it was pretty normal) I have to drive long distances and I put a lot of mileage because that's why I was buying a car! What do you expect from a car?!!!So last Friday I took the car to a mechanic shop to check if it's normal the tires are still need air every 2 or 3 days!Surprise when he said there it's 2 patches and a nail in there. And the tires are really old and I need to bring back to the dealer and they have to replace it!The same day I went to Bob bell dealer customer service. They was like who sell this car like that!To who doesn't even know how to check the tires or why you have to put air on it every other day?I ask to talk to the manager and she just said thatthey cannot give me a discount for the new tires why? Because I put a lot of mileage on it!!!' So the guy who selle to me knew that I need the car for work every day! Of course that's why I was there!!So I decided to get the tires somewhere else! That's was unbelievable they don't do anything even take out the nail!! They just want your money don't waste your time and trust them because they are no transparent and honest people.I went today to BJs in canton and the mechanic change the tires and shows me that I can't trust to people who just take advantage of people who doesn't know about cars. Honestly I'm thinking to bringing the car back but unfortunately.I give 10, 000.00 and they are not gonna give me anything back, because their policy. This is why if you are thinking to go and buy a car there please don't go there and look for a better place to get something better.I hope the general manager see this post and do something about it I may asking for to much?! No it's what I deserve give me a call or a Least take a responsibility!!Me voy a asegurar de que toda la comunidad hispana sepa que solamente se aprovechan de gente que trabaja y es honesta!Gente que solo quiere trabajar y gente como el vendedor y la m�nager que toman su comisi�n y el dinero sin importar que el carro estar�a en mal estado sabiendo que como madre pone en riesgo la vida de personas. Como personas no me merecemos este trato y ah� afuera ah� muchos que por el estatus no decimos nada y gente como aquellos que solamente se aprovechan . Would have been 5 stars I had a great buying experience. But now I'm a saddened due to a extended warranty being canceled and I wasn't the one to cancel the policy but I am having issues getting a resolve to this matter. I have called finance a handful of times and left a few msgs. And got no response. Never received any notification my plan was canceled. I called to find out how to pay for my extended warranty and Veronica told me it should automatically go on auto pay and it did not and I called back a few times after and still no response. And only spoke with Veronica 3 times and she was supposed to call me back and never did either. It feel a bit disorganized in a sense if something like this is able to occur. I would hope for a positive rectification for this matter.They have a great selection of cars but some communication problems. So I am still trying to get a resolution to this matter as of now.

I wouldn't recommend Bob Bell. Their finance manager, Todd made a huge mistake. Allowed me to drive off with a car that the bank never approved. Then had the audacity to blame the bank and talk down to me as if I stole the car. They came to pick up the car, then after it was settled by the GM, I had to take another Uber to go get the car back, which I was told I would be reimbursed for the Uber trip, but that never happened.

The sales man was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond. Your financial department was deplorable. I waited for almost 2 and 1/2 hours to see the finance person, why I stayed I am not sure, but I did. In that time I spoke with the General Manager on 2 occasions; she said she would try to get someone to help me, that did not happen. I went to her again, this time she told me she would give me a free oil change, well that is nice, but how does that help me get finished at the dealer? There needs to be some serious changes. There was sales people everywhere and one financial person who was not able to handle timing, knowing that people were waiting. There was another customer after me, he was equally upset. One additional item, which I don't know if Bob Bell has any control of, but the interest rate for my car was stupid high. When I asked she said the only deals were on the Altima. I have a 800 credit score and did not expect to pay such a high amount. Again, my choice to accept the loan; however, I had already given my car to the dealer.

It was suggested that I replace all my brakes and rotors.After having my mechanic check specifically the brakes and rotors and given direction to replace what is required, I was told that my rotors are fine and my pads are still 60%.The only thing he did say was necessary was the brake system flush.It causes distrust when I'm suggested to make a $1000 + repair to have another mechanic that does great work and I can trust tell me that my brakes aren't even half worn.If I were to get some excuse as to why this suggestion was made, I'd want to start with bringing the vehicle back in and pulling the tires and looking at the brakes and rotors and having someone validate to me why that suggestion was made.

My husband and I visited Bob Bell Nissan in Essex today. Through a series of divinely orchestrated events, we found ourselves there at Bob Bell a few days ahead of an appointment that we had with our sales person Jacob. We just had the intention of going to test drive a few vehicles to nail down the one that we wanted to purchase on Tuesday. And it just so happened that our salesman Jacob was there and available to meet with us at the time when we were there today. Now I had my heart set on a used Nissan Rogue. And after my husband and I took it for a test drive we fell in love and that is the vehicle that we wished to purchase. However my pre-approved financing fell through and the bank did not accept some of my income. This presented some challenges for not only our salesmen Jacob but also for the sales manager as well. But when I say that Jacob was an absolute delight and treasure to myself as well as my husband from the time we entered the dealership to the time I left with the keys to my new car in my hand, that would be an understatement. For such a young man, Jacob is clearly wise and mature well beyond his years and for only being a salesman for 2 months, showed extreme expertise and knowledge of the process and walked us step by step through everything. Even his manager Dax worked so hard to get me approved and I am in awe at his dedication and hard work on behalf of myself and my husband. Even the finance manager Wendy was such a delight and joy and took her time to explain each document in detail and was thorough, even catching a discrepancy and calling to verify information with the financing company just to make sure that everything was in order. She was extremely delightful to work with!!! I cannot say enough about the wonderful and delightful experience that my husband and I had at Bob Bell. And we even chatted a bit with the general manager Paula who was so charming and down to earth and made us feel at home!!! It is evident that Paula and Dax work extremely hard to create a loving and professional and comfortable environment for the staff as well as for customers, both new and old!!!My husband and I have been talking about nothing else since arriving home with our new car!!! Our salesman Jacob was absolutely phenomenal and I truly cannot do enough to give credit where credit is clearly due!!! I would sincerely recommend Jacob as well as this dealership to anyone who is interested in a vehicle purchase. Even if you do not particularly want a Nissan or a Kia, just the experience alone would be more than worth it!!! We were there for approximately 3 to 4 hours but honestly it felt like we were among friends and family the whole time!!! And we were not even aware of how long we had even been there because time seemed to fly by so quickly!!!I sincerely hope that Ms. Bird Bell Bishop will have an opportunity to personally read my review. And I welcome the opportunity to discuss further with her about the wonderful staff that she has at the Bob Bell Nissan and Kia in Essex!!! I believe that people are so quick to express complaints and negative experiences that they have everywhere but I feel that we should be even that much more aware and willing to share when we truly have positive experiences with customer service that are truly out of this world!! And I want to make sure that this dealership in general and in particular our wonderful salesman Jacob, the hard working sales manager Dax, the delightful finance manager Wendy, and the down to earth and charming general manager Paula get their due recognition from Ms. Bell Bishop.Again I truly cannot say enough about our experience today!!! I would truly give a million stars if I could but I guess five will have to suffice

Marvin Mitchell and Harrison Patterson did an awesome job helping me with my 2023 Nissan Rogue purchase. I chose this vehicle as soon as I saw it online. I wanted and they made sure I got it. Mr Patterson was very knowledgeable and very professional. Marvin was just as professional and I thank him for showing all the bells and whistles included in my Rogue ( Midnight Package) purchase. I m grateful, thankful and excited. It hasn t been a full week of driving this beauty, but I know I made the best decision choosing Bob Bell Nissan. Thanks again, Marvin and Mr. Patterson.

I just want to thank Yami and the service techs who had my vehicle fixed today n 2 weeks after it being in 2 other shops that was in shops for 5 months, the day I called Bob bell and spoke to Yami I received nothing but absolute great service from her she worked with insurance and she kept me updated throughout the entire process. She is highly recommended if you need your vehicle taken care of We will definitely recommend her to any family friends etc. she has absolutely the best attitude and respect for the customer great customer service. She took care of our vehicle as soon as I had it towed to the shop. I know she probably spent a lot of time with insurance company to get some things approved but she did it like a pro. Very patient and understanding. We highly recommend her if you want your vehicle in a timely matter and fixed correctly and being so truthful about the entire situation she kept us updated as soon as she knew something and we thank her so very much. My husband spoke to her supervisor about how great she was and all her help after getting my car that was tore apart and a mess from the previous shop but she was able to get it all fixed and get problem solved. Thank you again Yami and you deserve 10 starts thanks Pam & Mike Jenkins

I tried a different dealership service department for my last oil change and was completely disappointed. Only reason I had chose them was because their location was closer to my house. I will not be returning to them. Your service department is truly the best. Well worth the extra drive

Sold me a used car that after a month of having it no longer starts, has break issues, and they did not fix the interior problem that was supposed to be fixed. 0/10 would not recommend

I bought My Nissan Rough 2013 in this dealer and have been doing all the services here. I thought each time you go for service they look everything and TOP UP ALL FLUIDS. I even asked the gentleman and he said yes. Did my regular service on 4/30/19 but coolent level is just at the min level. Meaning they haven't top up.. we as a customer believe on them but is not true. Today is 4/31/19 and I have image to send showing how much coolent is in here. No leaks or anything. Dealers screw you up on Monies only.July2023: SERVICE UPDATE:I took my vehicle here for service as I always do. Went to quick lane a serviceman asked me to leave my vehicle and leave key in the vehicle and informed me it takes about 3 hours for oil change as it was busy. I followed what he said and went to eat something across the road. I came after lunch and waited until they finished. Once service is completed, went to cashier and got my key. Went approached my vehicle I noticed my WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED!! I went inside and informed service department about this. They called their supervisor, he came outside visualize and went inside. They finally concluded it wasn t their fault and informed me that it was there when I brought my vehicle to them. This wasn t right. I politely tried to explain as I know this happened after I handed my key on their possession and wasn t something I am lying. I also spoke with the person who took my vehicle inside their dealer from where I left outside. He said I didn t notice . At the end, I have to call police and per officers advice not to interrupt their business, I left. As of now, they didn t contact me.I m very unhappy for what I have to go through with this dealer. Alan and the tech that he assigned to my truck work fast and was able to identify the issue with my truck. I received a call letting me know what the issue was and my truck was ready with the problem corrected by the time i arrived at the shop.

Y all trying to make a $$$$, but remember as the patron I m also trying to save $$$$! Previous comment was not transferred over but just know that I m surprised that although the diagnostic fee I was charged only surmised an issue w/my car s battery and after giving the approval to replace it then my alternator became an issue but was never caught in the diagnostic I was initially charged. What s the point of paying for a diagnostic when it s not capturing the real issue . Came in screaming about the alternator and don t know what the Nissan rep wrote or didn t write but diagnostic picked up only issue w/battery at about $415.00 .Then to replace alternator another $1100/$1200 additionally . Wisdom said take the car to another location for repair. Just robbery!!! For this reason I would not look to ever purchase a car from this establishment bcz of the way I was treated on the service side. Save your money if outside of warranty and find a better local master mechanic who values your business and your need By the way the 1 star is valued at the checkout/cashier s station who provided me a car scent hanger and smile

I originally went to Bob Bell Nissan for a different car featured on the website. When I got there, I was told that the cars I was looking for were not even on the lot. Thankfully my salesperson Mr. G was very personable and was able to keep my interest in staying to look around. He was very professional and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend .

Wanted to leave a review for the body shop/collision center but couldn t find anything specific to that. Bob Bell Chevrolet referred me to them (where I bought my car) and they re fantastic. Despite a lengthy battle with the other guys insurance they fought to get me the repairs needed and OEM parts which was very important to me. Their work is top notch.. clean, straight, and they keep you informed. Paint is perfect. Special shout out to to Katie who knows what real customer service is. Do yourself a favor and consider them if you need body work.

I took my car in for a Nissan mandated recall. We arranged to drop off the car the evening before so the service could be worked in at any time throughout the next day. We used the key drop box without any issues and left the vehicle in a well lit safe area. The next morning at @10:00 I received a call informing me that the car was already done and ready for pick up. The pick up process was flawless as I was directed to the cashier s window, signed two different forms, and was told to wait by the nearest door while an employee delivered my car right to me. A very positive experience!!

Didn t order the right part, didn t fix my tire correctly, it s still leaking air. Non-communcative. Don t waste your time here.Update 10/05/23Is there any way to give negative stars? My vehicle failed emissions today because of the damaged OBD port. It passed two years ago with no problems and this facility was the only ones to use that OBD port after that, so well done for breaking something else on my truck. DO NOT COME HERE!

I came in and had a really big issue i had just totalled my brand new car in an accident and i needed help. I knew there would be some hoops to jump thru being i just purchased that vehicle recently but Herbert & his people sorted all that out for me. Took away all the headaches of buying a car! Called me when i was approved and car was cleaned and ready to go. I now am a proud owner of a Nissan Altima SE I appreciate everyone up at the bob bell on eastern and will always recommend!

Visited another Nissan dealership and was quickly turned off by their dishonesty and walked away. I contacted Bob Bell on a Sunday and I quickly received an answer via their website chat. I was connected with G one of their Agents. G was extremely patient, polite, easy to communicate with. G helped me obtain car insurance and also came to my office and picked me up to visit the dealership to pick up the vehicle. He sent me detailed pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. Absolutely the best experience. I spent maximum 30 minutes in the dealership and they respected my time. Keep up the great work G. Promote him!

Do not take your car here. Staff is rude, untrained and I listened to service have a meltdown in the back about how another employee should not be touching cars. My car purchase came with a term of oil changes that can be verified in the Nissan DBX database. I m a travel nurse & have used this service all over the county. After calling the original dealer and having them verify it was valid over the phone while I was standing there, the manager told me it expired. Was tired of arguing so I just paid & driving home my car engine lights come on and it goes into emergency stop after just an oil change!! Their only redeeming quality is the shuttle driver.

Something is to be said when you are coming to buy a particular brand based on current ownership and loyalty, but you end up leaving that brand to go buy from their Competitors.Today, Bob Bell Nissan lost a return customer because one of the sales managers failed to be respectful, courteous, and willing to listen.If you want disrespect and unprofessional conduct by a member of management I recommend Bob Bell Nissan. However, if you want to be treated with respect I recommend Koons Chevolet of White Marsh. Ask for Becca , and their professional management team will get it right the first time!To the credit the GM attempted to salvage the deal, but the offense could not be undone.
